Another unsigned find from a serial pen-forgetter. Have biked past this many times but never looked at it on the cache map. TFTC : )
Didnt have much time, the neighbours dog was giving me away and there were people around so I had to leave
Somehow I found myself in Caringbah today and thought I should make an effort to find a cache in the Shire before crossing back to the mainland. I parked quickly and headed to the drain. Checked my coords again and understood the hint, which made for an easy find. The water must really rage through here when the drains are full.
Found it first go struggled at first but good hides spot over all.Path is not askhvalt it continues into grass
After a couple of DNFs, I dropped by while out walking GeodogZelda. I could see it on approach. It's still there. Some natural camo is covering it, but it should be an easy find.
Another newbie DNF, so I dropped by while walking geodogZelda. I can verify the cache is still there, exactly as placed. On the LHS when looking up the street from behind the manmade structure. There is no need to climb the tree. The hint should assist with finding what you need to have CIH. Good luck.
Coordinates changed from:S 34 1.524 E 151 6.268Coordinates changed to:S 34 1.523 E 151 6.269Distance from original: 7.8 feet or 2.4 meters.GZ has been trimmed and muggled. Moved a few metres away.
A message from a previous finder mentioned that the cache could be missing. A morning walk with GeodogZelda revealed that GZ has been compromised. There has been some trimming around the tree and the muggle kids seem to be using it for some climbing activities. The cache is now a sliver bison and has been moved to a man-made structure close by.Thanks to Sam361x for the heads up. Good luck to future seekers.
We had to come to this side of Sydney with ilook4geo to collect some suppies, so decided to pick up a few caches while in the area to make the trip worthwhile. This was an easy find and the log was soon signed. Thanks for this cache placement go to Brewmaker.
Came for a visit down this way with goingplaces2 and put this cache on the list of ones to look for today. No problems here and after signing the log we were soon on the hunt again. TFTC.
Great hide. Came here a month ago and saw a bike tire in the tree and thought there was a magnetic nano geocache in there and I didnt have gloves plus it had just started raining so I left. But I came back today because I was driving in the area and thought I could come back and have an another look, and I spent about 5 minutes looking around and then I found it. TFTF Brewmaker
Nice little stop in an area I havent visited before, thanks Brew! Appears to be a few logs here with no sign of the signing so to speak, but cache itself in great condition and plenty of room left to complete the necessaries!
A super quick find by Nicole- she couldn’t have gotten here without my navigation skills tho - TFTC
Found It!
Looked in the wrong tree to start with but once I moved on to the correct one I soon spotted the cache!

Passing through today on my way t9 a quick meeting in Miranda. No issues here on a very quiet day, at least it has warmed up now.
Started with the wrong tree, but eventually corrected my error.
Cheers

Thanks to Bass_87 for bringing to my attention the location of the cache. It seems someone thought it best to hang it out in the open. It has been put back in it's rightful place. Check the hint and please replace as found and covered by the natural camo.
Good luck.
Good luck.
While doing the maintenance, I noticed that a few of the online logs were NOT on the sheet. Not having a pen as a newbie (or experienced cacher) or simply taking a photo is not a reason to log a FOUND IT. Check geocaching guidelines. Logs will be deleted if you do not write your name/initials on the log sheet. Good luck.
On a walk I noticed the bison has been removed from the zip tie attached to the tree. It has been forcibly removed. I will replace soon.
Quick find in a really cool spot, TFTC!
Maybe bring some insect repellent, as I was bitten alive while signing the log.

I didn’t really search here. I didn’t wanna get wet again, and the area lacked a certain ambience.
Number 2 find on Brewday 26th I was expecting it to be a little higher but when I adjusted my blinders it was quickly spotted
With cache in hand we signed the log and replaced as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for bringing me to the area and thanks for placing the cache Brewmaker

Well, how about that! While walking the geodog, I looked on the ground and there was the original cache, sans camo. Wow! How did that happen? And it seems this is what the last finders found. But did they just drop it there too? I decided to leave the current cache (bison in the tree) and use this for another cache sometime. Happy caching.

Beware of neighbours dogs, nearly blew my cover!

Cache replaced. It is now a bison hanging discreetly about chest height in the tree. Silver drain side. Take care if muggles are about at business centre or kids playing on bikes nearby. Good luck.
Near deserted on a Sunday arvo gave me time to search but DNF. So many potential spots, I will have to come back another weekend...
Now that the NSW Government is beginning to ease lockdown restrictions and we can now travel outside our local LGA, it’s time to bring my caches back into play. I know the COVID-19 virus is still about, so please take precautions to keep yourself and those around you safe by doing things such as wearing gloves to handle caches, as well as using hand sanitiser regularly. Take care everyone and enjoy your return to caching after such a long break. Brew
To help stop the spread of COVID-19, the NSW Government has ordered everybody to STAY AT HOME unless you are: shopping for essentials, receiving medical care, exercising or travelling to work or education.
While some people would regard geocaching as a form of exercise, it is my personal opinion that this activity is NON-ESSENTIAL, perhaps involving unnecessary travel (> 10km) and therefore should not be undertaken during this time of crisis. You are breaking the law by doing so.
Who knows how long this current lockdown will last! Right now, every one of us has an important part to play in helping to keep our families, friends and the wider community safe in the fight against the spread of COVID-19, by STAYING HOME.
As a result of the health authority’s directive, I have decided to disable this cache and respectfully request that you do not seek out and claim a find whilst this cache is disabled. If you do log a find I will DELETE IT.
Thank you for your cooperation. I look forward to bringing my caches back into play as soon as the health crisis abates.

Brewmaker
