Beautiful day. Frosty and no breeze. Perfect!
Beautiful day. Frosty and no breeze. Perfect!
Found in the middle of the path. Is all soaked put back together and in its place
Found while filling in time before final of tri-nation hockey. NZ v Australia. Enjoyed this lakeside stroll. Log book a bit wet but was able to sign. Tftc
We took a nice leisurely walk alongside the water to get this. I bet the houses above have the most amazing view from up there! Cache had water inside. TFTC
A quick find. Unfortunately, wet inside. Not the best of containers, had a spare container in car, but too far to walk back to get. A muggle runner snuck up on us, but too busy adjusting her headphones to care.
Up for a couple of days of caching staying in Cromwell. Loved every minute of it.

Cache very wet.

One of 18 caches located between Queenstown and Clyde today. Pleasant little walk. Quick find, however the logbook was very wet and difficult to open. #1760. TFTC.
A pretty brisk walk along here this morning. Good to get in a bit of a walk before heading off on the drive back to Dunedin. Just a few more to find before then though. TFTC # 12,142
Our third cache of the day. Found on a morning bike ride along the waters edge. Picked up trackable which we will move on soon.
Nice walk along the lake, but ReCached and I definitely underestimated how long it would take to get to some of the Little Fruit caches... and sun was burning. But luckily finding the cache was easy. TFTC RowenaD!

Finding the cache was a breeze... the breeze was also missing on the other hand, so it was super hot on that sunny day!

Great day out caching in the area, lot of neat caches, and interesting spots. Many Thanks Bitsprayer
A quick park and grab while up here to clean up Cromwell's caches before Xmas as I want to try to get to 2000 before 2018. TFTC
We went for a day trip to Queenstown from Wanaka and stopped at Cromwell on our way back. Walking along the shoreline of Lake Dunstan for a bit of exercise and to grab a few caches, we grabbed this one easily. TFTC.
Lovely short walk to this cache and a very hot October day. Felt like a contortionist extracting the cache but made it. TFTC
"Right Under" not the most enjoyable cache to find today. Someone hid it very very well. Enjoyed the walk. TFTC
Parked at the heritage precinct and walked to cache along lakes edge. Chilly this morning and after a brisk walk enjoyed a nice coffee and scone at the nearby cafe.
Found the cache today with a friend of mine on a nice sunny afternoon walk along the river.
Thanks for the cache!
Thanks for the cache!
Today I made a long walk along LAke Dunston and found alle CAches nearby. Thank you for hiding. It was such a good weather with sunshine and a little wind. I wonder why there are only so little number of boats on lake ? Greetings from german cacher
Day # 5 in New Zealand on a geocaching holiday-trip covering Thailand, Australia and finally my beloved NZ .
I had so much looked forward to return to this beautiful country, and now I'm here again - awesome!
Today the tour took me back from Milford Sound via Te Anau up to Cromwell.
The morning at Milford Sound created some "end of the world-feeling" .
It was freeeezing coooooold , and not only raining cats and dogs , but also elephants , rhinos [:(!] and some whales... [B)]
So there was only one smart thing to do : escape as fast as you can and head to better weather!
Done and true : The more I came east, the better the conditions!
The journey took me allong some great lakes, showed stunning rainbows and blew all the clouds away [^].
Fiinally i arrived to sunny and warm ([:X]) Cormwell... What a ride turning to the best! [8]
This nicely hidden box was well worth the short, scenic [^] walk along the lake.
Hey - Souththland, Otago and of course Cromwell - you have awesome caches [^] [:X]!
A big thanks to all Owners involved [:X] [:X] for hiding and maintaining and for the NZ-lessons learned. [^]
Cheers from Germany

Was worried the cache would be underwater after all the recent flooding but we found it!

This was my very first find. My sister and I went out with my mums friend and she showed us how to geocache.
Staying with a friend in Cromwell for the weekend so took her 2 daughters on a wee geocaching adventure. Found by Nadsie and her sister Tayla. Lovely bike ride around the lake on a beautiful Autumn afternoon. TFTC
Found on a lovely sunny afternoon, an extra hour today because of daylight saving, picked up travel bug
This is a nice, peaceful spot with lots of birds around. Cache was quickly found in the obvious spot, TFTC.
Went out for a bit of night caching so we could log a find on this **leap year day**. Night caching is something we don't do very often. Was a cool night and a brisk walk. We even needed to put on jackets. A nice hide Rowena. All safe and dry. Thank you for a hide not too far from home.
This is our last cache in New Zealand. Tomorrow we're flying home to the Netherlands.

No clues, was a hard one for the kids with no clues. Will return when we have more time!
Just been down to check cache after a DNF and it is gone so will sort out a replacement.
Nice stroll along the lake which was being well used today. The Po failed to find it with a lady look, took a man look to see this one.
Found with Chosen1978, A quick find on a stunner of a day in Central. Boy was it hot.
Drive very close to GZ lovely location on a stunning central Otago quick find, TFTC
This cache is only 1.3km from where we are living at the moment but it turned in to an 8km round trip bike ride using the greenways as much as possible. We can also remember this track before the bridge was built.
+ a large marble, - nothing.

A nice evening bike ride to find this cache. This is a nice track to bike on. Cache found quickly. Another dot day filled for me. Only two days to go in my year long challenge! TFTC
