Found with XR400Sim, the cache has been destroyed due to recent clean up several small bits were found including the label. Needs maintenance or archive. see XR400sim photo
Found with Grumbligrot, well what’s left of the cache after the recent clean up. Lucky to have found these 2 pieces. Needs to be replaced or archived.
We are enjoying the Easter break down here at Torquay So I pre solved a couple of puzzles and picked out a couple of multis to do when I had a chance.
I resisted the temptation to go inside because being Easter Sunday chocolate had already been consumed.
Found the shredded cache and log at GZ. The whole area is shredded and mulched except for the large gum trees.
Thanks Wiser than Owls for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Away for the weekend in Torquay to celebrate my mother’s 60th so only limited caching this weekend.
We stopped in at the chocolate shop much to my nieces delight. There were no Oompa Loompas to be seen but loads of chocolate and some delicious home made ice cream. I can’t confirm or deny if it was still morning . I wandered out of the car park to grab the necessary details and then on to GZ.
The signs didn’t look good on arrival. Huge layers of fresh mulch was across the ground everywhere, however it appeared that it had been created by some serious machinery chopping up everything in its path, ground cover and all. As I reached GZ I found the cache. Then I found it again, and again, and again. Unfortunately the cache had been put through the mincer and pieces of what once formed a sistema and log lay strewn on the ground. I cobbled together some of the log and other cache parts to sign and placed in the stump of the tree (I didn’t have anything with me at the time to make a temporary replacement). Unfortunately this cache will require maintenance to be able to find it again.
Thanks Wiser than Owls for the cache.

Unfortunately some roadside maintenance has occurred at GZ which has mulched everything in sight with the trees only narrowly escaping the brutal process. The cache has been through the mincer.
Needs replacement.

A day out with SorceySal and Bree the Geodog heading from The Marsh to Angelsea caching along the way there and back.
Loved the simplicity of this multi, almost as much as i love chocolate.

Out on a caching trip with bogonghazy and bree the geopuppy to cache from the Marsh to Anglesea and return.
Decided a hot chocolate was in order on the way home. No, it was closed. Seemed to happen a lot to us today. The numbers were sorted and a set of co ords and we were on our way to sign the log. Thanks Wiser than Owls Must get there earlier next time.

After solving and then sampling at nearby attraction, made our way to the cache. Logged. Dropped a TB and picked up another.
You had me interested when I read the word "Chocolate" in the cache title. I must admit, though. We wound up driving round and round and round until we finally got the cache completed. First time, we missed the turn and had to come back. Then, we missed the sign to get the code word and had to come back. Then, after getting the code word and solving the puzzle, we realized that....
We had to come back. DOH!
But, we are a persistent couple and wouldn't stop until we were signing the log sheet. Which we finally accomplished! [^]
In the end, we bought some chocolate (it's gone by now as I type this three days later), dropped off a travel bug and had a great time doing it.
Yes, I'm going to add another Favorite point here. VERY well done cache!
Thanks,
iowaPete

On a road trip from Melbourne to Adelaide with Lady membsec, wombles and 1MinnieMoo.

It didn’t take any convincing to get our small group to stop off here!
Chocolate lovers the lot of us.
I was just disappointed I didn’t see any oompa loompahs.

A chocolate factory? Well that is a MUST! Heading along our Great Ocean Road Adventures we just had to stop in here. We were surprised to find a skinny Santa at a chocolate factory and disappointed not to see one Oompah Loompa here today, but had a great time that’s for sure (and yes we may have bought some stuff too)!
At GZ, I walked straight past the cache. Talk about being blind!! But the girls spotted it instantly.
Log signed as QQ for all of us (NyssaFlutterby, wombles and co, and me).
Thanks for the cache Wiser than Owls. You were certainly wise to being us here. A favourite point from me.

Our last day around Melbourne, after an awesome 2-week tour of Australia from Chicago, and we decided to take a drive along the Great Ocean Rd. to cap it off. We stopped by here somewhere along the way for a quick find. Did you say Chocolate?!? Mahalo for adding to the fun! TFTC!!
Headed up to the Chocolaterie with the Surfkids. Tempted to get the geokids a metre of chocolate but I’d probably eat it myself before I got on the plane. Coords were worked out and the cache was signed. Thanks. TB dropped off.
Found by The Empire + H
The weather was amazing for a Sunday drive, thought we'd head down the coast for a few quick caches and a chocolate brownie from the Chocolaterie. Thanks for the cache Wiser than Owls.

We dropped into the Chocolate shop for an ice cream and while we stood in the queue, we sorted out the answer for this cache. M recommends the chocolate and the strawberry ice creams while I recommend the lemon sorbet!
Thanks
Thanks
Worked this one out while sitting the the cafe eating the brownie and drinking coffee, picked up the 2 travel bugs that were in the cache. TFTC
Nice find after stopping at the chocolaterie for ice cream. TFTC! Dropped two TBs in, hopefully someone can take them on an adventure along the Great Ocean Road.

The youngest member of BFMC has been busting for a return visit to ‘The Chocolate Factory’ flr a while, so today with the girls out and about the boys headed down this way & picked up the cache on our way in.

We stopped for this on our way out but the final was not in right spot so we decided to try to make the stop on the way home. Well apart from the gps deciding to drift around for several minutes it was a quick easy find. And a fun cache which the family also enjoyed only due to the context

I stopped at the eatery with Bohsdee. The English breakfast tea was so awful I couldn’t drink it but I suspect they gave me the wrong tea. That didn’t stop me working out the final. Hello from Ireland.
Ah ha - a late log but a visit to a ‘chocolatier’ is memorable so here we are TFTC
Found after visiting the Chocolate factory with my Rover Crew. Was pleased to make this find on Australia Day TFTC
Mmmm yum. Worked out co-ords yesterday, had another refill of a chocolate shot today and drove to gz . Took no time to locate a good multi. Thanks for the adventure while on our annual holiday.
Have worked out the final for this twice now, third time out here picking it up. Nice to credit the local establishment. Cheers and thanks!
We haven’t had any chocolate in the car this trip. We should rectify that.
A trip east to Parkville 2018 had us stopping on the way to collect a few caches and again stopping on the way home. Well that’s what cachers do when they head to a mega don’t they.

Found with Tyred n Cranky.
Down in Anglesea for a weekend family trip. While Tyred n Cranky had found quite a few in the area they decided to stop at a lot of them to let me claim some smilies.
After Geodog Penny had finished her swim it was time to head back to our accommodation. With all info in hand it was just a short detour on the side road and a quick grab under torch light.

Was down this way with the family and decided to stop i for a treat. While my wife and kids chose their treat I set about solving this cache so I too could get a reward. After working out GZ we arrived at the likely location to spot the cache from the car. After signing the log i coered the cache a little better a great spot to visit TFTC

Well life is really busy this past few month and TrailStevo and I who normally cache 10-12 times a month found ourselves on our second only outing this month. We headed out earlier than usual Sunday adventure as we were going to be exploring 2 hours from home. Ariive at GZ no.1 at 16.10 and proceeded to follow the trail south. We know if we get on a good run on trails like this 25 cache/hr is achievable and we were well on target after the first hour. After reaching the T junction we continued on south where we intended to cache our way to dinner in Anglesea. Picked up a prior solved puzzle on the way through and the Chocolataire multicache, wasn’t open unfortunately . We continued on the Anglesea (now 7pm) where the Charcoal Chicken place was just about to close, but luck us they mad us a Snitzel Burger and Chips and gravy which was much needed because I was starving!
Smashed the food down and headed back to the T junction for our home straight 30-40 cache heading east and home. Did get stopped by one local on this stretch as we were looking for the letterbox cache. They were not impressed with the Geocachers loitering in the area. We said we understood her concerns, then proceeded to continue geocaching….oops! Was a fun evening out, and thanks to all the CO’s for the massive effort in hiding and maintain this series. Found 100 cache in the end and finished up at 9.45pm for the drive. Thanks for getting us out of the house.
PS. Collected the clues, have no idea what to do with them.

Down in the Torquay area for the weekend to take our geodog Penny to the beach (and she loved it), and also to do some caching. At this time of year the weather was good to us for both activities. On Saturday, first up we concentrated on getting the caches in Torquay before moving onto the G2Anglesea Trail.
We started the trail at #44 and finished at #87 making our way back to Anglesea where we were staying. Most caches were easy to find, some a bit harder. Good to see different containers and sizes along the way.
Today, Sunday we are doing a few more on the trail before we head for home, starting at #118, finishing at #88 and grabbing a couple of others along the way. After doing #88 we had to head back to do #117 and multi nearby (couldn't do earlier due to muggles nearby).
Couldn't stop today to go inside as we had Penny (our geodog) with us and she wanted one last swim at the beach before we headed home. Puzzle done, cache located, signed log, now one more to do before the beach.

On a mission with GemmaSistema, Becca85 and Perpetuallylost to get at least 100 caches in a day to count towards a challenge cache we decided to hit up this series when we heard of its impending demise. Thanks to all teams for the effort put into this series, we had a ball.
Out for a pre mothers day lunch with my son and worked this out over lunch and a hot chocolate. TFTC
After spending a bit of time and money at the Chocolaterie, the numbers for Gz were worked out fairly quickly. Thanks for placing. Cigc. Tftc
After a swim at Angelsea beach the only way we could get our daughter out of the water was to bribe her with an icecream. Me however does not need any coaxing when it comes to icecream and fortunately there also happens to be a cache at the place that sells some of the best icecream I've ever eaten! So with a quick stop to gather the numbers required for the final we then headed into the icecreamery and tucked into a delicious double of chai and chocolate chunk with strawberry delight while the daughter had the honeycomb and cookies and cream! With full bellies it was then a short drive to collect the cache thx to its spot-on coords.
Thx Wiser than Owls, next time you set up a cache near here I'll be on the first bus as long as the ice cream shop is open! Cheers

Mmmm Chocolate. Love really good dark chocolate. However I resisted the temptation and busied myself doing the maths. This led to a quick find not so far away which was lovely as so often I do all the hard work collecting the information only to have an epic fail,at the last place. So glad I worked this one correctly TFTC Wiser Than Owls
Stopped by here while on the way to today's bushwalk. Parking nearby, I tried to be smart and complete it *sans* GPSr but after that didn't work, I grabbed Upoj which showed me that my caching senses weren't even close . Nevertheless, it didn't take long before I was signing the log at 09:40.

The weather today is fantastic and so it's perfect to hit dusty roads in search of caches including this one a good multi but until I get an ice cream! A bit of a tricky exit and then back on the road, this time heading in the right direction towards GZ.

Stopped by the chocolate cafe, checked geocache and decided to go for this. Fun little cache. Enjoying the start of the great ocean rd
We made note of the required info on our way into the car park and had some delicious food and drinks while we did the calculations. Then we waddled out to the car and circled our way back around to GZ where a quick and easy find was made once our GPSr decided to point to the correct side of the service road!

Of course we went inside and enjoyed a hot chocolate while we worked it all out.
On my last visit I spent way too much - of courser that was for Christmas goodies wasn't it. Resisted all temptation today and just did the maths.

Find #2of 103 for the day on our attack of the nearby powertrail.
This was a good multi once we worked out the correct sign! The first time round we missed in and went in to the choc factory to do a u-turn only to find out we had to exit to the right on the other road. So we went up to the next service road entry to do a u-turn then back to the sign. Worked out the correct coordinates and laughed when we saw where it was taking us! lol Once there we had an easy find of the cache. Didn't get to taste the wares of the chocolate factory but plan to do it tomorrow.
Thanks for the cache.

We came across the ferry Friday night, and staying in Anglesea to cache the area. This was our 2nd for the day, and gave us a laugh.
We originally drove past the turn off, coming from Anglesea, and had to go up to the next left turn to do a U turn, and then get across (which was actually a bit easier with the rolling road closures for the bike event that was on), then back and make the correct turn. Found the sign, worked out the coordinates, and drove to GZ. Had a good laugh when we realised where it had taken us. The joys of making mistakes.
Arrived at GZ and soon had the cache in hand. We plan on visiting the chocolate factory tomorrow before we leave.

Arrived at GZ and soon had the cache in hand. We plan on visiting the chocolate factory tomorrow before we leave.
Thanks for the fun
Found on a great geocaching day out in Anglesea with our friends, suss vulture. While passing through the area on various geocaching missions, we decided to quickly grab this multi for my benefit (they had already completed this cache). Once we easily solved the questions, it was a short drive to GZ for a very quick find in the pouring rain. Nicely done! Took TB. TFTC!
Tftc. Dropped a macaron eraser and picked up a toy car. Also dropped travel bug that wants to see the world!!
Backed up a few big days of caching with another 153 finds out in this area today. Tough going on my own on a hot windy day but good finds along the way. Having done the north-south section of the Geelong to Anglesea power trail I arrived at this spot. I picked up the required information, had a toilet break at the nearby establishment and headed to GZ to make the find. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the multi cache here Wiser than Owls.
Today I was out and about with Ausfox; and while we were in the middle of the Anglesea Meander which brought a=us to this yummy place we had a slight detour so I could grab this little Multi.
Thank you Wiser than Owls for seting up this cache for the Mega

Mmmm, what a day for "Choccies". Temptation nearly too great despite rumbling stomach's by both geonana and I. Saving ourselves for the Anglesea Pub. Nice little puzzle too but driver led us the wrong way. doh............... A lap had us back in the right direction for a quick find. Took a badge and left a ring. TFTC Wiser than Owls.
