Went out with muggle mum, were a bit confused for a bit bu then decided to just poke around touching things. And then we found it! Awesome find, wasn’t too many people around. Log was in bad condition though so wasn’t easy to write on though, might need to be replaced. TFTC!

10-Feb-18
Took a bit of looking but we found it! Good hide!

09-Jan-18
Down in rockingham to visit family, but I managed to spare a few minutes at the end for a quick cache. This well designed micro didn't take too long as it was just a matter of eliminating the few hiding places at the GZ. Needs a new log - the old is both full, and soaked. TFTC.

25-Nov-17
It was yet another brilliant hide in this series. I only found it through persistence and some confidence that I was looking in the right place. Loving the walk along the coast this morning. TFTC Maccasreps

#12834. Day 15 of our WA holiday and our 10th day based in Rockingham. After a nice slow start to the day and a lovely lunch at Dome we collected smilies on 11 caches around town this afternoon. No DNF's today which is a change for us over here. There were some very interesting caches amongst those gathered.

Unlike Rob I figured where the cache would be. A very nice, relatively blatant hide here. I like those. Didn't take us long to track it down or retrieve the log. However after so many hits last weekend the log sheet is getting rather tatty from the constant rolling and un-rolling and will need replacing soon.

Thanks Maccasreps

Day Fifteen of our holiday in Western Oz.
Bettyboo3747 and I slacked about then went out to lunch, when we realized most of the day was nearly over we rushed out and did a few local caches.

Another good movie and great cache.
I wondered why the seat, then I saw the movie photo.
Thanks, Robmc.

This afternoon it was time to again team up with Calyspo62 and target some highly favourited caches in the area, this was our first stop. The location seemed appropriate and after some double checking soon had the cache in hand and signing duties completed. Lovely view from GZ!

This one proved to be tricky. I checked that but it didn't move. Then TM checked it and extracted the cache. Well done to him and now my moniker is on the log.

Down for a touch-up.

04-Oct-16
Have fallen behind on my logging, yet again!!
Nothing for it but to start at the beginning and work my way through, all 96 of them.
Grrrr!!!

The gps was jumping around a bit at this one, but seeing as there weren't too many places it could be and very few muggles to hinder our search (unlike the last one!!), we managed to make a relatively quick find here. Clever hide.

Thanks for the smiley Maccasreps

04-Oct-16
Found it.. but couldnt get it out

04-Oct-16
After failing to find another Maccasreps cache earlier the day, we found ourselves facing another challenge. What could it be? After a bit of puzzling around, I came up with the trumps while Mistraluna was exploring couple metres away. I am impressed. Favourite point coming from me.

29-Sep-16
Found it, very tricky

Took a while, but then we were looking in the wrong place at first, as soon as we moved our search it was a quick, but cleverly camouflaged find. Another of our favourite points go to Maccasreps for this one.

10-Aug-16
After sitting on the bench Forrest Gump style for a minute, I pondered as to which one of the three nearby items held the cache. I was just about the get up when the other half showed me where it was, I just had to figure out how to extract it. Without my usual kit a stick had to suffice, getting to log out was the next challenge, a couple of good shakes and it was loose. TFTC Smile earns a favourite point

06-Aug-16
Very hard

11-Jul-16
Ok well I couldn't just stop at the last one when the one was accessed from the same car park despite the cold and the dark, so off I trekked again. Ok this one was hard! Hard to find and hard to extract, for a moment I thought I would be done for destroying council property but not it was maccasreps property and it included a log Yipe!. My log retrieval tool from WAGB came in very handy for extraction here. TFTC I am going home to get warm now. Enjoy the UK maccasreps we are certainly enjoying the UK weather here atm. Here have my last fav point for another top job!

25-Jun-16
For a brief second I kind of felt like the man himself. A clever cache indeed. TFTC

03-Jun-16
Very clever - but I eventually found it.

02-Jun-16
Our third Maccasreps today, and the first in the film series. Not a film buff, at least I had seen the film Forrest Gump, so I suspected what I may have had to search for on arrival, but there was not a chocolate box to be found!
I was aware that these caches are cleverly constructed, so I was searching at the base of the nearby Pine tree, when I saw something that appeared to be obviously man-made, but when I attempted to pick it up it turned out to be a part of the tree and I ended up with sticky pine sap on my hands as a result. Now to search further! An object which had received a cursory glance from me previously, got a second, more thorough look, and I noticed a possibility. Muggle Hubby checked it for me, and it turned out to be the correct cache concealment.
The log was signed and returned with grateful thanks to the cache owner.

01-Jun-16
I think this is the fastest I have found a Maccasreps cache. Great fun, great hide, found with Shanerz. TFTC.

08-May-16
WOW !! Fantastic hiding spot took about half an hour ... Kids are fighting happy Mother's Day

07-May-16
That was tricky. Slight colour change was all that gave it away.
The cache name helped us make choices.
Thanks.

07-May-16
Loved the connection between the cache and movie here. Thought we might be looking for a "box o chocklates" haha.
Brilliant camo here, my goodness though very sneaky!
