TftcI haven't been up this way before. It was a nice drive. Avoid small rock piles unless you have a strong stomach. I don't.The actual cache was fairly easy to find once the gps had settled. I wish it had settled quicker as first off, it was about 4 metres off near the unpleasant rock pile.

This morning we hit a few of the power trails in the neighbouring state forest, and with waning light, we decided to do a few roadside caches around our accommodation. Got 3 caches in approx. 1h this afternoon...
After reading some logs on the way here, I knew exactly where the cache was once I saw GZ, and soon we had the CIH... Thanks for placing this cache Grimm Reaper 1

Found it. Good cache and a good view. Container was not a eclipse container though and was much larger. All round though, good and easy cache to find.
Good location with a nice view! Looked under a couple of rocks before realising a big rock would be a better hiding spot and found it.
Not an eclipse container….well maintained and an easy find. View across the road spectacular!!

Nice views from here. Walked right past the cache at first until we turned around and saw it in the open. All in good shape thanks to blissbaby's replacement.
Thanks for the cache

So I've replaced this one too. No longer an ellipse tin, as close as I could get to the co ords under a SPOR. It's a good spot for a cache and I'd rather not see it get archived when I know the CO doesnt cache so much anymore .
Logs say coords have changed and it’s not an eclipse tin anymore so not really sure what we are doing here at all apart from admiring the view. Would like confirmation that coords have been updated recently and cache checked.
Thank you! Our very first one. Hidden well but found within a couple of minutes so not too frustrating.
Wasn’t an eclipse container but I found it and thare is a container to take and leave things first geo cache and was fun

The contriction work is done the cache is new and the co ords are now up to date
Seems to be some costruction happing to the tank ill watch for a while and maybe move slightly away from GZ to keep it away from restricted area
It’s all wet! Your container musn’t have been airtight, your logbook is drenched! Thanks for the challenge!
I enjoyed the drive along the twisty road
And it was keeping me away from the highway [^]
A quick, rocky scramble here,
and I had this cache in paw
Yuk !! The logbooks a bit smelly [:o]
There's a crack in the cache lid letting in water.
Tanks for the cache ... and views along the way [^]

After travelling inland searching for caches we are now back on the coast and heading north towards Woolgoolga where we have caches before.
It is a beautiful sunny winters day and great to be in the outdoors.
The cache was half full of water and the log completely saturated. We drained the water out but couldn't dry the log, but we did manage to sign it. Will need to be looked at and log replaced

In the Coffs district to find as many caches as we can before we head home after the Alice Mega.
We may sign small log sheets as CG.
Pity that morons leave all of their bottles here. TOSSERS !!
Thanks for the cache Grimm Reaper 1.

Two in a row and another first for 2017. Found with geokids and log really wet. Signed kinda. Was a bit dissapointed that it wasnt a battle/war tank though. Tftc!
#153 Found today whilst up here for xmas. Log wet but signed anyways. SL TNLN TFTC
Great place for a cache.
Couldn't imagine this road being the main thoroughfare for all the coast traffic. Some places were still one lane.
Great view and easy place to park. Cache & log were soggy - we dried it out for a while but might need some attention.

Found with robbieracer66 and geobrother cullum68. ..thanks grimm reaper....log quite damp but signable....no zip lock bag
Geokids had a ball running around and around the tank here.
The geoadults wandered around to GZ and then allowed the geokids to lift the rock - and it was the right one!
Swapped globe keyring for an eye patch.
Thanks for placing this trail - We're having a great day

Little miss 3 and big brother 5 led grandad around the tank whilst explaining what was inside it. After a short walk we arrived at a spot where my gps indicated we should be standing on it, well bugger me, we were. By this time the other 2 5 year old's, 2 mums and a dad had also arrived. We all watched as the 2 boys attempted to unearth the prize. The eldest by 2 minutes started to boy handle the rock out of the way. Not to be out done the youngest decided on a more upfront assault on the target. His hand shot out and latched onto the prize. In a case of sibling rivalry The eldest stopped moving the rock to see what his brother had got. Gravity now took over and the rock gently moved back into place. A place now occupied by a certain brothers hand. Determined to be successful he held on and came up with the goods. As the log was signed a carefully administered kiss to the damaged hand soothed the pain. everybody was happy again. the adults sat in the shade and enjoyed the view whilst the kids did laps of the tank. oh pure bliss.
Found with staybe&co. What a beautiful day, we spent it with our family geocaching. It's good when both mums like to cache the day was simply awesome. tnln sl. thank you so much for placing this cache for us to find.

Found it!
Realised after looking at the logbook that one of our friends was also a geocacher! Near really big rock, slightly obvious due to lots of little rocks surrounding its base.

This was our second along Old Coast Road and we found the tank easy enough. Followed the GPS over to GZ and soon had the cache in hand.

Found at 9:45 AM GAFF1 in the company of DiMorgan.
We were expecting something quite sinister here - it's always tough around rocks, but c-pprass lifted the correct one straight away.
Thanks Grimm Reaper 1.

[Brown] Found quite easily before putting my hand on the huntsman underneath the cache and quickly throwing it to the ground. I would recommend checking before putting your hand there. Nice views. Thanks Grimm Reaper 1
