Got it took some looking for it. Eventually we spotted it put it back where we found it. Not sure it's the right place. Thanks
On a leisurely drive up the Brisbane Valley to the South Burnett area, with the plan to finding the odd cache or two along the way.Quick find at GZ once I realised it wasnt a tree climb (attribute state otherwise). Log book was completely full, so replaced the log. TFTC. SL. TBs Prado Owl ; The Great Leap Forward Geocoin ; Bee Croc ; Rawhide ; RobS72 2000 Finds GC ; Forest Hill Ear Tag ; Iceland Geocoin ; and Kiwi Bird visited.Find # 2184.
Found during a day on the rail trail with Peppa and Davinells. Thanks for the cache Jimmyproject
Beardman75, Peppa and I set out to complete another section of the BVRT today. JDavs was once again our awesome support crew but this time she had the company of a muggle friend, soon to be converted cacher. We started in Toogoolawah and headed upin more ways than oneaiming to get as far as we could peddle until we couldnt peddle anymoremaybe if some of us had touring modeThe muggle has already got the gift and spotted this one first. Tftc JimmyprojectFind #5973
WallabyTim started searching for this one while I worked on the answers for the nearby multi. He most often take the hands on search approach while I am the reader swooping in to help which was the case today as he was searching the wrong thing oops! With a little more detail, the cache was then spotted. Thankfully we didn't need to wait out any muggles. The log is full but we managed to sign in spot 18. There are at least two spots with faint stamps that could be signed over if necessary. TFTC.
**Found Saturday 14-October-2023 at 15:52 Smiley #2280**Wow, I have slowly just been finding caches, signing logs, logging drafts and simply forgetting about these and never actually logging them. My sincerest apologies to the relevant CO's, especially if I found issues with them and didn't do anything about them.Unfortunately my drafts were also designed to jog my memory about the cache to assist with the logging process. Doesn't work when some of them are over 2 years old. Here comes some generic comments. Once again, I apologise Nice and quick find. Log almost full. It was so ridiculously hot that day. Doing a big loop from Ipswich, up the highway, Blackbutt, then Crows Nest and over the back roads back to Ipswich where I was staying.Cache logs are either stamped, signed with Rogersclan13 or just RC13 for space. Thanks for the cache **Jimmyproject** Rogersclan13
Jimmyproject I found your cache Colinton Memorial on 27/9/2023, 4:55 pm. This is my find 6060 and find # 8 today. Had to wait out for a muggle to leave before I could do my search. After he left, found it after a brief search. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Initially searching the wrong feature, we couldnt figure out where the cache might be. Deciding to try a different feature instead after a muggle left, a short, but methodical search soon had the cache in hand. The logbook is almost completely full. We managed to squeeze our names into one space. Thanks for the cache and the history lesson Jimmyproject
Whew, the muggles just left as we arrived making for a quick find. Log full.TFTC
I must admit, based on the attributes, this was not what I was expecting, and I was quite grateful as I wasn’t sure how we would have approached it otherwise. DisSister made a surprisingly quick find at GZ, once the nearby muggle had departed. The logbook only had two spaces left, and we used one of them between the three of us, and although we attempted to replace it, it turns out that my replacement was just a fraction too large for the cache container . TFTC, Jimmyproject. =^.^=
Stop cross the road to use the toilet on my way home I was about to give up on this cachr when husband spotted it.
A very last minute decision sees me driving a couple of hours north to spend the day in Nanango…
A great day driving the country roads collecting a variety of caches…
Needing a break on the way home this was a good place to stop where I made a nice quick find…
Thanks Jimmyproject

Some muggles were nearby who knew about geocaching from the wife’s work boss. He was lovely and tall and spotted this nano. Tftc
We had planned a road trip to Queensland to visit family in 2021, but our travel plans were stalled due to border closures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that the world was trying to get back to a semi normal state, we decided to have another go at getting away from the cold and head up north for some sunshine and warmth.
Day 14 – Farewells were done in Nanango with family and now heading to more family in Morayfield collecting more caches along our journey.
Spotted this one as we pulled up, which made for a quick retrieve and sign.
All caches were found in good condition unless otherwise mentioned.
Thanks for the placement Jimmyproject and keeping this hobby alive.

GPS pointed towards the tree but didn't find anything there. We found a little magnet at the picnic shelter but not sure if there should've been more to it so logging as DNF just in case
DNF No luck here today, too good for me. I think it maybe missing though, as previous logs and photos.
DNF found some really strong magnets wrapped up on the ground, but no cache. Will be back to look again
I spotted a glimpse just as another car pulled up at the adjacent picnic table. So I had to time retrieval and return when they weren’t looking. Thanks for the cache
An early stop on our way west this morning and we stopped by here for a snack and found the little cache after gaining a little height. Log signed and replaced as found. Thanks Jimmyproject for this one.

Found this one and grab the clues for the multi at the same time… this spot creeps up out of nowhere when we travel this road and we like to pull up for a short stop… Last one of the day heading home from the birthday dash to Dalby! TFTC
It's been far too many months since The Bromance last went on a weekend geocaching road trip so plans were made a couple of weeks ago for a journey north towards Kingaroy and the surrounding area. Unfortunately Crookedpete was unable to make it due to family commitments so it was a Bromance Lite+ trip of JezNDez, Swellerfungus and Seffnjarah.
This was our first stop for the day (if you don't include the mandatory pitstop for coffee and breakfast in Esk). The 3 previous DNF's had us wary of an earlier failure but we ned not have worried as the cache was spotted in a logical spot after only a minute or so of searching. THe hardest part was extracting the cache container from its hide but that was achived and we were soon signing the logbook with "The Bromance". TFTC

Found on my second attempt after having a bit of a think. I'm glad that one's over, I found my balancing act a bit scary. TFTC.
After picking Carø up in Crows Nest we headed north and then east finding a few caches along the way to Flaxton. We stopped off here to make a find and gather the needed co-ords for the multi. After searching in the obvious we went to less obvious then phoned a friend. Shortly after I managed to spy what we came for but the retrieval was far harder than it should have been. We eventually got it and signed our names in the log. TFTC Jimmyproject
Hard to spot, we even needed a hint from a friend... and then it was even harder to get as it was very well wedged in. But we got there! Thanks for the cache, Jimmyproject!
Grannysmith1947 and I headed up to Lake Wivenhoe to grab a cache to finish her D/T grid. She need D4/T5 we found two of those. We fog cover to 9.30am do not cold to then. Then it fine up for a good day. A bit of wind at one point. And of course we had head wind. And when we turn around wind had drop down.
I found one mystery and 15 traditional. We had a good day.
Sorry for generic post.
Cache a day to keep the doctor away, or is it to keep me sane. No it’s to keep my streak alive. TFTC *564* streak. *3457* Finds

After a beautiful weekend at bunya mountains my husband and I were on our way back to Brisbane and decided to pick up some smileys on the way. We stopped here for lunch .this was actually our second time here. Last time we had no luck. Today we spent a bit more time and it was my husband who spotted this cache and retrieved it for me to sign. Thanks for the fun
Another one for another day when I have someone to give a boost for the first step.
Reasonably quick find while completing the multi. Giant huntsman was resting very close to hide. Made us a little anxious!
TFTC, that was a hard one, found and retrieved without any tree climbing.
12:57:00 PM. Heading out to the Rural Safari it was time for a quick stop. A brief search and we found the cache and the log was signed. Cache replaced in it's sneaky hide. Thanks Jimmyproject for the cache.
After a few visits we can finally put a smiley on this one, needed a little hint from a cacher we had bumped into. Thanks for the tricky little hide
One of the caches we found whilst exploring the area. This took some time to spot but happy to make a find here by Mrs "T".
Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Today as we drove north we decided to do something we've never done before... stop at this park. Was lovely and shady under the big trees even though it was a bit windy. We soon set about looking for this cache. After a while of fruitless searching where the GPSr said, we took a seat nearby at the table and had a think and a look. Aha! There's the little blighter. Easily retrieved, log signed and replaced where found.
Thanks for the fun cache Jimmyproject.

Found with Ms Maddy. I was returning back from her property and decided to grab this one. There was no one around to bother me. MM helped me to locate the container. There was a new log book so my name is in it now. TFTC
I'm here to explore
Where I've not been before
A nice place to rest
While we take up the test
To search for this hide
That is tricky to find
But I'm glad to report
I found that which I sought!

We had a look at the memorial, then began our search. Up, down and all around but just could not spot anything. Tried a bit of a climb but without a clear direction, we didn't get far. Tried another tree - still no luck.
Cold and windy so we ran away with no find.....

I was out on a daytrip to Nanango with my youngest geodaughter and the geodog today, and we were stopping for a few smilies along the way. We pulled up and spent some time looking at the memorial. One of my favourite things about caching is the local history you get to discover. We then strolled to gz, and the cache was located where expected after a surprisingly short hunt. Tftc Jimmyproject
This one took a bit to find. GPS was leading us to the wrong tree. Once we confirmed which tree we were looking at, we had it wrapped up.
A tricky little devil, just about to give up. The clue was useful. Can also depend on the position of the shadows. Thanks for the challenge!
Third time out on this one and still no luck. 30 min lost before phone reception cut back in and allowed a PAF. Not the apex of my day.
Heading off for a weekend adventure with 1minniemoo and nyssaflutterby. This was out first stop for the day. We looked high and low and high again.
We were almost about to give up when it was spotted. A tott was used to reach it and replace it again after signing the log.

Heading for Bunya Mountains with 1MinnieMoo and wombles. This was our first stop on this grey, cloudy morning. There was a muggle parked not far from GZ when we arrived but he quickly departed. It took a small hunt and a perusal of past logs for us ladies to finally find the sneaky beasty. Thankfully 1MM had a TOTT handy for us to make the retrieval.

NyssaFlutterby, Wombles&Co and I had planned for an awesome weekend adventure at Larapinta Falls. But instead.... we ended up at the Bunya Mountains due to the weather.
Yes it was to be a very wet one from Sunny Coast to the border and beyond, and west, but we were determined to enjoy our weekend... maybe just not in tents.
Waking this morning, the weather seemed reasonably clear, so we headed off on our alternative adventure.
This was our first cache of the weekend, and as we pulled up, we noticed a muggle in his ute taking a call not far from GZ. But we headed over and parked our car close to GZ, and it wasn't long before he took off.
Our search had us looking hard everywhere at the obvious place, but we just couldn't find what we were after. However a change of angles and Wombles&Co and I managed to spy it while Nyssa made the grab. This was definitely a sneaky little hide.
Thanks for the cache Jimmyproject.

The prospective new land owner I was traveling with made a brief pit stop at this sneaky cache to rectify a recent DNF. All seemed in order, the structure with obligatory wasp nests, a muggle parked directly next to the structure and a hot day.
Then the dance started. MM taking the lead and circling clockwise. Keep a discrete distance I matched her moves and went anti-clockwise, nodding our heads in time between the phones and looking up. After a few rounds the dance stepped up a notch with both of us taking turns pointing and stretching to the sky and getting elevated. And the muggle kept watching in the rear vision mirror and made no attempt to move. All be assured, there were no muggles injured during this dance.
As our movements were well choreographed we weren't here to dance so started to look in earnest for this micro. There could only be one spot the cache could be but the hiding spot was over a very large surface area. Eventually we looked away from the stinging wingers to the other side. And with a poke here and stretch there MM spotted something not quite right. Having no issue compared to my vertical challenged dance partner, the TOTT pushed out the micro for signing.
A good and frustrating hide Jimmyproject. Glad to convert this to a smiley.

With the thermometer showing 39c the log history indicating this was tricky hide we did wonder if it was just too hot for this one today. We pulled up & decided we might have some lunch in the shade & give it a crack after all. En route here I told Geohubby to have is geo eyes on & what do you know, he listened. He'd found the cache & signed it before I even had the food unpacked. The heat was good motivation & no run in with wasps either. Returned as found, Tftc xo
We are nomads. Having left Perth WA in February 2014 we now live in our caravan and go wherever the will or caches take us.
Moving day today, so we packed up and hit the road before 9am to try and beat some of the heat. We stopped with the caravan on tow for a quick hunt here or so we thought.
It took ages and we almost gave up when Mr Felix got stung by a wasp as he tried to swat it away [:o)]
So out with some antihistamines, spray and a TOTT. Theres the sucker! Phew name added and we carried on to Blackbutt.

An overnight camp in the Bunya Mountains with plenty of bushwalking to find all the spectacular scenery and great caches here, seemed an ideal opportunity to test out my new swag and visit a top spot. A few more caches were found on the way back home.
This one was a nemesis for me, having visited twice previously around dawn. Today, with the benefit of daylight, a hint of a shadow spotted from below was all that was spotted, and that gave away the sneaky hiding spot. Thanks for the hunt **Jimmyproject**, this find makes #4501. Discover our TB

We were in the area undertaking recovery duties for the car rally being held in the area over the weekend. Between stages, we managed to fit in a few cache finds which was an added bonus for the weekend.
We were blessed with a very nice sunny day for our adventures and we had a terrific time finding a few caches
We had no difficulty in locating the cache and with our name added to the log book, we continued on our way.
Thank you Jimmyproject for having placed the cache and maintaining it for everyone to enjoy

Esk bound today,
I popped into Colinton
Somebody in the local area obviously remembers "Our Boys",
and keeps the Aussie flag flying at the memorial [^]
With no obvious cache to be seen,
I downsized me cache search a bit,
and soon spied the little blighter from afar

Wish i would have waited for the rest of the crew. No luck for a lonesome searcher here.
After a fun weekend at Yarraman, I made a return visit to this one on the way home, with T-Tech and teamdfl in tow. We all got into the search, climbing all over the place, and spending a lot of time just staring at all the possible little hidey-holes. Eventually I finally spied the darn sneaky little cache. Very glad to convert this one to a smiley. TFTC, jimmyproject.
We had been out Rail Trailing for a few days, and were now heading home. I was unable to hunt for this one my last visit due to wet paint.
No worries today, and the area was vacant when we arrived.
It did take a bit of spotting with a couple of false starts with spiders and other bugs. IolantheK spotted it soon enough though.
