Unfortunately it would seem that the Cache Owner is unwilling or unable to respond to the issues associated with this cache.
CO has failed to respond to email enquiry or indicate that the issue/concern/adjustment has been addressed.
As there has not been a response from the cache owner, the cache has effectively been abandoned, so I am archiving this cache to keep from continually showing up in search lists and to also prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

After dropping my daughter off at Uni I decided to spend the day caching around Albert Park and port Melbourne so I grabbed this on my way through thanks for the cache. Cache paper is soaking wet and I don’t know if my name will stay on log so I am posting pic for proof.

I hope the co doesn't mind but I replaced the log with a rite in the rain one the other one was saturated. Tftc. Ps it's a mint tin
GC.com advised there is still a maintenance flag on this one. Hopefully this entry clears it.
I couldn’t grab this one as there were far too many muggles around, there was literally a group of children playing on top of it

After losing two caches from the previous GZ I thought I'd pick a more, well predictable, spot which the gardeners and other users seem to not interfere with. Cache is now a mint tin.

###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
I've noticed this cache is carrying a maintenance log which really does need to be addressed by the cache owner.
The guidelines indicated that periodic visits to check on the cache, as well as prompt attention to any logs that indicate there is a problem, are part of the [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Didn't find on 25 Nov 2018 at 5:26 pm.
After a trip out into the forest this morning for a WhereIGo I had been working on for ages the weather sort of cleared up so I ended up going for a bike ride anyway. I hadn't been into the city for ages so away I went.
After a quick search due to a lot of tennis happening I found nothing also.
Thanks leafotwind for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Tennis class in full swing what a dragon the coach was!! Couldn’t find your cache here today had a brief search but with all the dnf and the nature of search location we decided to move on. TFTH
Rummaged around for a while however could not find. Last 3 peeps have not found either. Maybe it's missing?
Bust for me. Fiddled and fondled my way through the prickly gear and no luck, might be back one day...
I didn't stay long here - there was a pile of dog poo close to GZ & I dislike the prickly growth so I moved on.
Strange and really nice to geocache in my childhood park. Took a while but we found it in the end. Left a decent little treasure
Watched some children playing Tennis while finding the Cache. Nice little park.

Decided to geochache after a few vinos.
Was going to give up but decided not too.
All we needed to do was get our hands a little dirty.

Found after a deicious treat lunch in Albert Park. Despite the nearby wedding dinner, dived in and scrounged around for the cache. Trying to fill in my cache calander. TFTC TNLN.
Tennis players made this one a little tricky but after a slow search the courts were vacated and we were left to search without disruption. A good size cache TFTC
We completed #2 before tackling #1 and had to wait for a local tennis to finish - reading previous logs was a must in the end. tftc
TFTC our holiday is finished and we are back in Australia. A few geocaches on the mainland before we venture back to Tasmania
We were here, for about 15 or 20 minutes trying to find the cache. We were about to give up, when we felt something as we were digging through the leaves. There were some muggles playing tennis, so hopefully they didn't see us. Don't worry if you don't find it, but here's a clue: don't listen to the owners hint!
Found while visiting Melbourne for the week staying close by at a nice apartment in St Kilda. Thanks for the cache leafotwind!

A quick find here as it was getting dark. Best to ignore the hint and go for the light pole...

Goodness that was hard!!! Spent half an hour on this one!!! Tip: IGNORE THE HINT (sorry owner!) look behind the light pole!!! Tftc
While visiting Melbourne for work, we had a chance to walk through this lovely gardens. We were previously unaware that the gardens existed here. Had been raining this morning, but the sun came out around lunchtime and so we decided to head out.
Cache was found safe and dry,
Thanks

Previous container was not sufficiently watertight. Replaced with the standard 200ml sistema complete with fresh log. Updated cache description and hint to suit changes made. Have at it!
Seeing as there was a second finder advising of a wet logbook that needs replacing I'm disabling until I have a chance to pop down and check on it.
Muggle central! Got a free moment and made the find though, thanks for bringing me to these beautiful gardens on a beautiful winter's day
Good co-ords turned this cache into a smilie in quick time. Thanks leafotwind. The logbook is a bit soggy, I've positioned the cache hopefully to maintain some water proofing.
This is a lovely location and quite popular at times too. A little bit of standing guard and the container was quickly located.
Thanks to leafotwind for placing this cache.
Thanks to leafotwind for placing this cache.
Had to be sneaky to not attract attention from some muggles having a tennis lesson lol! Log book soaked needs replacing signed a new piece of paper. TFTC
After completing the two GCA caches in the park I thought that i may as well clean up the GC.com caches in here as well. Before this was the multi which took little time to do so we made way down to this cache. With no one nearby or on the courts the cache was easily found and another smiley was added to the map. Thanks for the cache and the relaxed walk.

A very early morning visit turned my original DNF to a smiley. I was lucky to get a break in the muggles to make the find. Thanks leafotwind, these are beautiful gardens.

There's no better way to spend a Friday afternoon than finding a few caches. This was the second for today and I resorted to the hint because even with the rainy weather there was still a few muggles around. I found the cache quickly but it was open with the log on the ground.
It wasn't too wet to sign and I replaced it after removing the snail from inside the container.
Thanks leafotwind for the cache.

Tftc finally. Few past visits had to be aborted due to muggled exercising nearby
Just passing through on a bit of a walk in the area, thought we'd drop in.
A quick find. Cache is in good condition. TFTC

I've occasionally sought to distance myself from the quasi-OCD tendencies of geocachers, but today I couldn't *possibly* leave the vicinity having found only #2 (the multi) from this wee cluster. This #1 cache also *needed* to be found, even if it made me late for an appointment some 20 tram stops away. I walked as fast as my still-a-bit-injured leg would allow and put myself right on top of the cache with little delay. But that sort of efficiency wouldn't do at all: I had to take myself to somewhere the cache wasn't for a least a little while. It was only when I checked whether there was a hint that I returned to the right place. And found the rather well concealed cache just in time to avoid a tennis match. Groovy. Thanks leafotwind!
Sent wifey in while I relaxed on the bench. In a minute she walked out with it. Enjoying some free time while our cruise ship gets fixed. Tftc
Found with a bit of help from a muggle friend. Nice park for a friends birthday today.
Was to well hidden for me today.
I looked high and low.
A couple of kids on the tennis so I moved on.
I will return.

Found this little blighter on our second visit. Great hide and a beautiful little park in the suburbs. TFTC. SL. Thanks for bringing to this nice quiet spot. Now for a game of tennis. Cheers.
### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED?** ###
Perhaps it's time for the cache owner to make a visit to this cache as it would appear to be in need of owner intervention. I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Geocache maintenance is a cache owner responsibility and includes regular visits to the cache to ensure it is in proper working order. Your prompt attention to any log that indicates things could be amiss will be greatly appreciated by all geocachers, have a read here: [Cache Maintenance Guidelines.](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance)
The guidelines advise; **if you can't fix it straight away then Disable it till you can.** This Help Centre article tells you how it can be done; [Temporarily Disable and Enable.]( http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 )
**Please respond to this situation within 28 days - so as to prevent the cache from being archived.**
If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and indicating a date when you believe you will have the issue resolved. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to date, or the cache will be treated as an abandoned and archived without further notice.
**And don't forget,** once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; [Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; [Temporarily Disable and Enable ](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) to get your cache up and running again.

We had a really good long look for this cache today. We found the spot where we think it was supposed to be but we think its been muggled and others before us seem to say the same, maybe the CO could go and check this one out to see if its still there or been muggled. Thanks & Cheers. We are putting this one on our watch list to keep an eye out for what results.
No luck for Suscoe this afternoon.
Will come back another day to see where it is hidden.

I was volunteered to deliver my elder child to the city fringe... the trade-off was obviously going to be that I'd take the scenic route home.
My main aim for this evening was the Wherigo at the GP circuit, if the weather held. Parking on the northern fringe of Albert Park, it was a nice stroll across to the Gardens, which I'd last visited on Pi Day for a tasty event. There were obviously far fewer people around this time, and the cache was found (far slower than it should have been) by torchlight.
Thanks for the smiley, leafotwind.

Found it. It was exposed when I found it, i may have just exposed if accidentally. Hid it in the same place as best I could.
Searched as widely as I could until I got too muggly, and I had to leave. I will give it another go soon.
Searched all over the GZ and used the clue, no luck. Muggled again? Either way, it's a lovely park in one of my fav areas of Melbourne.
Is that counting from the left or right corner post? I tried from both ends... no joy
I dropped by GZ earlier today on my way to MSAC in Albert Park to watch the table tennis semi-finals and see who was going to have the privilege of playing my team in next week's grand final. [^] Unfortunately there were lots of tennis players on the nearby courts so I gave it a miss but at least I had bit of an idea where the cache was hidden.
I returned tonight and there was nobody around so with my torch in hand I searched GZ. Thanks to the very precise hint, which I don't think I would have needed in the daylight, I found the cache and signed the log at 10:30 pm. TN but left an arachnid as a cache guardian seeing as this cache has been muggled a couple of times.
Thanks leafotwind for the nice hide in these beautiful gardens....I've stopped here a few times in the daylight to have a bite to eat before my weekly table tennis comp.
