Today we explored Mackay to find the caches that had been published since our last visit and this was one of them. At GZ we made a quick find.

Thanks for the cache. Thought we'd be tricky and come past when the nearby store was closed. Unfortunately there was some stock checking nearby so we had to be careful seekers.
we crossed over here to look for the cache and I thought I had made the find but as I was investigating how to get the log out, Ratdog was signing the log nearby. Oh well. I might have to make a cache from this after all.

Quick find today. Felt a bit odd going into the garden to search with a muggle fixing his truck close by. But hey. The cache takes priority. Now of to the next one. Tftf.
Good Friday and when we get to the right area 1 mowing muggle, had to wait until he was on way down the fence then we quickly raced over and grabbed the cache. Quick find, signed and replaced. TFTC
Found in the last place we looked 
. So happy to finally get started on these Monkey Magic caches. My brother and I loved watching it as kids. I don't think we ever worked out for sure if Tripitaka was a boy or a girl. Almost had to give up on this one as I looked as best as I could, conscious of the forklift driver working just on the other side of the gate. TFTC!

After a false start found the cache.

A long weekend in Mackay region, some tourism and some caching and some combined too.
My map was wrong so I ended up taking a shortcut to this one, took me just seconds to spot the hide this time.

A bit of a search and finally bingo I had it in hand. Signed and replaced thanks for the hide:-)
Monkey Magic (all I can think of is that bloke who blew air behind his fingers which were waving?) and the little weird pig man and those costumes. Circa 1980's.
Arrived at GZ as we were going shopping at PetStock nearby for a few doggy things and a treat for geo-dog as you can take your dog shopping in there and they get treats and stuff. I digress.
Teen-geo had pegged that she knew where it would be so I let her get wet. After all I am very old and it would kill me if I got pneumonia (that's my story and I'm sticking to it)
Found the cache no problem at all, another tricky one... So we signed the log and took nothing but another FTF! How lucky are we today. TFTC. TNLN.
