Found with shrimp 92 after a week away up north. Heading home to south coast. Thankyou for the cache
Tftc. A quick park and grab. Signed log, took Star Wars novelty toy, left a sticker.
After my dismal failure from a DNF on a nearby cache I was hoping for better luck this time. The phone app clearly said I was still nearly 4m away when I had the cache in hand. [?] Not sure what is happening there, still, it was a nice find, the new road is quite impressive. Thanks latanzi
This one took longer than it should have the car GPS needs to be up dated to include these roads.
thanks Latanzi

Driving back to Canberra from our holiday in Byron Bay, the little one and I decided to stop for a couple of caches to break the trip home. Although we only managed a couple, this was one of them.
This one was very easy and it was good to end the trip with a find.
Thanks for the break and the cache and the smiley.

Our sixth find for the day cruising around Port Mac and environs on a beautiful day. Tftc
After a visit to New Zealand we learnt to take a wide berth around the spikey plants called spaniards so it's unlikely there'd be a cache in NZ with this name. What a difference a country makes!
Google maps haven't caught up with this area. And we were glad they hadn't, it was very quiet where we parked. Down the track when down the track is finished, parking won't be as easy as it was today. The first thing we saw was a lounge.....so out of place but positioned to take in the view.....................??? Getting our thoughts off that randomness we went to find our last cache in Port Macquarie. An easy find of a good size container with lots of great swaps (even a lounge if anyone so desired!). 09:00 Interesting to see what had been done around here so thanks for placing this cache to draw us to the new bridge area. TFTC latanzi
It is interesting to see how much work has been done around here. Once the roadworks have finished, it will be a wonderfully smooth drive. TFTC. Always good to stop and stretch the legs.
Found at 1:48 PM GAFF1.
Ah Maximus from "The Gladiator" was also known as The Spaniard! Wonder if he would have worked for Ferrovial if he was around today
This was the last cache on our 6 week trip down south and to do it we had to pass the "donut" which is where we normally turn to go home. We were then hoping that our van would cope with the new works being done in the area, but there was no need for any concern as the new road was wide enough for us to park on one side.
Thanks latanzi.
Feedback: The size of that container is verging on a regular.

Hi Latanzi, thank you very much for placing this cache. It is amazing how much road work has been done in this area. SL tnln
After having a very frightening experience in Red Rock near Corindi Beach with a snake I was rather sceptical of this one for some reason. Found it quickly and off I went. Happy New Year.
2335, GAFF1 (Already logged the find for 1/1/16!) Only one car went past while I signing the log, but I was surprised there was even one. All good with the cache, and I was finally able to find a cache that a Correct Site Marker would fit in!

Found this one today with Gazkersh and Tilly. Such a fun find Tilly was so excited to find a largish container FULL of swaps. She grabbed a timer thingy and left a toy car and a Little People sheep TFTC latanzi.

Wednesday. Kerry from Slow Puncture took off in Blue Thunder very early to pick up Barb and Ed, with 2 goals in mind: for all three cachers to (1) obtain the remaining distance-related finds required to fufill our respective "Well Traveled Cacher' challenge, and to (2) capture and sign the log for the D1.9/T1.9 Challenge. As the physical cache for that is located in Gloucester, NSW, it required some use of the Geocaching "Find Caches Along A Route" pocket query. Fortunately, the Pacific Highway is awash with containers GSAK was then employed to create the appropriate GPX files. And in the darkness, the intrepid bunch set off!
We were surprised to find that we were joint 3rd to find on this one [xx(] The cache was found quickly and the logbook was signed by all and replaced. We admired the size of the object that the container was resting in!
This was the 20th of 24 caches found on today's leg of the trip.
Thanks [Blue]latanzi[/Blue], for showing us this place.

*FTF* 10.30am.
Dropped Bill off to walk from Flynns Beach to Settlement City. After meeting up we decided to head out to this new section of the highway to see the work that has gone on here & to look for the cache.
At this stage there is plenty of places to park close to the cache, so its a good time to get out there to find it. There is a nice supply of swaps inside, we took the $20 FTF prize. (just kidding)
After signing duties completed we crossed the new bridge to get a good view of the roadworks.
