I approached this last visit from a very overgrown area and couldn't find a track. Today I came from the opposite end and found an excellent track right to the cache, the bridge was further on. A bit of searching gave me the cache, thanks for an excellent hide, loved the location.
Found some cool stuff on this walk, especially the rope swing. New caches The Slawskis were out with us today. They seem hooked. Tftc
Bush bashed my way there through the scrub to GZ Found the cache and the easy track that I should have taken in the first place back to the carpark (happens so often)Love caches constructed out of recycled containers covered with great camo.A real nice cache and dry inside as well!Thank you very much Bonfire7 for the geocache and the adventure FP given
Turned the blue face yellow.. it took a while to come back.. notice the rope swing has had an upgrade.. the kids loved it
I parked as suggested and walked towards the cache but could not find a trail, it's very overgrown now and bushbashing for 150m is no longer something I can do.
Caching from WA west coast to ACT for 2 megas. TFTC. I did a direct route from the carpark and found myself on the wrong side of the creek. Walked my way up and eventually found the path and a bridge. Nice and easy after that.
Found the track in and a quick find at GZ, what is all the fencing for? Then off to chase some prawns as it is getting dark.TFTCIronbark.
Quick little Sunday afternoon pit stop on the way for ice cream. As per usual did the walk in & out with Mini muffin on my back.
TFTC.

Staying just up the hill from this one, so came down on a quick walk to grab it.
After looking for around half hour no luck I’ll keep watching to see if someone else has found it then I’ll come turn my blue face yellow.. p.s you have to have a go on the swing near by! Talk about fun
Thanks for this beautiful little hide.
A gorgeous spot and it is so interesting to see how the branches fall and decay away into new habitat for plants.
The hide was soggy but I did the legals as best I could.
Found out in the open (spoiler free image for reference)

Fien to Culburra for a few days before Christmas - hot on the way down but windy and a bit cooler on the beach.
My first job was to head to the shops and get some supplies. This wax the closest cache (without a muddy walk it seems) so I diverted east and parked near the lake. Surprised how full it is - I will head back tomorrow to do some bird watching a bit further around.
Finally found the access track (pay attention. To to the cache notes) and a quick walk (lots of construction). Cache was on ground and as previous logs state, can not be signed but likely to be safe where it is.

Windy day walk while on a break. It was out in the open and we spotted it before getting to GZ. Was difficult to open the container and when we finally got it open, it was very wet and not able to be signed. Photo of log instead. TFTC
# 7415 Staying in Huskisson for an extended weekend. The weather hasn't been great, but there have been periods when it has been ok. Today I was flying solo, so I headed up to Culburra beach. Some great locations and interesting caches.
Thanks Bonfire7

A beautiful walk in after a chat with the gents at the men's shed. At GZ the colours the me for a bit and as others said, it required a fair bit of force to open. Log was also wet.
Thanks for the wonderful location and stroll

After a few minutes of looking we finally found it. Took a while to open and found the log really wet.

Nope this is some Blair witch project shit going on! I ran my fastest km out of there!!
On a cool grey morning, with no one around this cache brought me to a beautiful and serene place. TFTC.
Faint track into the cache did not look well used. Cache was exposed so signed and covered it again.
Thanks Bonfire7, was out on a wet and windy afternoon with caching buddy gredta. We were keen to clean out all the hides in the immediate area of Culburra, having been here 12 months ago and again this weekend. A mini-bender of 5 caches this arvo, after 3 earlier this morning. This was number 4 of 8 today. We found the cache in excellent condition.

Another day out caching with nicolebr76gal and the geokids #4 for the day. Thanks for the cache.
Check out the beautiful black swans.

Two years since I was in Australia, first geocache of the trip, staying in a lake house only 800 feet from cache. Idyllic setting. Found with Australian grandchildren,en Joe and Lucas.
I'm sure I found another cache in this location many years ago. No muggles about, made a quick grab. TFTC
Sax64 and I decided to take a break from Canberra and spend the ling weekend at Greenwell Point Top Parks caravan park, take the camper and grab some caches. We woke this morning to beautiful weather so after bacon and poached eggs we jumped in the car and off we went on our merry way. We parked car got Banjo geohound out and on ano track towards gz. I read hint and saw the first blue object and into the thick sotted 2nd clue then 2nd blue, retrieved log signed and put back. Tftc Bonfire7
Found with darzee Di and banjo the geohound on a long weekend camping at Greenwell Point. Tftc

On a weekend break with geowife and geodog, of course I hoped to grab a few caches. This one was closest so whilst they were resting this afternoon I thought I would pop out to get it and maybe some EarthCaches.
Geowife thought we should all go, so I picked a less direct but easier route than I would have taken by myself. Unfortunately we got to within 250m when she decided that they were too tired and would wait for me.
Thankfully this cache was a bit hard to miss, I don't think I've ever seen these containers so large. But a great pity as geodog didn't get to visit a cache and geowife missed a lovely view of various birds on the water. Hopefully I'll get those EarthCaches later.

OCW EverestHigh and MaxAdventurer on a trip south. Day 3 of our caching adventure. Our first for the day after we drove within 130m along the dirt trail. Nice view of the lake. TFTC

Another day clearing out a chunk on the map. Today we hit the Currambene State Forest, Crookhaven, Orient Point, Culburra, Mayfield, Greenwell Point and Worrigee, before heading to Wollongong for dinner and the new caches near Lake Illawarra. It was unreal - 30 finds in 6.5hrs, with 0 DNF's - an awesome effort to clear a significant section of the map! Thanks to the Cache Owners for maintaining the caches that I visited today.
A quick walk to the big blue, before a little scramble to find little blue. Easy find, cheers. TFTC

Out for the day to chase up find number 2000 and thought I'd pick up most of what I needed in the Culburra Beach and Nowra areas. This was eighth on the day. As the previous log indicated a DNF we were not optimistic about making the find but as we neared GZ we could spot the container in the open from well over ten meters away. It was a bit damp but we took time to air it out and restore it to its proper hiding place. So, all good here and ready to be found again. TFTC.
After an extensive search around GZ, the light was fading and the mozzies were biting, we were unable to find the GC. However, what a beautiful spot!!! We would never have found this quiet treasure unless we were GCing. Thanks and hopefully next time we will have better luck!
Discovered a new spot after coming down here for 20 years. Found and returned to hide mentioned in previous log. Sign Sheet a bit damp but ok. Nice walking tracks in area. TFTC
Found under the log rather than hanging so I replaced it where I found it. Loved the idea of the Men's Shed, sounds like a great thing and it was certainly a hive of activity this morning.

Nice little walk along the trail to GZ and though I suspected a likely hiding spot on zero, the hint (in my current PQ) had me ignoring the arrow a few more metres. Instinct made me turn back and quickly spotted my colourful prize.
Took a little searching once at GZ, as the clue was somewhat misleading, but got there in the end. A lovely area to visit, right next to a great little walk along Sheepwash Creek. Loved the big rock dumped in the middle of the track to prevent vehicular access to the lake at what used to be a boat ramp. Thanks Bonfire7 for the cache
A quick diversion from a family walk through the park to the playground. They never knew I was gone. TNLNSL TFTC
Found with Cyody and Maxamillion after Nippers. A couple of muggles on petrol scooters hanging around so stealth was needed to return the cache. TFTC
Find Number 1277, found at 13:32
Took a detour on the way from Nowra to home and found a couple of caches.
We parked at the end of the track and walked along the track to the blue seat. Then it was a bit of a bush bash to GZ. Nothing was hangng low, but we did find the cache concealed on the ground. Not sure if that is where it was supposed to be, but it was well hidden from the casual glance.
The cache and the contents were damp, but we were able to sign the log thanks to the special paper. We took nothing, left nothing and replaced the container as found

Visited with my new Oregon which unfortunately is inferior to the Magellan which I broke. Each time it turns the screen off for battery saving I have to re-select the Geocache - what the? Anyway knew where to go & this time found the cache out in the open almost as though it had been lobbed from a distance, like a grenade. Signed, left a pathtag & re-hid appropriately. Thanks, good to get this one.
Hoojar, stteba and the Rats heading for days catch-up and caching before we head away for a few months holiday. Today we chose to head down south towards Nowra and surrounding suburbs where a plethora of caches had sprung up since my last time down this way. The day started well before sun up and we werestill going after dark.
Thanks to all the cache owners to whom we found your cache today. Apologises for the generic log but it doesn't detract from the fun day we had exploring the Shoalhaven.

Another fine day out with my caching mates Hoojar and The Rats.
We tackled the Currarong headland first, then Callala Bay before light defeated us back in Nowra. Some great bushland and then bay environments during our travels. And some well constructed hides.
Bit of a generic log for most but TFTC!

With The Rats soon to be headed North for a few months, it was decided that we needed to squeeze in one more caching day together before his departure. And so it was that Steeba, The Rats and I found ourselves headed to the northern parts of Jervis Bay for a most excellent day of caching. The weather was perfect, the caches enjoyable, and the company stimulating.
We did a lot of walking, a lot of scrambling, and a lot of caching as we made our way from cache to cache.
Thank you to all of the cache owners, and sorry for the boiler-plate logs!
Cheers

Rain nearly stopped play, but we were up for this one. Asparagus fern is prickly creating many "in" jokes about prickle pants, but Brave was determined and as usual found this one for the team. SL, TFTC Bonfire7
I needed a cache today so took a walk at lunchtime. I have never even seen this walk before despite visiting the scout hall numerous times. After a while I tried the direct approach but soon found myself back on track. At GZ I was round and round in circles until I finally spotted it just as my lunch break was over. Spotted a bower on the way out. SL TFTC Bonfire7.
Well, after begging a hint, and getting a nudge in the right direction, I finally lost my cache blindness on this one. Great location, clever hide!
TFTC Bonfire7!

Din't find it back in Mach, didn't find it again today. Lots of asparagus fern overgrowing area - I was a bit hesitant to venture too far into tick and snake country.
While visiting friends in Culburra Beach I found this cache. What a beautiful area. ttftc.
