We parked close bye and followed the hint. It didn't take too long before we added our name . Tftc
We found it, its wedge in very tight after using a spanner and lubricant beware of ants . Puzzled solved by our beloved father.
Today caching is taken as to the Southside of Brisbane. Green Gecko1 organise today caching. Muggle65 as the driver. This cache was found and signed. Logan Geocaching thank you for placing and maintaining this cache for enjoyment of the caching community.
Muggle65, Brislions and l were slowly making our way to an event and had gathered a few targets to find. Thank you for a fun cache Placed a replacement right next to the wedged container.
Early start Travelling long distances Targeted plan Visiting the Dagwooddog Guy Oh yeah & finding caches Replaced as current container is no longer able to be separated from the tree as previous finder had found.
Making our way to Canungra and detoured into Flagstone to find a few caches. The nearby neighbours of it us off a bit so used a PAF. We found the cache but it was wedged in and we couldnt get it out. Have a photo if needed. Tftc Logan GeocachingFind #5821
Out and about this afternoon at Flagstone to find the cache and gather the required info needed. Found cache and signed log. TFTC
I felt a bit exposed here but made a quick find. Thanks Logan Geocaching and have a great Christmas
A maintenance run was completed today on the entire Crazy Scientist Series. All caches were checked, and where necessary replaced. Hints were placed in all caches.
A slight change was made to the final coordinates of GC68B1C - Crazy Scientist Takes Over The World.
The clue in this cache was not changed.

17 months since PirateLinda and I were here last…
Taking advantage of the owner maintenance, this was a nice quick find… despite the best efforts of the very yappy dog across the road….

Today, the objective was a hike up to Mount Joyce via the MTB trails next to Lake Wyaralong. The weather was ideal for the short hike, although I missed not having my MTB to completely enjoy the area.
After lunch, I made a solo expedition into Flagstone, and it was an enjoyable visit to see the making of this new community, as well as walking around a few scenic lakes and trails. On my return home, I was able to complete the *Welcome to Greenbank* Adventure Lab.
The Crazy Scientist series looks like it may need some TLC and love, and given the other DNFs in the series, I had always decided to miss visiting Flagstone for that reason. However, this was one of the few Crazy Scientist caches with a good record of finds, and sure enough, it was a quick find of the cache with use of the hint (and different to where I would have expected the cache to be). The cache container and logbook were in good shape, and a nicely themed container to go with the series. The clue was obtained to perhaps one day find this series' final. Thanks mkell75 on behalf of Logan Geocaching for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

The only one of the caches in this series I managed to turn from a frowny to a smiley this morning. I'm not sure why I missed this last time, it's not a tircky hide and NurseyJulie spotted it very quickly on arrival. We added our names to the log and returned it as found, then added a srinklte of camo to keep it safe. [^]
Maybe the previous finder logged an incorrect cache, but their name is not in the log. [?]

With half plus 1 of the team deciding to head home, couldn't resist in looking for one (or two) more puzzles that I've had in the bag. Failed at one just around the corner but came up trumps with this one. For a quiet rural area, there is a steady flow of traffic around the place. Thanks all for maintaining this cache.
Fun puzzle and a quick find. I was amazed how much traffic was on these little roads, would have expected that it is a bit quieter here.

Out this way again, could no resist grabbing a few caches.
Great to add a puzzle cache to the daily finds.
Enjoyed solving this one while in a lonely hotel room a few weeks ago.
Coordinates were spot on even if I expected another landmark.
Tank you for this one

Today Zacgyver and I are heading to the Hinterland Round-up #7 event, and we decided to return to Flagstone to change a couple of DNFs into smileys, and of course we gathered a few extras along the way.
This one was high on my list today as it was missing on our last visit. Today we made quick work of the find. I'm glad to finally wrap up this series. TFTC, Logan Geocaching.

IolantheK and I were traveling down to the Hinterland Round-up #7 Blooming Marvelous Fun event today and geocaching beforehand. A long time ago we had DNF'd this cache as it was missing. Today we really hoped to rectify that and succeeded. It is nice to finally have the series finished.
After a day of caching at the Gold Coast, we had detoured to Flagstone on the way home. After finding a nearby cache, I figured I could find a few more before heading on my way. This one was quickly located and the log signed. TFTC
Nice easy puzzle for Mrs RoddyC to solve. Decided today was the day to go out with Mrs Patrol14 to get this cache. As per instructions from owners, cache container has been improved.
Returned later in the day to update clue for future finders
Log signed and replaced at 9.25am on 6 July 2018. TFTC, mkell75, Logan Geocaching

Out for a maintenance run with Mrs RoddyC in the area, this was the first stop on our adventure.
Located the cache and added new logsheet and cache container ready for the next finder.
Came back later to add the clue for the final. What a great series and puzzle.

Found this one with the help of seffnjarah and JeznDez. Not sure how i missed logging this one! I spent ages on this puzzle trying to get a workable solution!
Thanks for the fun.
Thanks for the fun.
Another solved puzzle in this series. Doubted our coordinates at first blush but a quick pass through the checker again and we confirmed that we were indeed in the correct location, just needed to look harder. After searching in a different spot we soon had the cache located, although quite worse for wear with water damage. No chance of getting the clues from this logbook. TFTC
Cache below current water table. Very wet and log unusable. Added new log in fresh plastic bag and a little higher. Nice one
Cache has been replaced by one of the Logan Geocaching team and all is good. Happy Hunting.
Out finishing what I had started back in January 2016.
I found this one harder than the one in Spring Hill of the same calibre.
Finally got some coordinates and headed to GZ.
Located the cache on the second swing past.
Clue was there but no log and as I carry log paper, signed and returned the cache to hide.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks Logan Geocaching All good with this cache and puzzle

Cache has been replaced with permission. It has been placed where the hint will lead to again. Hopefully it wont get muggled again!
I also found a crush rusted mintos tin with a twist tie nearby.. not sure what cache was supposed to be, but may have been muggled
On a casual road trip from the Coast with Aussie Liahona and joojoo57 to pick up a few caches and thought we would do this small series whilst in the area as geo buddies had already solved the puzzle. When we arrived at GZ we thought this would be a quick find but alas no such luck. All avenues were checked and as we were about to log a DNF, geo buddy found it in the long grass, phew!! After logging duties, cache was placed back where it should have been. Note, there was no clue inside this container or on the log paper.
Thanks mkell75 and Logan Geocaching for the good puzzle and TFTC

Out caching with Snickersallan and Aussie Liahona around Flagstone. Took some searching before being spotted on the ground - placed back in its spot - needs to have clue added to log sheet.
We hunted this one, hunted that one, and couldn't come up with the cache. Before giving up we were looking at different altitudes and found that the wind or a bird must have dislodged this one and we retrieved it from the long grass. Phew! Found. We replaced it where the amended hint suggested and hope it will remain. Could the CO please note that the Clue for the Final of this series is not on the log in this cache. Cheers!

Heading south to the Scenic Rim CITO today with Zacgyver, and of course we collected several caches along the way! This series was my main target, and I spent some time yesterday solving the puzzles.
I made an attempt on this one by hand, but got quite tangled up! In the end I went searching for a solver, and still had lots of fun getting it sorted [^] Pulling the numbers out was straightforward, and the GeoChecker liked me first go At GZ we weren't expecting to make the find as it is offline, but we made a search any way. No luck. Mmmm, hoping the clue isn't vital for solving the final...

Went to check on this one today and didn't find it. Will replace cache as soon as I can
No joy for me this morning. I was feeling a little exposed at GZ, but I had a good scratch around. Sadly, the fresh mulch around the area has probably buried it a little deeper than I was prepared to dig.
I'll be back another time for this one.

I don't mind working out soduku puzzles but I've never had a go at one like this before. I wasn't entirely sure how to work it out so I had to look it up first. A bit of a lesson from Mr Google had me pulling my hair out for a few nights. Thankfully this one in the series was the only one that gave me real trouble but in the end persistence paid off. A green light on the coords which were promptly entered into my phone.
At GZ, it took quite awhile to actually locate the cache. Then the hard part began, trying to extract it from it's hide. I normally find myself relating to my caching name by climbing in trees for caches or hiding them. Today however, I felt like David Attenborough was probably watching me from the nearby garden bed as I looked like those monkeys do on docos, getting ants out of holes with a stick. A few attempts but I got it in the end, thankfully.
Cheers mkell75

I solved these puzzles not long after they were published. Every time I go for a ride at Mt Joyce they pop up on my radar as the closest unfound.
Usually I am too tired after a ride to bother to detour to find caches. Today though I had been out for a paddle, so the legs were still willing.
The puzzle was not too difficult. I like sudoku, so not too different. Retrieving the cache was a bit of a puzzle too. It took me ages and I almost got stuck once. The tree provided some much needed shade today.

This cache gave me hours of entertainment. At first, I didn't know what to do. I had to research how to do the puzzle. With a few false starts, two days later I came up with some numbers. Now I am hooked and I want to do another puzzle of this kind.
Fast forward to today. If only I brought with me a child or a tool to get it out. I don't even have man hands. It took quite a bit of manipulation to get it out.

solved the puzzle then headed to the coordinates; on arriving at GZ easily found cache but had a problem extracting it from the hide; once in hand signed log then returned to its cosy home
I had to do some research about this type of puzzle. I regularly do Killer Sudoku puzzles but I have never tried one like this before. A bit of brain work to work it out and I had the coordinates.
I was in the area and had to drive past this one on the way so dropped off to check it out.
A bit of too and fro as the GPS jumped around and then I spotted a glimpse of colour and then it took some maneuvering to get the cache out of the hide.
First one of the series and I was planning on getting them all today.
TFTC.

Quick find this evening, however cache was a bit stuck. A bit of prodding around and was able to retrieve it. TFTC.
I had the right coordinates but the checker told me no. Geochecker needs checkin. Going with the 9×9 grid is a bit mean. Took me ages to do the KK puzzle.
Did the puzzle but the checker says no and i can't find a mistake. I get coordinates on red ceder drive but doesn't look right. Gt54 its all yours.
