As I approached some person knew what I was looking for and did find it after some searching. Happy for this to be my 100th! TFTC!
I was trying for about half an hour until I gave up and loged a dnf but I will come back and try to find it soon
Adelong. Day 2 Staying in the showgroundsToday we headed to Tumut to do the few caches.A nice way to visit the town & area is by following the geocaching trailI'm sure we found another cache at or near this caravan park many years agoThanks The Emongs for hiding this cache.
Visited cache this morning and found cache is still hanging in its hide Happy caching
Hmmm. I didnt find this one. Bit tough. Not sure its still there as no recent finds. But Ill be back.
Stars camp year 7 found it they thought it was a little tricky to start with then once it was sighted they thought it was easy
Confession: I spent 10mins looking for this earlier. My gps had me at the other end so only briefly looked at this object. frmen1 waltzed straight up to it as his smartphone was spot on. TFTC P.S. Staying here and love looking at/listening to the river.
Great one felt dumb after finding it knowing it was right in front of me the hole time definitely a micro.TFTC
Looking for a few minutes then my friends dad came over and found it straight away.

I called in to reception as the description asks. Unfortunately, the lady did not know there was a cache hidden in the park. Thankfully, she did know what caching is.
After finding the container, I took it in to show her.
This one is listed as a small but it's definitely a micro.
Thanks for the geo-fun.

We found this cache quite a while ago, but forgot to bring a pen. Today we went for another stroll next to the beautiful river and made our way over to the cache again. This time we remembered our writing tool. The kids quickly spotted the clever hide. TFTC!

Down this way from Canberra to attend last night's event and this morning's event at Oura. Cached my way home via Adelong (somewhere I hadn't been before), Tumut and Wee Jasper. Snuck in for a quick find. TFTC.

Nice fast find.
Had etched this weekend out for a Mega down south, but with that postponed we thought a weekend adventure in the Tumut region would help fill the gap. A lovely trip with crazy weather (I love spring snow) and a few surprise side trips. So glad we made the trip! Thanks for the cache.

Found on an early morning walk while we were staying at the caravan park. Perfect hidey spot. Came back bit later with the geogirls to sign the log. TFTC.

After dropping off some steel frames for galvanising in Gundagai, I took a drive in the country side to collect some caches. Dropped into reception and the lady had no idea what a geocache was, so I just left and made the find.
Found with my mate Ayrton on a spontaneous camping road trip from Canberra. We were staying at the caravan park for the night and found this cache while our paprikaš was simmering away. Avoided some muggles eating their own dinner and made a quick find. Thanks for placing this one!
Found at 2:57 PM GAFF3 in the company of The Drovers.
It is becoming a bit hot after doing the caches in the bike reserve. The park was very quite and there was hardly anyone around to see what we were up to.
Thanks The Emongs.

This the last calendar year of the year and so I was glad I hadn’t cleaned up all the caches in Tumut a few weeks ago because we are back for a family trip this time. Original plan was to camp but with the forecast for significant rain they changed to a cabin. Hadn’t realised there was a cache in the caravan park so between showers and before coffee I wandered over and the cache was quickly found and log signed.

A beautiful Sunday walk spent with the geo-tot & petulant navigator saw us find this after dropping into reception to say hi. Trampled grass gave the game away...
Checking the obvious hidey holes so much I nearly missed the camo and actual cache. Left a tiny coin. TB84F14 visited in spirit as back at car.
Thanks for the cache! Found it with my little girl, and a friend who had never geocached before!
Spent the day in Tumut, to do some caching.
We found a variety of hides, and good size containers.
Went to the office to ask permisiion to enter the park.
Being a Sunday morning, a group had gathered at the undercover cook area for brunch.
Cache found quickly, signed and returned a found.
Many thanks for placing this cache, The Emongs, for us and others to find.

Quick find at twilight on a beautiful day. TFTC didn’t sign but have photo evidence.

Up and out of the caravan relatively early this morning with the aim of finding coordinates for 4 GCAs, homes for 2 Tbs and smilies for 2 nearby GC caches. All were achieved and I was back at the van by 8:30, ready for brekky and a quick pack up so we could once again hit the road after having spent 4 nights in this beautiful part of the world. TFTC Emongs. SL as SG as I usually do in small caches to save space. Left 2 Tbs.
There was a small group of "us" heading off to meet more of "us" in Tumut for the weekend. Our merry band of misfits was made up of MTrax, Tankengine, Joolay, Aquilus1 and myself. In the car we all thought of a name that we could call our gang, but in the end we decided it was a Canberra Invasion Trip that we were on so just went with CBR5. We signed logs either indiviually or with the group name.
It was an awesome weekend all up, with lots of fun with friends. We cached all day then met up with the rest of the Invasion Team for dinner Saturday night, then cached some more on Sunday until it was time to head home.
**The Cache** We parked outside the caravan park and walked in towards GZ. Once there it was a quick find. We signed the cache then continued into the back of the caravan park to the next cache. Tftc The Emongs!!!

Day 2 of our invasion of Tumut saw us packing up camp before heading out for a full day of caching.
As we were checking out, we went and grabbed the two caches in the caravan park.
Quick find here today.
