TFTC TeamDAARK your cache Grassy Trek that we found today. Last day of caching around Adelaide before we start meandering towards Canberra.Today we cached with Wollaston and MeandDe. We started the day with a couple of 2001 caches before heading to the CITO and the after event. WE slowly cached our way back to the Caravan Park to start packing and the evening event.Find Count: 18612
We were in the neighborhood grabbing another cache so figured we'd wander past and sign this one while we could. It's just one more, after all Thanks for find #5493TNLN
On a Leap Forward hunting expidition with HansandLinda, MeandDe. Another great day for caching. TFTC TeamDAARK
New to geocaching. We walk this path almost everyday. Exciting to discover there are little treasures everywhere! Thanks!
The cache was really cool! It was a good hiding spot, but the log was full, so I had to write small to fit it in.
We are on a trip around Adelaide and Kangaroo Island. Beside visiting beautiful places we also do our hobby geocaching. We found and signed this cache in good condition. TeamDAARK, thank you for this cache, regards xizat-NL. Take care, this hobby can develop to an addiction.
I think this one nearly killed me, in the hottest part of a hot day...I'm a sook about things like that.TFTC TeamDARK

With the chores out the way, it was time to head into the hills for some caching. Todays targeted cache was near Blackwood - The mines of moria. Parking at Dale Road, I opened todays account here at Drop Zone, a nice walk down and back up again, to find a nicely crafted cache nestled in the tree. A shower of rain swept through after signing so I waited it out, then walked back. I past a good location for looking over the passing trains. I looked at the Mines of Moria dot, and determine it is not near enough, and best to access it from the other path. Sad mistake. I head back to the car and drive to the other side of the valley parking at Gulfview Road and aim for the remaining three. A nice walk down to this one, cache found safely stowed.
Thanks for this cache TeamDAARKm find #8437 at 11.54am. Cache in good condition. Contents slightly damp so aired it out for a few minutes. Book full, wrapped it well in the baggy and then added a new book. Not such a grassy trek here today, but it wont take long.

That was never cool yet I walked pased it like 7 times before I started walking and was standing over top of it
One of three in my trip to Watiparinga/Ashby reserves, and an easy find on some mercifully flat terrain after I had previously traversed some of the gullys, having chosen to park at Baeckea Pl, some distance from this one.
No koalas were seen today, although the particularly loud grunts of one could be heard while on the walking trail.
The logbook of the cache was slightly damp, but still very much signable, but appears to be getting full - might be due to a swap out soon.
TFTC TeamDAARK!

Having great fun in this park today with our dog. A great cache to find with our Lab. She sniffed it out. Thx.
Made quick detour to this area while in the area today. A great reserve which I haven't been to before. Also enjoyed the walk to nab a couple of caches here. TNLN. Cheers.
I haven't been to this part of the reserve before. On the way to the cache I panicked and resorted "grassy trek" when the track was going down rapidly, but as I got to the GZ, I found that I should have persevered with going down and then turning to the right on a track. No slitherers were detected while grass bashing. Thanks TeamDAARK.
After an appointment south of the city decided to go a lit bit further south for some caching. Main aim was a walk in the Watiparinga/Ashby Reserve after some traditionals, and anything else that looked like it needed to be found. Ended up finding 8 traditionals and a couple of puzzles but also had a DNF on another puzzle
First of four found after leaving the car nearby and then taking the ****long**** way back to the car.
Thanks to TeamDAARK for putting this cache out here for me to find.
*This log composed and published using GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife).*

Wandered up to this one from the fire track while travelling through the area back home from the southern suburbs today. Thanks for the cache TeamDAARK!
Quick find on my after hike around the area.
Thanks for the cache TeamDAARK.

Nice quiet area. Quickly found with accurate coordinates and clever clue. Geocache has succumbed to the elements and is quite soggy.
Quick and easy one in a great park. Weather was stunning today after last night's rain.
Found this one in the pouring rain. The log stayed dry but we didn't! Dropped off a TB that's been in our draw for way too long. Thanks
After completing the Deep Dark Ryobi forest cache I needed somewhere to drop the TB. I found this whilst having dinner with rcambo and geofamilies up the road so we took a walk after dinner to drop it off. Didn't take too long to find. Took other TB. TFTC.
After arriving back from Brisbane this morning I decided to collect a few caches around where I am currently staying.
A nice walk down the track to this one, a quick and easy find.

I tagged along with hevwalker and LiB as they had planned for some hiking around Mitcham, parking in Ashby Reserve. The plan was targeting the Hills Hideway (sp.) cache due to its 2001 vintage, but then to collect caches around the area.
A clamber back down the cliffs past the Mines of Moria, to retrieve my company's jackets and jumpers left next to the creek. It was a nice walk back along the river, and then a tiring and sweaty walk up the hill. I arrived back at the cache earlier than the other two's walk along the pleasant and equal elevation fire track walk.
Didn't take long to find this cache, and all was in good shape with this one. Thanks TeamDAARK.

LiB, Davidwazza & I had just completed the old caches in this park so this was an easy stroll to grab this one...

Found with hevwalker and Davidwazza after walking around locating some of the older caches throughout the park. The harder walk done and dusted... this was a walk in the park, especially as David had it in hand before we arrived

Out with grandies for school holidays fun. Stick to main track NOT the creek. Grand girls first cache. Tftc
The path we took to this one was a bit too high so a bit of bushwhacking to get to GZ, we left our pen in the car so couldn't sign log but I left a trackable.--------TFTC
After avoiding the dog walkers earlier on, they happened to come back across me near GZ .
All good though; they were nowhere near when retrieving/replacing the cache [8].
TNLNSL.
Thanks for the exercise Team DAARK.

Birds are chirping. Not another person in sight and another new place to walk. Tftc
What a beautiful place to walk. A little bit of sun and a new place to explore. Tftc
Adelaide Trip September 2017. Day 6. Today was a visit to town and a few city caches. Before getting going I visited another of the local reserves. This was a bit further down the hill than I expected, bit a nice cache in a great location.
Thanks.

My signal pointed me directly to an actual seat. Couldn't find the cache anywhere. Then the dancing signal went to work and found the proper ground zero, 20m away. From there it was an easy find. Thanks.
Found just before dark while heading home after an arduous walk up and down the hills in the reserves. Thanks for the cache TeamDAARK.
Out for a afternoons caching with Mattycat and Sebastbat, a short walk along the path a short cut acroos the grass had us a GZ for a quick find only to find the path would have got us there as well, we returned via the path with our last known cache in the park found. TFTC TeamDAARK
Caching afternoon with Sebastbat and Mr Froghoppin.

Out today with Anymules having a stroll around the area. A great place to get some exercise if you live nearby. A quick find due to the camo. SL TFTC
Another day of dropping my daughter off at Flinders Uni and being free to cache a few hours away. [8d] Time to try and get a few more of the caches in the Shepherd's Hill park that I didn't get to last week. [^]
One last walking one before lunch. Nice little spot to sit and finish off the last of my water bottle. And find a cache of course. Thanks TeamDAARK
