Gawd - how many caches in Townsville have co-ords that are way out? And why don't the CO's change the co-ords when they are advised by other cachers?
So much wasted time in a place that was not pretty - the dead end road. Then it was pot luck on the real wall and let's see what sort of damage we can create!

Geocache had no lid and log book was full and on the coordinates were 10 metres off on the official app found. Tftc

used the coordinates in the logs but came up empty handed today, interesting feature thanks Beeznutz!

The original coordinates had us down a dead end street that was difficult to turn the van in. The amended coordinates given by another cacher had us right at GZ where the cache was quickly located. Yeah, finally some success in rocks!! Even if it was a wall and not a pile of them. Thanks.

No rockwall at listed coordinates. Found it thanks to the coordinates in the logs. Maybe an update of the listing is in order.

With the updated coordinates in hand (from previous cachers who found the treasure), MrVille found the treasure very quickly. Log and contents in good condition and the log signed and cache returned to its hiding spot ready for the next finder. Great spot, great views, great find!! Just the type of cache we like to kick off our caching adventures for the school holidays.

What a great hiding spot! My locations had me on the wrong street entirely. But the name of the geocache gave us a hint. Thanks for a great hide!

Circumnavigating the world from Ft. Lauderdale in the USA on MS Amsterdam. Cache is in good condition. Thanks to cache owner for placing and maintaining this cache.

Actually found it by mistake nicely hidden

My c:geo app took me to a spot with long grass and no real rock wall. I checked the logs and found that the coords had changed many times so I wasn't sure which ones were the correct ones. I went to a nearby rock wall behind a light pole and searched along the wall - nearly every second rock moved in some places. I found nothing. Then checked some more logs and saw that karicka had posted some coords so I used these which took me to another light pole with a less promising rock wall - overgrown. Then I spotted the cache in plain sight - its concealment had been lost it seems. Signed the log and placed another rock in there to hide it.

{*FTF*} Whooha!! revenge first to find at 09.44.
With the updated coordinates and more important the added hint in hand I set of for GZ again.
Used the hint and soon found the cache, I scanned this part of the wall last night but still missed the well hidden cache.
Happy to have a new hider in Townsville, look forward to catch up at a future event.
Include my coordinates in this log.

After 45 mins of searching wider and wider we didn't find it
We got to GZ and looked around but by the description I think the co-ordinates are out. So we searched the rock wall about 30m away. But with limited time, I searched until 'SHE WHO MUST BE OBEYED CALLED' and had to slink home with my tail between my legs. I will be back for another look soon.

Totally agree with Frullet, there is a natural rock wall near GZ, but nothing obvious there and proceeded to search the man made rock wall up the hill far from GZ. I think I managed to check behind every loose rock to no avail. Without an accurate GZ, I decided I was wasting my time to continue.

Nothing at GZ, had a look at the rockwall 20m away. Looked under heaps of rocks but without correct co-ords.. Would take hours to look under every rock onthis 50m long. Wall..

Want to encourage more caches in town, then it feels extra bad to post a dnf on a new hide. But I spent close to an hour examining a few rock walls within 200 meters of posted coordinates.
