BaldEd and I were out reasonably early this morning to cache along the section of the A2O Trail we started yesterday, viz. the Kurow to Otiake. Today we started at #17.Today I brought along another pen to see if it would write on the log paper. It did.Cheers for the cache, hill55.
Parked up at the nearby vineyard this afternoon and set out along the trail on my bike to grab some caches today, nice and easy here, TFTC
Before I started this trip my target was to do 3 bike trails. 1st one was Pleasant point to Timaru 2nd one was at Lumsden and this was the 3rd one. Must be getting bike fit now as didn't struggle but this trail was more enjoyable than the others as was proper mountain biking. This one took abit to find but got there in the end
A nice quick find, on the bike at last. Thanks for placing your cache.
Ms_KR and I are on a wee cruise around Otago, starting in The North then heading to Central. Today's weather was very good for caching after lunch. It was a bit drizzly in the morning.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. .

Riding east of town for an hour. A quick find. TFTC

Cycling the trails so only stopping to grab a few caches on the way. TFTC!!!
A2O day 5 - a short easy day today, but cold and windy, so I wasn’t inclined to stop much, so I just grabbed a couple and shot through
Thanks for the cache
Thanks for the cache
Today was the day for the ride down the A2O from Kurow to Duntroon. Now on the A2O proper. Thanks for the cache hill55.
Beautiful ride through the avenue on a lovely sunny day. Rather a contrast to the next part of the track, but all good fun. Took a while to locate the cache but a few scratches later we were able to close the deal and move along. Cache is all good. TFTC
After visiting vine shop and using Alps to Ocean Track we found this cache. Thanks.

All quiet at the cafe as we cycled past. The avenue of trees was pleasant to cycle along.
After a short detour on the road, a backtrack through the vineyard and onto the riverside flats. River Flats about the right distance away and all downhill, hooray!
Specific hint = quick find. Lucky because I’d only just got it back in place when a Dad on a bike with child in trailer came by. He looked very pleased to hear he’d reached the vineyards. The trail is pretty soft in places – hard going. Thanks for placing the cache.
Found on day five of our A2O ride. What a delight to ride through a vineyard here. This cache is just what a cycle trail find should be like - accurate coordinates, and a likely location close to the cycle trail for a quick grab. Thanks hill55!
Hot and wind getting up but seemed a shame to leave this one unfound. So we got the bikes out of the back of the truck and peddled along the avenue to make it 20 finds for the day. Thanks hill55 for this series of caches.
Parked up at the vineyard and completed our last section back on the bikes. Nice ride through the vineyards seeing grapes at various stages of growth. Cache quickly found. TFTC
A quick find, and a =FTF= for me. A few pricklies in the grass spoiled the fun a little. Thanks.
