This was a pleasant walk along the path on this sunny spring day. With the place all to myself I was able to quickly spy the container and add my name to the log. It was then time to wander back to where I had parked.
Thanks to ebonynolton for placing this cache.

We had DNFed this one almost a year ago, when we lifted an old rangehood and were swarmed with bees who had produced a massive honeycomb inside. We hightailed it out of there! I have since been stung by a bee, and OMG it is horrendous! The pain is excruciating. Luckily today the container was found really fast; honestly don't know how we missed that. TFTC
Fun and easy find. I was originally looking the complete opposite direction for it. Thanks!
15:31, 13 Aug 2017, #309, Out with Ali on our bikes in the area doing this series today...
We are glad that we found this one seeing we didn't find the previous few on this trail... this one we found out in the open with the lid half off.. and only 2 items inside and bunjils sticker on a piece of paper so we knew we had the right container. I made up a replacement log sheet and signed it and placed it into the container then re-hid it in a better way not far from where we found it. The CO needs to come and have a look.

Found amongst the rubbish, log book slightly damp but otherwise in good condition tftc.
Grabbed this one while grabbing a cache with Chrisant2017, after attending a family funeral in the area. There was a bees nest nearby but a quick find was made.
Thanks ebonynolton for placing the cache for us to find.

Point Cook - Just 35kms from home if you are a crow! A little further for Geocachers. The draw card is the number and variety of geo-game pieces such as this, hidden in the area.
Had this one in hand after widening our search.
Satellites today had our GZ 6 metres SW of where we found the cache located.
TRACKABLES:
- pick up "Travel Ingot Geocoin" (TB4256G)
- Did not sight "Minty the Lambkin" (TB12FC)
Thanks ebonynolton for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

Guess the middle of a grey day isn't the best time to admire a sunrise or sunset so I just used my imagination . Found the cache a little exposed but with a fresh dry log so all is good. Signed my name and re hid the cache in the spot that matches the hint....bees still busy but not close to the hide really. TFTC
Dropped a TB off in here that I accidentally logged in a different cache Please keep it moving along....
Sadly the listed TB is not in this cache.

Found easily while out caching with Lurine, was not 'hidden' at all, contents completely water logged. No log found and note completely unreadable. Repositioned and disguised as best as possible.

Found it, heavily watered damaged and not in a hidden location. The log is unusable and the note cannot be read. Will need maintenance
Found it. No log book one swap a hairtie and some clothing tags, did get scared by some guy saying he was a ranger haha
What I think was the long book I made a our mark in as best I could as it is just a sodden mess. No amount of drying out is going to rescue it I'm afraid.
I pass this way many a day going to and from work. It was only today that I finally made an effort to find the cache. Unfortunately not only diid I find the cache but also a TV, a Range Hood (with beginning of a bee's nest), and a whole host of other dumpings.

Another day of caching around Geelong and more finds ... Moneydork had a grand plan for a big circuit on our bikes, it come unstuck several times.
This was an easy find.
Thanks for the cache ebonynolton.

Thanks for the cache ebonynolton.
It was a quick and easy find. Although couldnt sign it, the paper was wet and soggy so might bring paper next time if I go pass it again nonetheless it was indeed a great view to see the sunset with my fellow geodog!
Melbourne day 3
We have moved closer to the city staying at Altona Meadows. We decided to walk & ride along this creek bank to find these caches. Quiet a few people out walking their dogs.

There was some old honeycomb on the ground nearby and was about to show the kids when I noticed lots of bees .so decided against it. Tftc little miss made a swap
In the area, geobud wanted a quick hunt, this was one of the only unfounds around here. Looked for a bit, saw the remains of a smashed up beehive which was very sad. Plenty of discarded trash here, including an old rangehood which we lifted (luckily with a large stick) and found where the bees had rebuilt their home. OMG! We hightailed it out of there for fear of being swarmed. No cache for us today. Thanks anyway.
After searching for a short while the well hidden cache was found and logbook piece of paper signed and cache rehidden. Took Zombie Claus TB. Yes,beehive still nearby!

Looked at this one on my way past, found several likely spots but no luck. Deciding it was muggled moved on.. On the way back, Geodog was enjoying running around so thought why not... Almost gave up again, finger at the ready for DNF, then something caught my eye. How did I miss that?? Cache in good order. TFTC
New to geocaching. Thanks for this fun cache. I'm local to the creek & will contribute one soon
#10917. Robmc wanted to do a maintenance check on a cache down Altona way and we needed to give the geodogs a walk. We decided to try to add smilies to a few caches that weren't too far away.
It seems the original 1 litre container is still there - we saw no sign of your new 5 litre container. This one just had a scrappy piece of paper in left by Feathertop. No sign of the Lambkin TB either of course. Needs a maintenance check if the CO is still playing.
Thanks ebonynolton

Just out and about with BettyBoo3747 for a bit of maintenance on a lazy Sunday, and we grabbed a few along Skeleton Creek.
A little too late for sunrise, but a fraction too early for sunset, but still a nice spot.
Thanks, Robmc.

Another interesting section of this creek. The cache was found easily once I looked in the right place. The container is somewhat smaller than the 5l indicated in the CO's log, but is still a decent size.
Tftc. It's nice and dry now. No trackables, pen or writing book. Just a scrap piece of paper.
I emptied a load of water out of the cache and left a sheet of paper for a log. Placed under a bush with a rock on top.
Thanks ebonynolton

Found it, but it's full of water and in shocking condition, tried out best to revive it
3rd find of the day, great location. It took me a little while to find but I found it
Took Geodad and myself a bit to find. Added a trackable that's from England. Thanks. Find number {161}
TFTC-took awhile but De &Mini found the goods.

On our way over to visit at and go to the theatre we had time to stop and do a short for a couple. Having down nearby this was a short walk and quick up.

With an extra hours sleep last night, it was planned that Buzzsmc and I would tackle this series and a few others around the area. We woke early, had our GPSr loaded, grabbed our geo tool kit and we were off up the highway. The roads were quite and it was still dark when we arrived. We found 15 from 16 attempts today.
We parked close to another cache and walked in to find this one. A quick find after we walked to the wrong location as we were enjoying our chat too much to look at the GPSr. Stamped and returned as found.
**Thanks for this cache, ebony nolton**. [^]
**Log and container in good condition.**

Took advantage of the extra hour thanks to daylight savings ending. So headed out with na'wal to grab some caches.
Walked to this one and almost walked past. Had to turn around as we were to interested in talking. A quick find was made after that.
Log signed and replaced.

I've moved the cache 2-3m away from it's original spot, as there was a bee hive nearby. The details and hint have been edited, which now apply to the new placement of the cache.
Hi guys be careful here as there is a bee hive very close to the find the bee hive is in an old metal kitchen rangehood bee careful.

Haha. I love the decoys. Watch out for the bees this time of year. Great find. Thanks
I've left a note inside the cache container. If you find the cache, it would be good if you could read the note and follow the instructions. Also, please don't remove the note from the container!!
Suscoe decided to have a day out heading north from home and then working steadily back to the south.
We covered quite a few kilometres after leaving home in the dark.
A terrific range of caching containers and locations were discovered.
It was a magnificent Autumn day with a mild breeze, plenty of sunshine and not too many vehicles to pass on the roads.
This was our 19th find of the day.
A beaut walk in the park.
A quick find too.
Thanks for this placement ebonynolton.

I walked around here with my 5yo and let her make the find. She did that easily before examining the decoys. Thanks for the cache. It's a nice spot, and it was good to get one close to home.
i left a little plastic box i had in my bag as the paper would have got wet otherwise...

After reading some of the other logs and needing to feed the addiction (mild, but still there) I thought I'd have a quick run at this one. I don't think there's any reason to worry about muggling any more than any other cache. I picked it out from about five metres, but a casual observer would be unlikely to notice it.

On my way to the 'Leap into a morning coffee' event at TC. Then I'm off to the airport so I'd like a physical find near home, then a physical find near my hotel in Redondo Beach, California for my longest travelled in one day stat! This one was found quickly, there's a bit of 'Blair Witch Project' going on here which might be the only thing that saves this one from going missing too often. Thanks for the cache ebonynolton.
