Logs
Found by Mary and David at 12:45. Love your research and trivia. The hint is not relevant. Our thanks to Saint.Anthony.
Apologies for some generic logs. These were all straightforward finds but we were concerned about the state of the track - initially a little rough in places with water puddles but we persevered. A lot of the track was fine but there a number of sections where the track was very narrow with foliage brushing along both sides of the car at the same time! Thanks to Saint.Anthony for the cache.
Another good quick find and the log was soon signed. Then back to the track and off to the next one.
Thanks again St.A...cache all good.

(hint is open to interpretation) happy reading to The Little Tree house fans!
Found this one past the gorse in mosquito hollow, but the bush smells lovely today. A quick signing and dash for the car. TFTC

Out on the push bike to get some exercise and also find a few caches. It was pretty warm today, so I was rather wary of snakes, but happily none were to be seen.
I've not been along this line before. It's a great little ride, but it's a pitty that it no longer goes through to Allenford.
All the caches had reasonable co-ordinates and were in good condition. And happily most didn't take long to find either.
Thanks for bringing me here.

Wow... 2 December! When did that happen? After finishing off the Christmas caches it was back to complete the rail trail which was partly completed last visit and a few other caches before heading home.
A much quicker find this time around. On we walk!
Thanks Saint.Anthony for the cache.

Our first week away after lockdown number 2. Combining caching with gold detecting and enjoying the bush. Staying in creswick for 2 days helping the regional towns out as we travel along. TFTC
TFTC. This trail has been on our radar for a few years. We were in an around Creswick today so took the opportunity to discover this trail . It became a Saint.Anthony couple of hours. Great to be able to go out and have a bit of sunshine. All the caches on the trail were in good order.
Heading to St. Arnaud for the mega event. Day 69 of our trip. Caching along the way. A total of 4 for the day and 1930 for the trip. TFTC
We were out and about in the Ballarat area today caching on our last day before we head back home to Tassie. We've really enjoyed our caching experiences and we were glad to be able to fill in another area on the map. TFTC

A couple of days based in Ballarat gave us the opportunity to release some smiley tokens from the green boxes such as this one, which litter the roadsides & reserves of our map north of Creswick. Nice to complete the line here after a DNF last time - Feb 2017.
Thanks 'Saint.Anthony' for adding this cache to the gameboard.

Continuing our adventures around Creswick and beyond, before making our way home to Wangaratta. What fun - a set of caches in a railway reserve. Off we go! A fabulous specimen to find a cache at. We are getting a bit sick of the cold and the showers that come and go this morning though. SL at 10.45am #6429 TFTC Saint.Anthony
Visiting get daughter from Qld. This is the first days since I arrived that there hasn’t been any rain. It’s nice to get out and find a few caches. Enjoying the drive.
A nice quick find here. A nice pleasant drive so far. Wouldn't want to veer from the track though. Thanks for placing Saint Anthony. Caching today with geomum Beckster22.
Newstead Day 3
Todays trip was around the mining area as far south as Creswick. We came accross some amazing caches & locations, a really enjoyable day.
The weather started quite bad, rain jackets & beanies to keep warm. The unsealed roads were good to drive on as we kriss cossed the country side. Learnin a little about the area as we went.
We were able to drive our car along this trail today.

Geocaching day with our awesome geocaching friends, 2 adults and 9 children, with our family on a quest to reach 200. We got started early in the hope that we could beat the intense heat, but there wasn't much chance of that. Nice, easy find. Thanks for the cache.
A group effort today working our way along the creswick to bloomfeild rail reserve, with AlbertMedows and his family and one of the WildFam and one bewildered muggle, all up about 11 of us all scrabbling around looking for caches on a very hot day. we walked half the track and noticed how good the track is and thought let’s drive it, Park the kids under a tree and headed back for the cars.
It was a really pleasant and relaxed drive along this trail late in the afternoon on a sunny day. Lots of rabbits and kangaroos out and about as well. Thanks for these caches and an enjoyable afternoon.
My wife wanted some time to check out the MIll Market antique centre so I headed back out this way to go for a walk along the trail. A very pleasant way to spent a couple of hours, pleased to say the weather came to the party as well. Had a good hit rate with only a couple of DNFs. My turning around spot today, got the txt to say it was time to head back to base. Thanks for the hides. Cheers and TFTC
Attempted up to number 5 in this series in the past 45 minutes. This is my only find. Thanks for an easy one here. I'll have to come back one day when I'm not so rushed. The sun is setting and I'm hungry.
Very interesting bark on the trees at this location. Lots of cows that seemed rather curious as to why we three were wandering out here in the bitter cold. Thanks for the cache.
The hint had us thinking of perhaps something else but once we found the hide, we were like … oh yeah … okay get it now Funny when I look at my notes. I too wrote cows. We got a little bit of everything along this track today.

Out today on a road trip with Mrs Papi4506 & 4B Ninjas.
We said hi to the cows.
Cheers Saint.Anthony

Find #1827 for me. Found at 3:20 pm with Perpetuallylost but he was only looking on as he found it last week. This was my 6th find in this series today and another quick one. The hint doesn't seem to be applicable suggesting something may have changed but it wasn't needed and all was good at GZ. Thanks for the series and the cache Saint.Anthony!
Finally with a day just for myself while i was home with 2 weeks long service leave , i took the geodog and myself out for some cache hunting around the Creswick area.
At last a decent sized cache to find! Thx St. A, the frustration level dropped a bit at this cache, cheers!

On the coldest day for ages in Ballarat with light rain and the temperature hovering around four degrees only crazy geocachers and ducks would venture out into the bush.
After attending the Hidden Creatures Event in Ballarat we are back out in the Creswich area getting some more smiley faces with au.fait and Mogni from SA. This guy turned out to be a quick find, signed and we were on our way to the next on our list.
As au.fait stated it was getting towards dusk.
Thanks St.A for placing these caches.

Today I got the opportunity to catch up with a good friend Bushfire and help him find some hidden creatures.... What a fantastic day

Joined up with 2 legendary cachers at the lunchtime event in the form of Bushfire and Mogni for an afternoon of caching that extended well into the night. What a freezing cold afternoon it was but the company was great as was the caching. This was another quick find as the light was starting to diminish TFTC St Anthony
