Because of the pandemic, many caches became
unmanageable in the time
needed to race out to them and I have not been able to
justify the time to keep this cache going.
I know you may be sad that this cache,
like many of it’s partners is going, but
sometimes it is an old cache that makes way for a new one.
Until next we meet on the caching trail, have an
extra special time caching. KD.

Hi there kangadrew72,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention.
You may recall having received an automated email from Geocaching HQ which explained what you needed to do.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so I am having to take the next step and temporarily disable the cache - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713)
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication kill this cache.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- **Place A Write Note Log:-** Reviewers are not mind readers, so without your note on the cache page telling them what the situation is, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and, when the listing is next checked, all will be fine for a little bit longer. But be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it.
If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date), please ensure you visit this page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks so as to keep everyone up to speed with what is happening.
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another Geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, when the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD)

Hands up the possum wrappings but no luck. We think it’s this tree but couldn’t find anything.
Looked in the most likely places but it has beaten us hope it's still in place lots of muggles now time to go
Wasn't able to get this one tonight. Spent about halfa shoving our hands up trees with no luck
GPS pointed us to one tree in particular but was a no go

Came with my son and we searched high and low, but no luck. We’re new to this, so might just be us, or new rivets might mean it’s gone?
Visiting Melbourne for a few days and catching a few caches while I’m here. Waited around for a bunch of students to finish filming. Managed to get a few laps of the park. Finally returned to the cache site and had a moment of minimal muggle presence. Made my move, found the cache and signed the log. TFTC
Out collecting the 2 Uoo exhibits at the Melbourne museum on the Uoo trail and could not fail to collect this nice cache as well. Excellent summary of the solar system.TFTC.
Found it after the Phone GPS gave us a bit of moving around. Signed log. TFTC
Awesome find haven't cached in forever. Lots of people around. Left an Isabelle animal crossing keychain for the next to find
Find number 8771 at 10:31:30 am
Just ducked out on the shuttle to grab this one, I'll scoot past Mercury on a round trip to check it out as well.
Found Venus exactly where it should be, docked OK and will be on our way again shortly
**Thanks for placing this cache kangadrew72**

Thank you for an interesting search. It was actually my son who identified a precise location of the cache. When I got it out he exclaimed: "See, this is where video games can get you!"
Not long to collar this cache. Out and about with Geoson on this beautiful Melbourne day. Tftc
Out with au.fait, we needed the exercise after all the Christmas food, and decided that we would do a bit of caching. The problem being that we had a few DNF’s and our excuse was that we were overweight and tired.
This was one of our finds, and a quick one too. Well hidden.
Thanks kangadrew72

I came on the perfect day to get a park here, a hot but overcast and rainy Sunday in the Christmas break. Found easily, there was really only one potential place. There was a very organised picnic nearby, two gazebos, a trestle table, and lots of good chairs. While I was signing I saw a dog that was a spitting image of my own mutt, but in grey. Took down the info I needed and replaced with stealth. Thanks for the cache!
A quick find after a family meetup nearby, just before the storms hit. Cache in good condition. Thanks for the hide!
Popped over to pick this up after a quick Bunnings click and collect. It was nice an peaceful this morning, thanks for the quick walk and quick find.
Nice little stroll around the park. Never been here before so was great to get a find and enjoy the new scenery.
Signed log and sanitised.
Left a beanie.

Tried to find this the other day but was observed. Was pretty sure what the deal was though. Returned at just before midnight and made a quick find! Now for the others within my radius... the rest of the series will have to wait for that restriction to be lifted Cheers!
We looked high and low and couldn’t find the cache. have messaged the moderator for this cache.
Today we found OSS - Venus on our travels. The retrieval took a while between all the sitters and walkers but eventually the coast was clear. Them a mum & bib came and sat on the nearest seat...oh dear, lucky I am not in a hurry!
Thanks kangadrew72 for being part of our geocaching fun.

Lots of muggles around but with a bit of stealth it was quickly in hand. Found with teal.samson12. TFTC.
Find #4686. Found @ 15:04 with The Good Lady Wife.
If we set the wayback machine to 31/07/2016 and hid behind one of the nearby trees, you'd see LouiseAnn. sharkiefan, Annoying Tarbit and I look unsuccessfully for this cache. You would also see team_coxy find us unsuccessfully looking for the cache. Since that time, only AT has been back to make the find... that is until today!
The Good Lady Wife and I had business in the area looking at new couches. The trade off that was made was to also look for a cache. We looked at a few places and found something that didn't see too bad, but we wanted to think on it. We then proceeded to grab some lunch, and spend what we thought was too much on a bottle of Anise Gin, but turns out to be totally worth it.
On the way back to the car to ear our lunch, it started to rain, so instead of the leisurely walk to find a cache, we drove. Once near GZ, we spotted a few muggles braving the light rain. As luck would have it, the rain became heavier, and the muggle infestation was washed away. After a quick zip out, grab, sign, replace and zoom back to the car we were on our way again.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log, didn't grab the clue (because we'd obtained it from the CO when it was missing last time) and visited some trackables.
