Stop here for pit stop, I check the the phone which you do when you stop, and this cache was only 90 meters away. At GZ it was quick find TFTC
A short stop in Blayney provided the opportunity to look for this cache. Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks for the cache.
#21004 - 1:03:00 PM; Headed to the Blue Mountains with the geohoney for a couple of days of R&R, stopping off for a cache break here and there along the way. Picked up seven caches along the way, including this one. After a DNF here last time through, I gathered some intel for a recent finder before giving it another go today. It seems I was looking in the wrong place nearby on my last visit, but that was rectified today! All in good order and replaced as found once I signed/stamped the log. TFTC Joshwa27
Chooo ooo [DNF] on the way home of our caching invasion of Bathurst with dty73 and youban and Nerida! Either its missing, or its way harder than 1.5 Nice park though! Thanks Joshwa27!
Chooo ooo [Found] on the way home of our caching invasion of Bathurst with dty73, smittengranny and youban! Thanks Joshwa27!
Another cache break on our way home Nerida joined Tankengine,Dty73 and myself in a search for this one. Lucky as she found it . Kutgw
Tankengine, Youban and I left Bathurst and the team to do their own thing, while we headed home - some of us have to work tomorrow. So along the way we picked up a few caches. This cache: Took way too long to find this one. Thankfully we had caught up with SmittenGranny who landed the find. Tftc!!!
This weekend I had travelled to Bathurst with a good group of fellow cachers. I am now on my way home after finding many caches and having a most enjoyable time with about 16 friends. I plotted a different route from the one I followed when heading out on Friday. Then I selected some caches to search for and this was one of them. This one took what seemed like forever to find with DTY, Tankengine and Youban. It was eventually found, the log signed, and both returned as found. Thanks to all the COs for placing and maintaining these caches.
#7752A wet week at home, and still a wet weekend in the Blue Mountains to come by the looks, we need to at least get out and do some caches! Decided to head down to this area and nab some of the newer unfounds nearby, mainly targetting D/T 3s and oldies, and whatever else nearby! end of copy paste A nice quick find and our first in the Blayney LGA! TNLN, insides of container wet but log dry. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache Joshwa27
#7752Bad weather was forecast for today, and delivered as well. It was very ordinary in Leura, so decided to change our plans of some roadside hides down the mountain, and headed west for some specific caches for grids and challenges we're chipping away at. Wet and 10 degrees - a great day to be in the warm car most of the time! This was a 2 hour drive for this cache! We needed this LGA, so it was worth it, and Blayney was somewhere we had never been in any case. Thanks for the cache!
We were heading from Orange to Carcoar while on a road trip from Canberra. We needed to kill some time so we stopped for a quick cache. The park was very popular but I was able to get in and out unnoticed. TFTC
TFTC smile20128 ?? Out and about on a Sunny day grabing a cache and trying to keep warm signed as GS1947 on small logs almost forgot to log this cache been very busy checking and cross checking so many loose papers from when c:geo was down Thank you *JOSHWA27* for placing this cache for our enjoyment ????
I am heading home from Canberra after seven weeks on the road and am now trying to dodge the rain to get there safely. Decided to do a detour to Orange to see my brother for an overnight stop and am picking up a couple of caches along the way.Thank you, *JOSHWA27*, had to wait a while between heavy downpours, but cache was easy to spot once at GZ.
Popular cache. Quick find here. Thanks for the cache. The trip bit.Easter geocaching festival of twenty twenty four. This time it is the turn of Oz Mega GeoBash MEGA event in the nation's capital. It is time for a road trip across country to Canberra in the Sporty Pajero Sports. Freddo and Gridge98 traveling from Adelaide via a strange inland route that takes in scenic rural locations, dusty roads, punctured tyres, overheating batteries, various tools of the trade, special campgrounds, and lots scope for many many geocaching finds. Along the way we saw running emus, jumping kangaroos, wandering deer, dead foxes, herds of wooly sheep and stray steers.Arriving in Canberra we met our colleagues e.gregory1, featherwaite, team walron, courtney rose, davidwazza, e_smilie, and georode, signing as ABP, plus a huge group of other like minded excited mega geocachers attending event after event, and more events.Day one. Adelaide to Broken HillDay two. Broken Hill to WellingtonDay three. Wellington to CowraDay four. Cowra to BathurstDay five. Bathurst to CanberraDay six. Canberra to CanberraDay seven. Canberra to QueenbeeyanDay eight. Canberra to AdelaideThe generic bit.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. A quick stop and find on the seconday of our Victoria trip. Very nice area TFTC.
Thank you Joshwa27 for bringing us to this lovely park. We had lunch here on the way to a couple of days in Bathurst.
A beautiful stroll in the park in Blayney on my way back from Bathurst back to Albury with my beautiful semi. This is my first and only find for this local government area thank you for the placement of this hide it was a stop while worth having there is ample parking here and a great bathroom facility the log book and container are in great health
We're heading generally south after a few months in Queensland and decided to stop here for a bit of a break and a walk around. Handy that there's a cache to find while we're here...Thanks for find #5343TNLN
**Found Monday 15-January-2024 at 19:17 Smiley #2308**Wow, I have slowly just been finding caches, signing logs, logging drafts and simply forgetting about these and never actually logging them. My sincerest apologies to the relevant CO's, especially if I found issues with them and didn't do anything about them.Unfortunately my drafts were also designed to jog my memory about the cache to assist with the logging process. Doesn't work when some of them are over 2 years old. Here comes some generic comments. Once again, I apologise Rogersclan big Christmas trip away Canberra this time was the destination. At least these logs are only 2 odd months old. Nice quick find to break up the drive. Cache in good condition Cache logs are either stamped, signed with Rogersclan13 or just RC13 for space. Thanks for the cache ***JOSHWA27*** Rogersclan13
Day 12 of our west to east adventure - Narrandera to Bathurst this leg. A quick stop here in Blaney for conveniences and a cache. Thanks for the hide *JOSHWA27*
Stopped to find a few caches and stretch the legs on a meandering drive from coolangatta to Adelaide. Found without issues. Tftc
Quick find to change blue face to yellow after 3 years. Thanks for the cache. A "Look 4 Books" was locate in same tree. Staying the night in a local cabin as we bicycle tour from Bathurst to Eurobin after 2 months bicycle touring Taiwan.
It took a bit of a search but the cache was found in a standard type of hide. It didn't help that it was spring and a lot of leaf litter was about. TFTC.
This is a lovely park and looks well used by travellers and locals. bunadoorian found this cache first. TFTC and for bringing us here *JOSHWA27*
Did not find, this park is far too fun to get Geokids to help me and sadly they are always the better cache spotters! Recommend this stop cache or no caching!!
Wow! This is one of the best parks we have ever seen for kids of all ages (including 50 year olds that feel like they are young, but when they have sex it sounds like a 100 year old lounge is being jumped on by a kangaroo). There were a couple of young kids, but they were quickly scared off by us old kids. Scaring the kids off didnt speed up the search because the cache was about a metre deep in leaves. The council mowers will be surprised by how many leaves this tree has suddenly dropped. We had to call our visit to Blayney off because we had a wine tasting booked back in Orange. It was great to visit another important NSW town. tftc
Too many kids with watchful parents around today for snooping around too much. Next time..

A quick stop while traveling from Orange to Young today.
Managed to get here just before school out time as I imagine it would quickly get quite busy.
Thanks Joahwa27
Find recorded using GCDroid and logged using GSAK

OCW Irondale on the way to the Rutherglen Mega event today. We focused on caches in Blaney, Carcoar and Gundagai (where we also stayed the night). All around a great day with some solved puzzles in the map that got found and we ended up picking up 60 cents worth of return and earn cans, found a fifty cent coin, a really decent reusable drink bottle, a ring, and some fresh figs from a tree near Coolac.
This one was an easy find as soon as we got a stick and began excavating the fallen leaves. I went to the loo nearby and the stall next to me had someone chainsmoking while taking a poop. Just wow!
TFTC its a nice park.

Given this weekend was shaping up to be decent weather, we had heard this park was pretty good for the kids, so today we out here to let the kids run around for a bit. As soon as we arrived, we saw the place was packed, so I made a bee line for GZ, and sat and waited for a nice time to retrieve the cache. Great spot.

Second time lucky! Lots of young muggles and mums at a birthday party but they weren't interested in 2 old ladies wandering around.
Tftc easy find on a day trip about with the best friend noonie1990 & my number one geokid
Had a good hunt around through the leaf littler around GZ with Sol de lune, but came up empty handed today
No joy for us here. We though we gave it a good search, but alas we couldn't spot it.
You get caches like this, so no harm done. Will watch and try again another day.
Thanks anyway Joshwa27....

Had to take a pit stop and decided to have a go with heaps of muggles round.
Had to wait a bit for a break to return to where I found it.
Hopefully I wasn’t spotted.

Day Two: Lithgow to Cowra.
I didn’t cover a lot of distance today having been lured to Sofala with the possibility of FTFs. I’m in no hurry and it’s been a great day.
A nice park, with a few spoke enjoying the facilities. The new cache was found in a very exposed position. Critters at work? Returned to a suitable spot. Thanks once again Joshwa27.

Found it! Stopped for the kids to play on the way to young! Great park, well worth the stop
