Sometimes it is good to venture where the GPS dosn't usually go. In this case coming inside for a quick Leap Event lead to a wonderful discovery of the giant model of Sydney and of course a friendly group of cachers. Good times walking around town on this special day and thanks to Boos for hosting.
It was a nice day outing for me because I had my bilateral hip replacement last month. I came here with Deafsanta and Dolphia to witnessed the Leaping Over Sydney. After that I got home and I worn out but was enjoying myself anyway. Thank you The Booos for your excellent organised.
There is a leap day once every four years so we wanted to celebrate that together with other catchers.
We have visited all up 6 events in Sydney. Meet the swedish, Sydney CBD, Strawberty Hills Forever, leaping over Sydney Barangaroo and of course our own event in Dural.
We have of course also looked for this cache.
Er have finished the day at 8pm with our own event in Dural.
Thank you
Team sissifalke

Thanks The Booos for organising this one. A very cool city within a city with Geo ladies.
Our third of five events for the day so half way. A group of came straight from the last event in Hyde Park and then detoured to SydHenge Cache were Zal hit it rich so a new respect for mint tins. Nice to be in the air conditioning again. Good to see some new and familiar faces. TFTC
29/2/16. 1:00 PM. Cache #3612. Streak day #617.
5th of 7 finds today - Sydney, Kellyville Ridge & Dural. 5 were Leap Day events!
Time for a bit of event-hopping... "Sydney CBD Leap Year Celibration", down at Hyde Park below Park St ran from 12:15PM until 12:45PM when the CO pulled the pin. As it was 1.3km south of this one, any of us intending to attend both had to get a wriggle on, so a walking group consisting of myself, bella@waggy, Zargfinders and GamingCaving made our way here via Macquarie St.
On the way, the other 3 hadn't found "The Mystery of Sydhenge" so I helped them a bit, and Zal got a little more than he bargained for! We continued on to here where there was already a sizeable gathering. Met the CO, not far from where I first met him a couple of months ago.
More good geochat with a lot of people and before long it was time for me to start heading home. Just before I did, however, the CO went up to take the group shot, and my journey home was able to also fit in a pause for a beer with Zal and GC at the bar outside (proceeds of crime?), where we also met Mr Roo on his way in.
OK now I really did need to be motoring, I needed to be home from about 2:30 - 7:30 which meant that I unfortunately was going to have to miss out on the Surry Hills and Barangaroo events. But it did open me up to make it to the other two night events out west, which was good. TFTE, Booos!

What a fabulous location for a Leap Day event. Met up with lots of cachers like me who were on an "event crawl" today. I'd forgotten about the unbelievable model in the floor of the building. Top work Booos. I love that we all came to visit you. Cheers and Happy Leap Day!

We made it here just on time following the previous event down at Hyde Park. I also have never been inside the Customs House, although I was outside a few weeks back to watch a performance. Nice to meet a few more cachers - though from the logs, there are lot more to meet! Thanks for the event, The Booos, and great to catch up with you again!
Thanks The Booos for organising this one.
A very cool city within a city. Very 'Inception'.
Great to meet new cachers on a quick stopoff back to the office.

Third of six leap day events attended today. After attending a lunchtime event at Hyde Park, I caught the train to Circular Quay and completed the short walk to Customs House. Good to meet some new geocachers and also catch up with a few familiar characters. Thanks for the event The Booos!
Another nice meeting of local cachers in an interesting place. Thanks for setting up. It was fun to meet local cachers and wish i had more time. Candyce54.
Thanks for organising this great event and in a really good spot too. Never been here before or walked on a glass see through floor, amazing what you get to see with geocaching.
We came, we signed, we leaped. Met many friendly Aussie cachers and had a good time.
2nd event for the day. Arrived late but got there. Good to meet all the new faces and to see the old ones. Thanks booos for running the event. Off to the next tfte
Quick visit to the leap over event. I got held up by the trains as I was top involved in another geo-hobby. Only managed to greet the host and catch up with Czechroo. Then I had to leave for work. Thanks for the event.
11 years in Sydney but never been inside the Custom House. I really like the model of Sydney. Thanks for organising the event. Cheers
Came down here by bus from the event in Hyde Park.
I'm a true Sydneysider but I've never been in this building before. What a great spot. Loved the 3D map under the glass floor! Will have to come back by myself one day and have a really good look at it.
Lovely to meet and chat with all you fellow cachers here, so many from OS.
TFTE 2nd event of Leap Day, nice to meet you.

I'll be there tomorrow - might be slightly late along with a few others who are heading up from an event which finishes the time this one starts, however. Sorry if I'm late in advance. Looking forward to it!
Thanks Boos for organising this event. It was nice to be able to meet so many cachers. The 4 Rods.
Yes, first one for the day. Plan on a few more. Saw one of the Bella@Waggy clones in attendance and noted that he was also at another one in Victoria at the same time. My theory of multiple B@W's is gaining momentum, either that or they have a Tardis. Nice to see C62 there as well as well as Mr Satan and the very clean shaven Zalgariath who I have not seen in aaaages.
Thanks The Boos for holding the event at such an interesting spot. SL TFTC

I've managed to wangle a day off work so I can come into the city to attend all the CBD events. Looking forward to this one.
With a bit of research, I have found a loophole in the system.
The overkill of events for the leap day/souvenir, has set a goal for the day:
> Attend Multiple Geocaching Events in One Day
The day should pan out as such:
1. Breakfast at Hanging Rock - http://coord.info/GC69XGW
2. Here's a Proposal - http://coord.info/GC6AP6Q
3. Meet the Swede on Leap Day - http://coord.info/GC6ACWC (Optional, Time Dependent)
4. Sydney CBD Leap Year Celebration - http://coord.info/GC69BT1
5. Leaping Over Sydney - http://coord.info/GC69Z43
6. Strawberry Hills Forever - http://coord.info/GC6APC6
7. Sydney is Leaping into 2016 [Barangaroo] - http://coord.info/GC67XGW
Hope to see some familiar faces & discover plenty of trackables!

Back in time from Melbourne so will be able to make this event, looking forward to it. Oh, will be bringing several Geo coins & TB's with me as well.
Will definitely be Leaping over Sydney on the day. Arrive at Airport 12.35pm and catch cruise from Overseas Terminal at 4pm. Have to catch train from airport. I will do my best to attend this event.
