I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, TheThurstons, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

###Cache Owner Action Needed###
This cache has been brought to my attention as likely to be missing.
Taking into account the T/D ratings, the Find history, and the recent history of DNFs by experienced cachers, I agree that this certainly suggests that something has happened at the cache location which requires investigation by the CO, TheThurstons.
The cache will be disabled and I'll check back in 30 days to see if either
- the CO has checked or rectified the apparent problem
- the CO has communicated in a Note log here, when action will be taken
**If the CO has not taken either of these actions, then we can only assume that the cache has been abandoned and, regrettably, it will be archived.**
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is out there waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Thank you

Looked hither, thither and yon for this one. Must have looked on every inch of that bench for about 30 minutes but it’s definitely not there. If someone else finds this one in the next few days I will cry
Lucky thing, it had fallen off and was on the ground, now safely back on a small piece of steel
There was a whole family sitting on the bench. I had to come back later about 1h later...
Not too difficult a find, my first in Perth having arrived interstate armed with my g2g pass.
Log is full so I took the liberty of replacing it with a small piece of clean paper. Need to send the log to the owner now

Only the third attempt was successful. Two previous one today were not because of the muggles.
Nobody around at 10PM.
Nobody around at 10PM.
Note that this is on reclaimed land so the river bank would have been around the buildings when Captain James Stirling arrived
Find 5 of 9 on what started as a spectacularly bright and clear, blue sky day, biking around the city and along both north and south banks of the river. The clouds came from nowhere at the end but the morning was stunning. Two excellent self-contained lab caches started us off before we had a quick dart into South Perth for the closest unfound trads and puzzles before lunch in Kensington.
All good here - the river was showing off today.

Out for a morning run and I have run past here a few times since it has been published, so I don't know why I didn't stop before.
Anyway it had the last wonder of the world I needed to complete my modern set so it was lucky I didn't.
It was a quick find but it was harder trying to find a blank space on the log. It is quite full

Very nice hide!! We went at night to avoid the muggles - awesome view! Found with Zobo1004
Found with cillordow on our little staycation in the city. Wasn’t much room left to sign, but we squeezed our names on there before heading back to our hotel.

Easy find. Saw on approach. Log almost full - had to completely unwind to find spot. Tftc
Doing some night caching before our 5am flight to Melbourne on LawtonCat birthday
My last day In Perth so time to grab a couple of caches . Nice quick find TFTC
Did the other cache first so knew what to look for and spotted the tiny cache as I walked up. TFTC
We had a nice day in the city and saw a lot during the day.
Thank you very much.

Finally! Our first day in Perth, actually, our first day in Australia. When we arrived yesterday evening after a not exactly serene journey - a rebooked flight to avoid China and a cancelled flight because of a storm in France - we were exhausted. Nevertheless, a good night's sleep and the sun shining through the curtains were enough to make us feel much better.
We strolled along the river to Elizabeth Quay and took in the lovely views.
A sneaky but classic hide.

It was a pretty nice day. And as I saw the black bird on the river, I thought it would be the right moment to check up the cache.
I am sitting here still for a while and enjoy the sunset.

Wandering around Perth on my last day of the year. Also found the 2nd one (although I started with number 2 first ). TFTC
Lovely day for a family bike ride in the sun along the river and finding caches
Easy find if you read the description thank you

Found it. On a hot 41 degree day, it was nice to enjoy the coolish breeze.
The downside of a micro is that I can't open it with one hand. Therefore no signature on the logbook.

A relaxing bike tour along the river with Wilma and Dino this afternoon with a number of caches found along the way.
This was cool, Dino and Wilma had gone ahead a bit and without knowing stopped here for a climb of the nice tree. Perfect.
Quick find, all in good order.
Thank you TheThurstons for putting the cache out and maintaining it.
