had some of the answers before getting here, but with geosenses working made the find before getting the rest of the numbers, then went and found the missing ones, tftc
A quick detour here while on the way through to Tokanui for lunch. Took longer to spot the second set of numbers than it did to find the cache, nice hide here, cheers
Have had this solved for ages.Today homeward from Tautuku stopped off for a look. It was not where I anticipated bit too much bush at pole extended search and quickly spotted.TftpcFound with Bladz and Firekitten
We picked up this cache today while out and about in the area. Calculations were quickly worked out but the hide itself had us stumped but with some assistance, we tracked it down eventually. TFTC
#22061. Good to turn this DNF into a smiley. We were soon on our way again, as time was getting on and we were still some way from Invercargill. TFTC.
We had failed to find this cache over 5 years ago, but had kept our final co-ords plus had received a hint about where to search if we ever returned. Finally we are baaack!
I'm pretty sure we had concentrated our search outside the cemetery grounds last time, but this time knew not to go there. StreetWalkerNZ made the find while I was still walking to GZ. Phew, as it time was marching on and we still had a way to travel. Good to turn a frown into a smile. TFTC.

Travelling from Balclutha to Invercargill via the Catlins area today. Called in to the cemetery where we had a few minutes of reflection as we looked for the stones we sought. Calculated the final GZ and headed to there. The cache itself took longer to locate than had the stones. We tried several ways to interpret the hints we could gleen from logs, before one of us spotted the cache. Thanks.
daywalk had done the research on this one and after quite a long search I decided to visit the raw data and after a wander around the stones it was soon collected. I did the necessary paperwork and headed off to my discovered coordinates to find a determined daywalk still searching along with Mr daywalk. I tried a couple of PAF's but the signal wasn't strong enough to get through.
I really enjoyed this multi - probably because everything fell into place quickly and even managed to locate the final without too much fuss. (FP)
I decided to divert down here as I had found the information needed using an online resource and thought it would be a quick find. But no I was wrong. That is what you get for doing shortcuts. I searched everywhere and eventually had to give up. Only after reading past logs at home do I see I was looking in the wrong spot. Darn it. Should have taken more notice of the large number of DNF's from experienced cachers and done my homework. Next time its seems.
Out and about west of the settlement at Niagara Falls.
Having read the previous logs certainly helped to locate this one.
Cheers for the cache.

I gave it 10 mins of looking but had keep moving. I’m sure it there somewhere
I almost gave this one a skip but the lure of a smiley was to much to resist. Got the numbers almost gave up finding the micro in the bush what bush hint hint TFTC anyway no need to climb in the greenery
Second time I have stopped here - last time is was getting cold and was the second to last stop of the day. Pretty sure I had looked in the right spot but a little chat with a previous finder confirmed I had been looking in the right place .
Quick find today .

Day trip to the Catlins with Wombat1234 and Kiscardi
These two lovely ladies agreed to come with me and help me grab some caches between Fortrose and The Chaslands, full of laughs and good spirits we set off and attacked the day allowing me to bag 17 caches for the day ️ Thankyou lady’s.
I’m still learning puzzles so assistance was given. But master Kiscardi was onto this one picking it up in seconds. T4TC

This one seemed to take forever. No problem finding the data despite the number of July dates here but the finding was another matter. I searched and searched and searched and eventually there comes a time when you have to call it quits even though you know it is still there. So thats what I did and along the way I thought about everything I had read in previous logs and thought I really hadn't checked another place out thoroughly enough. So I did a u-turn and this time it was a pretty quick find. Whew - very pleased to get a smilie here! I really liked the glass headstone. TFTC # 15 ,475
Ha ha I had to work the puzzle out on my own. The little woman stayed in the car keeping cool until I had some numbers and once done she stood back while I started my search. Like others I was outside but getting colder, colder, nope, read some logs, ahh a clue, warm, warmer, the cache! SL and returned not so far in but grabbable as I had to pop the lid open to draw the cache out. Hopefully it stays intact but maybe some wire will help. It was a great puzzle incorporating your ancestors and the reason to draw us here for a smile but with another grab of the co'ods and without having to tweak the questions you could add some ±'s to the results. TFTP
Eventually located the right stones and the numbers made sense, but we could not locate the container.
Found with madcow2. Nice easy and relaxed hunt for the right graves, then it didn't take long to find the final. TFTC
Found eventually. Last finder hadn't clipped lid back on. Thought I had lighted on a nano until the rest was extracted from hide, noice one. Signed the log an returned not so far in. TFTC
Really setting in now, but what is a bit of water compared to a find?
Thanks

Took us a while to locate the two required inscriptions as the rain became heavy. Took shelter as we worked on the numbers and Bitsprayer soon located the cache, TFTC
Found the info, but the cache wouldn't show. Maybe tomorrow for a second try.....
Continuing on our tiki tour in our way to Invercargill today grabbed some C&D on the way. Numbers sorted and off to GZ there we hunted high and low and eventually found the cache.
We think to prevent too much rummaging and searching particularly at this location a height hint would benefit (though not down to us to give this)

Oops puzzle solved and signed log on 25th Jan on way home to Invers but forgot to add a draft on my phone was a bit rushed, sorry tftc tho!
Heading South for a geocaching adventure. Main mission to get the last two Old School caches I need for the Challenge. Quick detour up here and didn't take too long to find the graves needed. Different story locating the cache however and was only after reading previous logs the find was finally made TFTC
We'd stopped for this one before but wet weather had hurried us along, not so today so with more time we happily made the find
Worked out what need to be worked out and soon had cache in hand sl and returned.
At last! A free day!!! As it might be the last one for a while, a trip out east was in order.
Back to see places I haven't seen for a while. It's nice to share with Annielin and Abbykitt.
Cache all nice and dry and all in order

We didn't pick the nicest day to come caching, still successful none the less. Nice hide. TFTC
Found with Searchwisely and Granville on an outing planned the night before, unfortunately not the bestest of days. . Quickly solved coords, but "not so quickly found" even with a previus finder. Thanks.
Visiting Invercargill for Xmas and managed to get some caching in,
Found the correct headstones fairly quickly and had some good looking co-ord., Took a while before Mrs banian finally spotted the cache, she was looking inside the grounds while i was looking outside.
Signed log, TFTC Glenfelik.

Found on our way to Curio Bay ! The stones were quickly explored, but the Cache was very challenging to find. But at the end we got him ! Thanks for the cache on the nice cemetery !
I enjoy visiting small country cemeteries so a nice wee multi. Unfortunately the hide was not so nice - a micro here without a hint?
Was helping the chosens moving some furniture at their house and after competition mr suggested going for drive out in country to collect their dot day cache. So with the geodogs as company we headed east out past Tokanui. Arrived to find this nice little cemetery where the local community interred their relatives. Lots of families buried here. Got the right headstones and did the numbers and headed to GZ. Started the usual rushed search but then took a step back and read previous logs and did a more measured search and container soon in hand a log signed. Thank for the placement
Dot day and mrs had work
She also suggested we go and find this one
Geo-dogs and Granville joined me in the search
Cemetery found, headstones found, looking high and low, behind this and in front of that.
A slower inspection and found
Nice little spot

B is the be all and end all of this cache. Easy find once we changed our initial value for B in the final coordinates. Well kept cemetery.
Nope. walked around this lovely well kept cemetery and found the answers, looked for the cache, read prev logs looked again. started to rain heavily - put on our waterproof gear. looked again still NOPE. Probably is there but we had no luck today!
Walked around this well kept cemetery collecting the info, but failed to find the cache. Rechecked our details...and still didn't find it. Darn it
Cache # 3,671 - Had a lovely time with Pufura finding the correct answers, and then it took a fair amount of searching to find the well-concealed cache. Lots of places to look, and when found the cache lid was open. Fortunately log not wet, and replaced with the lid closed. Thanks for bringing us to a lovely spot. TNLNSL.
During our holiday in New Zealand we also visited Dunedin and the Catlins. Dunedin is the Mekka for Geocachers. What a lot of caches are here. Our main goal are some caches from 2000 we found tree of them. The Catlins is beautifull we enjoyed it very much. Our next stop is Invercargill the last stop before Te Aanau.
Glenfelik hartelijk dank voor het leggen en onderhouden van deze cache.
Groetjes,

After several days camping and exploring in the Catlins we were off to Invercargill for another couple nights and further exploring. Mrs TG loves cemeteries so it was no chore at all to make the stop and have a wander around. Numbers quick to hand and thankfully the cache a quick find and gz! A nice quiet wee spot. Cheers.
Lovely day to be reading headstones which were quite interesting. Found the correct ones which lead us to the right place.
It started raining driving towards Quarry Hills but Mum likes cemetary caches so we had to put on our coats and do this one. Quick easy puzzle and quick find, TFTC
Quick find in the rain as krys loves cemetery caches. Thanks for bringing us to this small cemetery
Sent the kids on a hunt to see if our trail worked and it did - so they found it with ease!

Surprisingly it didn't take long to find the necessary information, and the cache itself didn't take long either. However it is a tricky hide, and we suggest a hint as to its height would be helpful. TFTC
Found the missing numbers but failed to find the box.
Searched for about an hour in heavy rain.
Very disappointing especially for a D1.5 rated cache.
