I don't know what it is about this series but my GPS seems to be showing the wrong places or I really am having a nard time spotting these. I chose to ignore my GPS right away. It had me on the wrong side of the road. Since someone commented on the nice park, I went there. Was lucky to find this one without GPS help. Thanks.

#5070 - 12:10; It was our last full day in Hawaii before we headed back to Australia, so the geohoney and I decided to hire a car and get away from the city to see as much of the rest of Oahu as we could. Stopped off to stretch the legs as we made our way along the east coast and strolled over for a quick find and sign on this cache. TFTC sillygirl & jrr Smile

Geotigger65 and I stayed on O'ahu for a few extra days after I attended the International Coral Reef Symposium at the convention center. You're right, the cell phone tower is looking pretty tattered LOL. We enjoyed a walk around the park and took some sunset photos of Mokoli'i after finding the cache and signing the log.
