This is a redemption find for me as I tried looking for this one many years ago and failed. This time with more pairs of eyes, we were successful. Shame to hear about the recent robbery.
Over in Canberra to attend the Easter Mega with tmann421Tons of caches done while here and this was one of them.Enjoyed the touring around and all the containers foundLog signed tm/ww NZThanks for the placement and the effort put into maintaining these hides for us to find. That took a while, great hide
*In the area with woolwood9.* We soon managed to get the container found here! SL *tm/ww NZ*Thanks for the reason to stop and I appreciate the effort in setting up these caches!*Very good hide here.
This was the sort of establishment to interest MrG as a kid which is why he would have visited it with his parents. And now he's back looking for something completely different... this cache. A neat little hide you found here... TFTC Joshwa27.
Find#6407Nice hiding place What a epic road trip exploring Australia Thanks for the cache
Was really fun to find, clever hiding spot! I added a can tab that has the little circle bit still on it! Theres no more space on the paper lol, someone should add some more!

Found it after a bit of a search and few hours spent in the museum. Great day. Think it may have been muggled. Log is full and wet. Contacted owner for maintenance.
Out and about with swamp_skink. Cache was in the first place I looked. Didn’t look hard enough and mused it. Then looked again. Great little hiding spot! TFTC!
Also, if you are into guns, this is a great museum to visit.

Could not find this one for the life of me.
Some muggles showed up 5 minutes after I arrived so it cut my time short.

The owner of our accommodation establishment suggested the factory would be a good place to visit. I did find it more interesting than I expected it to be but my travelling companion spent a lot more time looking around than I did. This gave me an opportunity to find this cache which I did after a moderately lengthy search. It wasn't the sort of hide I was guessing it would be. Greetings from New Zealand.

Tftc - second attempt finally found saw a little stick poking out of something and located the cache
No idea. Looked around for some time then realised I was being watched from inside the Museum.
Our 3rd find in Oz! (From the UK) it was very visible so we were worried a muggle might take it… it’s not magnetic… it’s hidden low down…

A great trip over to Queensland, then through NSW, Vic, SA and back to WA.
Was able to put a few smileys on the map.
This was one of them.
Now catching up with logging them with five minutes on the computer.

Struggled to find but i introduced muggle family members to it and with their help found it and now have sister in laws interested in joining the movement
Had a wonderful look through this museum and forgot to pick up the cache. Returned later and one of the lovely volunteers helped us find the 'thingy' as she called it.
Found It!
Not much action here today so after a short search I found the cache.

I had planned to visit the SAF a long time ago, but the family wouldn't stop when we passed through Lithgow years ago. Travelling to NSW from Victoria for a post lock down holiday, I made a point of travelling here today, leaving wife and teenagers back in Leura!
Great museum, and and important part of Australian history.
Recent DNF logs worried me as I looked for the cache, but I was quickly rewarded after a little poking ..

Found on Day 3 mission - Blue Mountains NSW caches. Lots of rain today. Hint is very useful for a sneaky hide. No room for SWAPS or drops. Both cache and logbook are dry. SL TFTC TFTH. Replaced cache as found ready for the next cacher. Thanks and cache on.
We have travelled from Sydney’s Northern Beaches to Bathurst for a 9 day holiday, camping in our Jayco Swan Outback Camper Trailer at the Bathurst NRMA Big4 Caravan Park, and plan to collect some caches & Adventure Labs in the Bathurst and surrounding areas. Stopped off in Lithgow, on our way to Bathurst, to collect a few caches and to have a go at the new Adventure Lab at Blast Furnace Park. This was the 9th of 10 finds for the day (day 1).
After visiting Blast Furnace Park for the Adventure Lab we had one last cache stop at the Lithgow Small Arms Factory Museum for this one before we left Lithgow to continue our journey to Bathurst. Arrived at GZ and made a surprisingly quick find of the well stashed cache container. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. TFTC *JOSHWA27*.

This is a tricky one to spot. The museum staff mentioned that we, Geo-Rabbit & I, were in the right area, but no further clues where on offer. In fact, this was the perfect height for Geo-Rabbit to spot and a little bit fiddly to retrieve. With CIH, SL. TFTH TFTC. Replaced as found for the next Geo Adventurers. Next stop a visit to the museum, well worth it.
