Had a great stay at lake Wallace overnight, up early and making my way home caching via the blue mountains.TFTC Wilbert67
Rough road now to get out here.Drobbonz had done it years ago in their little car. Now the car would be swallowed.Even though it says no camping there of course we're campers. The blackberries here are starting to get vicious so come prepared!Spending a few days camping at Lake Wallace with good friends and getting some caches too.Tftc
Took a while with some dodgy GPS and a couple peoplw turning back but we relented and it was found! Took the TB back with me. TFTC!
Had to be careful around people fishing in the area but eventually found it. Beautiful spot. TFTC
Found while birdwatching at Lake Wallace. We picked up rogerw3 on our way, and the rain stopped for us. I used to drive out here to birdwatch in my little car but the road is pretty rough now.
Luckily MrT took us in the 4WD as the water filled dips (big puddles) made it an easy access. Also spotted some Great Crested Grebes and a Sea Eagle after finding the cache!
Thanks for the cache

Hi Joshwa27,
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 28 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
If you require more time please be sure to **post a note** (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the listing and post a new note every 28 days to keep everyone up to date, if you do not then you cache may be archived without further note from a reviewer. Caches archived due to lack of maintenance are no longer unarchived and you will need to submit a replacement as a new cache.

We had to walk to get there due to the wet track.
Very over grown and lots of rubbish.

Found container that we weren't sure was correct sitting in grass, put it back to where I assume it's supposed to go. GPS seems a bit off.
Thanks for bringing me to the area.
Unfortunately I unable to find this one.
Attached are a couple of photos from my experience.
Cheers

Found it.
Tricky great hide. The black berries made it a little difficult, but worth the walk and the look.
Thanks for bringing us this way.

Area very nice historical beauty but sadly dnf maybe grass has grown over it or it is gone who knows.
Found it! Well hidden and didn’t have a pen to write name but we’ll be back to do so
When to Location, unable to find anything, used hint, was an object to check but nothing their, looks like the spot
We moved back to our van full time just few days ago and decided to head back to Blue mountains first thing. Staying over night in the park near by. Thank you for the cache!
Fun cache! Contained only a log, no trackable. So we put a little book in. TFTC
This was our first cache of the day and it was a good hide in a new container we haven’t seen before TFTC
Easy little park and grab. The cache is in good condition, signed and replaced. TFTC and for the wonderful history.
Hi Joshwa27,
This cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, only to discourage people from visiting this location until this cache may be addressed.
**Please note that caches disabled during the current COVID19 crisis you will be given some extra time to react as we recognise that CO's can't just pop out and fix the issue,** geocache maintenance can wait. Once the acute threat of pandemic is over, I will remind you about your cache needing attention.
Should you feel it safe for you to maintain and address this cache now, AND your regional Health and Governmental authorities allow it, please feel free to do so. However, I would like to assure you I will not be archiving any caches which the cache owner does not currently feel safe to maintain.
I'll pass by in about another 45 days and hopefully this will all be over.

I navigated through the blackberries and broken glass in thongs to do what I would consider a thorough search. Didn't find anything though. But that cemetery! Wow!
If I had enough data is search for a map showing where the original homestead and cemetery were. I love that you've got some good information about it in your description.
Thanks for the sight and info. Shame no cache find to go with it.

Was in the greater area today to complete some outstanding caches & Also being international caching day had to go caching. I enjoyed to drive out to GZ & the peacefulness of the place many thanks for the history also. A fav from me & also dropped a TB - TFTC / TFTH / SL
Another interesting place that I wasn't aware of. The GPS was a bit out, but common sense led me to a nearby hiding spot and I found the cache easily.
Found after a bit of a hunt - GPS put me on the wrong side initially but the cache was soon in hand and the log signed. TFTC
Was out and about doing a Radio gig but it was to wet for Radio so I took advantage of this cache being close by. Cache is in good order, signed the log and replaced it as found.

Day 15. Trip from Bright in Victoria to Brisbane, Queensland can be rather boring, so we cache as we go. We have left Lithgow, and are now on our way to Goulburne National Park and are trying to keep our current streak alive. Once we get into the national park, we will lose internet for a few days.
Quick find in obvious spot for us today. Thanks Joshwa27

I was bus driver today for a Garden Club tour in the Lithgow, Lidsdale and Wallerawang area. Had time while they had lunch at the Chinese Restaurant in Wallerawang village to find two quick caches.
I had a good look around and couldnt notice any cemetery but I soon found the hide.

Saw the cache but too many snakes around with the long grass in front of it so we didn't actually get the cache in hand to sign the log sorry ...... great part of Wang Dam that we've actually never been to before! Love it! TFTC
We're staying in Wang this weekend to attend a memorial get together in Portland for my aunt, so took the opportunity to slip away after breakfast to grab a couple of caches I hadn't previously done in this part of the world. No real problems here even though my phone (and Google Maps) had me looking 10m away from where I needed to be here. It was only when I started using my eyes to look that I tumbled to the cache's obvious hiding spot.
Thanks for the hide Joshwa27 and for bringing me into Lake Wallace. Lack of time (not to mention an aversion to looking for needles in guns/tractor/train haystacks) meant, however, that I didn't try to do your other one here.

Spent Easter weekend at the Tullamore Irish Music Festival & picked up a few caches while I was there.
We did an overnight camp here on the way back to Sydney, picked up this cache while I was there. TFTC

Today our aim was to pick up a few more off our Joshwa27 list as we travelled west from home. The only one we did not find was near this one and we were happy to find this one easily. The hint was more help than the co-ords and the log was soon signed before we headed on further west to add to the find list for the day. Many thanks to Joshwa27 for placing so many caches to be found.
Decided to camp at Newnes campground this weekend to avoid the 40+ heat in Sydney. We were welcomed by both kangaroos and a friendly possum.
Saturday morning we headed towards some caches in the area.
We approached the cache from the road above, which was kind of a 4WD track. Searched around the barbed wires and after a while we extended the search. Then we found it and signed the log.

Headed away for the weekend with fitzy_1965. Made our way through Cowra and Bathurst trying to pick up some out of the way caches and some previous DNFs. I ended up with 48 finds but unfortunately we had around 17 more DNFs.
Relatively easy find today....just watch out for the barbed wire while searching. Would love to one day kayak over to have a look around the cemetery.

15,425. Found during a Cowra/Bathurst region run this weekend with minniek.
Day 3 dawned and after packing up camp we started caching again. Nice little drive out here. Quick find at GZ. Signed the log, replaced the cache, then we headed off to the next one.
Thanks Joshwa27 !!

Cooler today and so much better for geocaching and towing our caravan up the hill to the Blue Mountains. This was one of the caches we targetted and were able to find. We will base ourselves here at Lake Wallace near Lithgow for a few days and check out this area. It has been several years since we last visited. Not much in the way of views today with the low mist. Thanks to Joshwa27 for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
Wow cool and interesting spot tftc!! No treasure but left some for next hunters
This took a bit of a walk (and a scary moment for our vehicle) but we found it without any issue. Much crawling was done by Foreignnebula for the find. Found with Foreignnebula and Team Normal. Thanks very much for the cache!
Quick easy find. Had a couple of muggles around but managed to extract with no problems. Tftc!

Found this one a while back, but log was wet and unable to sign. So whilst fishing today, went back to check it out.
Unfortunately, the cache seems to have been muggled (I only found the lid, and nothing else)...
