A rascal in the area seems to be stealing the caches so I have to take this one down. Darn. It's not even a year old.
Had a good search for this one but all we found was heaps of rubbish. Hope it's still there considering the recent replacement.
Have replace'th the cache. Is now a camo sistema. the hint still applies. also, dropped a tb.
It took a wee while to spot this cache, after initially looking in the right spot, but not seeing it. The hint certainly helped. TFTC
I suggested to the other members of HOAC that we get this one on our way up the hill. They obliged, and we then realised what a mammoth job it would be to search under this "shrub". Rereading the clue defiantely helped! And we were on our way again.
Headed down to Gisbourne with RWIMF and Cats&Dragons to grab the last few caches C&D needed for his DSGC Challenge that he's been working on for what seems like forever. With a very hard and fast set time we had to be home, this meant that with the amount of km's that we needed to cover a 2am start was needed.
All in all the day was a huge success and all the caches we attempted were found and we were back home in time too (just), also a bonus for me was that we were able to detour slightly to get the Gisbourne CANZ cache. A big thanks to all the CO's for the placements and congrats to C&D for finishing his challenge.
Pick this one up as we were passing by on the way to the CANZ cache, to a few moments to work out where the hint was leading us, but once that was sorted the cache was a easy find.

I was wondering what the Pou were !!
The cache explained that
And yes they are beautiful bits of art [^]
Quite a lot of effort has gone into screening off the surrounding areas from the log yard,
behind the great wall of Gisborne [:o]
Opposite the wall I was having that needle in a needle-stack feeling again
The clue certainly helped [^]
TFTC.

A bit of time free before dinner in Gisborne. Taking advantage of the nice evening to pick up a few caches.
In Gisborne for a meeting and out and about early to collect a few caches before the long drive back to Feilding. It's pretty quiet at this time of the morning however I had to wait for a couple of early morning muggle dog walkers to pass the GZ.
Quick find here. Swapped trackables. Tftc

Squirrel Nutcase and myself are on a road trip to the Gisborne area chasing caches with a higher D rating for our licence challenge. We visited area 3 months ago and hopefully we will have better success this time and collect anything else on the way. Day 1 was to get there first and day 2 back to Rotorua via Wairoa Napier way.
7.05am - Good hint and soon had cache. SLTFTC

With Gap (of Fap and Gap)... After five months of grief, it's time for another serious attack on our current caching license. We're heading east to target seven high difficulty caches, and anything else that catches our attention...
The hint was quite explicit, and this should have been a quick find... We spotted some interesting bits of rubbish before this one materialised... TFTC.

Nice camo! Some dodgy things in that bush though! Lift and look is my hint!
Took TB.

#11998. A couple of lads came past while we were searching, and wondered what we were up to. Troodles said something about rubbish. One of them said his bike was rubbish (his front wheel had no tyre and he was riding on the rim). After they were gone Troodles looked some more and came up with treasure rather than rubbish. TFTC.
After a bike ride to Wainui this morning, we returned to our accommodation for a coffee and a leisurely lunch before heading out again for some more exploration of Gisborne, and to find some more caches, of course. The CANZ Gisborne cache was on the must find list for today as we have the info from all the other North Island caches in the series (apart from the semi final).
Thanks for the specific hint as these sorts of hides can be very hard to track down and found a bit of rubbish before I turned up the cache. Left a TB as this new cache should get lots of finds. Admired the pous then we headed uphill to look for the CANZ cache. TFTC.

Was on a cruise to visit lovely New Zealand from Brisbane Australia with NED_Q24. We wanted to try and find at least one cache at each port stop in between sightseeing. This is my first trip to New Zealand and I will definitely have to come back and explore in more detail. TFTC.
Visiting overseas caches located during out Princess cruise from Brisbane Australia to New Zealand and return. Enjoying our relaxing cruise and viewing NewZealand sights with OZPAK
