In need of a bit of TLC but was able to sign log and replace. Thanks for the cache.
Quick find here as I'm making slow progress hitchhiking today. The lid is missing on the cache.
Excellent hiding spot, we didnt live here when the fires went through but evidence of them is still here over 4 years on. Lid is missing, old log book saturated. Luckily someone recently put in a small sealed bag with a little log in it to write on. 15 year old geo son found this one with ease, he said you could fit an ammo cam here. Tftc
Day 21 of my interstate trip. Today had an early start from Nowra heading south again towards Bateman's Bay where I stopped tonight. I managed to find 13 caches today and 2 DNF's.Last find of the day. It is about time I find somewhere to stay.TFTC Bonfire7
Cache is in a bad way ..I left a new bag with new paper But it is still there.....Owner attention required
The logbook in this container is moldy and should be replaced for a fresh new one. The container should be visited ASAP by the CO to place a new logbook and check the physical logbook against online logs!
Our plans were derailed a little yesterday as we managed to get a flat tire just two hours after leaving Sydney. It was difficult to deal with as our rental company didnt offer any help whatsoever, so after I swapped our wheel we ended our drive earlier, and settled in for the night. This morning we had to figure out what to do with the car but still keep moving south; after a long morning we managed to get our car swapped for a new one (boy does that sound strange) and we continued our drive. We made a quick stop to visit the Guinness world book of records whitest beach, and after Laura had a short swim, we got back on the road. We stopped by this stash and as soon as we found it we knew that some TLC from the CO is necessary here. The logbook is moldy and not in great condition; we did what we could to get our nick into it at 1:51 pm, making this our 7147th overall find. Thank you Bonfire7 for placing your Before The Beach Break stash; we were glad to visit it and spice up our Monday while down under in Australia for our spring break, visiting from slightly-distant Myanmar! Posting a NM log here as well, hoping you can visit and swap out the logbook for a proper dry one soon. We snapped a photo and returned the stash as we found it, and appreciate the opportunity for a find and visiting another new location. For my own personal statistics; this is the sixty-seventh of 112 geocaches we visited down under while on spring break, excluding the 56 adventure lab caches we visited and 28 Waymarks visited. It was quite a long and exciting day for us, as we walked 21.17km throughout the city while visiting twenty-five stashes just this one day.
Visited it during 28-days geotrip to Australia, N.Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji, Am.Samoa, Fr.Polynesia with Marci, Ch. Sometimes we logged as "MT" or "Jonea" or "MTCh". Thanks for showing nice caches and places. MT-Jonea from Brno city in Czechia EU. Bb. Logbook total KO so we photo it.
Badly waterlogged and mouldy log. Left seahawk pin as proof of find. Cool hiding spot
A quick park and grab on our way down the coast for a Christmas break. Log was waterlogged and mouldy. Did not sign, but took attached photo as proof. TFTC Bonfire7.
Logbook is wet and pages are stuck together but managed to make a mark. TFTC. We are heading down the coast a bit further and it was nice to stretch the legs.
Found the logbook without the cache housing so I replaced it Cache is now a regular sized big-bison cache with just room for the logbook
Nice spot of caching just before sunset whilst visiting my parents down here for the long weekend. Spent many a day at the Sussex Turnoff while going to school at Shoalhaven Anglican School as a schoolboy; well before this cache was hidden, but it’s still cool to know there’s one here ??
Parked at the turnoff and made my way over; crawled through the small clingy trees and spotted GZ; when I got there I saw the logbook in its bag, and a Maccas toy likely to have been a small swap, but no actual cache housing so I replaced that as I had a spare, but there was only room for the logbook
An absolutely gorgeous sunset tonight, God was putting on a show!
Logbook itself was quite damp but still signable so I did that and placed it in the new cache and was on my way

Coordinates spot on lead me to a perfect spot for the hide . Cache spotted easy enough , the actual logbook was quite damp and couldn’t log so have inserted a new log .TFTC
Found a note pad with unlogged geocaches from The Stumble's annual caching trip so doing a lot of retrospective logging.

Spending a couple of days in and around ACT with 3 Queenslanders and 1 Tasmanian, then down to the coast for a few days! Weather not great so we have been trying to get caches that are not long walks so we can keep reasonable dry.
Due to this weekend being “Earthcache Day” we were aiming at doing as many Earthcaches as possible and anything else that we thought was worth a stop. Found with Nyssaflutterby, teamnanabombane and wombles&co.
It rained so much last night and first thing this morning that we were a bit weary of what we may achieve today. We could pull over for this one and it wasn’t raining so a short walk to GZ.

logbook is totally wet - I don't know why as the box is well protected from rain - TFTC

Parked in the nearby rest stop and followed a geotrail to GZ. Log is wet but usable.
Thanks for the cache

A weekend trip to the coast, mainly to compete in a rogaine near Batemans Bay, but sandwiched between caching there and back. A short stop here. I dived in to the thick undergrowth and floundered around for a while before coming across an obvious feature and there was the cache. TFTC.

F(H)ound It! #3629 @ 11:00 AM
Miz Wacket and I and the geohounds are heading up the coast on our way up to Sydney.
Good sized container, unfortunately an animal has been nibbling on the lid so it is no longer weather proof.
Thanks Bonfire7

Geoson #1's wedding at Kangaroo Valley went off nicely yesterday, and this morning the Geowife & I headed into town for some breakfast.
The "plan" was I would head south for some caches I was after, and she would collect Geosons #2 & #3 at some point and head home.
Well, even before we got to breakfast we ran into one wedding guest. She joined us and soon the rest of her family were there. Just as we were finishing up another familiar family arrived at the same cafe... I said my hellos and left.
A good thing too my wife revealed as after that another couple turned up, as did all the groomsmen, and finally the newly married couple.
Must be a good cafe! She didn't leave until after 1pm, as a result, by which time I had found my first four targets of the day and was en route to the other three. I picked up another five caches as I made my way home - a more than three hour drive. Caches at rest stops are always welcome!
Arrived home in time to go out again for dinner - no one was in the mood to prepare a meal for dinner.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Some animal has eaten it's way into the container.

Thanks for this cache, Bonfire7. I'm heading down the coast a bit, stopping at random caches on the way - and this was one of them.
As others have mentioned, the lid isn't great, bit cache contents were all fine. Greetings from Christchurch.

A creature has chewed the lid, part of the log and part of the log plastic bag. Besides that the contents are good, and dry in the hide. Perhaps a creature wanted the space for itself. TFTC Bonfire7.
We found this cache on day 6 of our roadtrip that took us from Ballarat to OzGeomuster at The Gong. Today we turned south and started towards home with todays goal of making Batemans Bay. A nice quick find here today which was welcome relief. It seems a critter has been gnawing at the container. It might need checking out however the cache is in good order.

Today we made our way toward the Mega northward along the coast. This was one of our few grabs of the day.
We are on a holiday enjoying our time away caching and sightseeing. We start the journey off with a few day stop in Hawaii. From there we will visit NewZealand from Wellington to Dunedin. From there we move on to Australia taking in a Mega along the way from Melbourne to Sidney ending in Brisbane before heading home via a layover in South Korea. We plan to pick up a few year 2000 caches and as many others as time will allow.
THANKS goes to Bonfire7 for placing this gr[8] cache! We appreciate all those who hide caches for without you there would be nothing to find. We are not gr8cachers we like finding GR8Caches! This was our 22801 find. Keep on caching!

We were trying to pick off a few caches on this side of the road while heading down the coast. A nice find on a hot day.
I’ve turned down here many times but this is the first time I’ve had the need to stop for a cache (does that mean I haven’t been here since 2016, quite possibly). aubeasty found the side road and parked safely while I took the short stroll to the cache. Great size, nice swaps, all in good order here. Thanks Bonfire7.
Approaced this one from completely the wrong side. Quick find once I made my way through the scrub though. Left some buttons.
A quick find with Eliott Geoson whilst staying in Sussex Inlet for a few days. Nice large container.
This year our plan was to spend our "summer vaction" in Australia.
So arriving on the 7th November we took over the campervan and started our tour from Sydney to Adelaine. On that tour we found a lot of caches. This was one of it.
Thank's a lot to all CO's that placed and maintain the caches here in "Down Under".

Reasonably accurate coordinates and a common style of hide led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Bonfire7 for the cache.
