### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there South-West,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention.
You may recall having received an automated email from Geocaching HQ which explained what you needed to do.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so I am having to take the next step and temporarily disable the cache - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713)
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache to check, repair, replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log:-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another Geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, when the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
Thanks for your cooperation,
Bunjil

Found where we think it should be but nothing there, just a broken chain made of zip ties on back of board.
What a gorgeous little spot here. Driven through lots but never stopped. Kids had an icy pole as now too cold for beach. Cache in need of maintenance unfortunately. Thanks!
After reading previous logs and hints in the description we had a mindset for where the cache would be hidden, failed twice, phoned a friend who had found it where we had looked and had one last look to find it STRAIGHT AWAY!! on the ground! Logged and put back where it would best fit( although may fall on the ground again) TFTC
After a week of lockdown in Geelong, with a lab adventure or two on our regular walks we were blessed with the opening of restrictions to get back to the normal again and get away on holidays down to Apollo Bay... And to get back to the regular old caches as well. We had been on a nice walk in Kennett River and seen a few Koalas as well but fancied heading down to Wye River as well. We parked up almost right next to this one, thanks to the Great Ocean Road being quieter than ever we didn't have too much muggle trouble. We signed and were on our way to explore the beach. Thanks for the Cache South-West
We found your cache while staying at the caravan park overnight and out for a walk in the afternoon. It was a very quiet afternoon in town. We feel grateful to finally be out and about and able to enjoy some travelling time.
Thank you for your cache and adding to our road trip memories.

A long weekend meant a family camping trip to Wye River. And of course a cache or two. Easy walk to this one from campsite. Magical location. Thanks for the cache
A small group nearby, but geo-wife ran interference whilst retrieval and return. T4TC
Quick find breaking the drive back from Apollo Bay. Must've been very big surf here yesterday.
Quick find today. Where would you rather be on a "12 degrees but feels like 5" day? Inside by the fire, or out caching? TFTC.
A short weekend getaway to this beautiful and familiar area to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. After a lovely lunch at the WR Hotel we decided to go for this one.
Even with a wedding about to start at the hotel and being a weekend, thankfully the muggle wait out wasn't too long as LL could see what was needed. Why do my shoelaces keep coming undone? Def would be a tricky spot when busy.
A lovely day here. TFTC

Found it. Was a little difficult with so many people around. But after everyone was on the beach managed to put back. Great spot. Love this part of the coast.
I waited a short time for someone to leave GZ and raced in. I found the cache pulled apart and the log on the ground, I didn't find a pencil....
When I turned around there were nine muggles here, where did they pop up from?!! I had a seat and signed the log, making sure to wind it up tight enough to replace, then I waited. And waited. It was about 30 minutes before I could replace it. Very busy on xmas eve. The cache is back together in one piece in it's hidey spot.
Great for locals to see a bustling tourist community here this holiday season. Lovely spot, I'm staying for xmas

So lovely to be out of lockdown and able to travel out of Melbourne to enjoy this beautiful coastline. An easy find. Thankyou
Wow even on a quiet day, that's a tough call to get without anyone seeing, haven't done a cache for a while, TFTC and respect for sure! DD
I see what you mean about having to be stealthy. We took 2 attempts because muggles were sitting nearby. We went for a drive in between attempts. Good spot. I like Wye river. We used to camp here many years ago. Thanks.
This was only the second one we have ever found (beginners), and couldn’t believe how tiny it was! Need your own pen
Respect to all the firemen who fought against the bushfires this year!
Many thanks for the cache and its message,

Tijdens rit van Apollo Bay naar Melbourne (The Great Ocean Road) deze cache gezocht en gevonden.
TFTC and greetings from Belgium.
TFTC and greetings from Belgium.
Easy find but tricky waiting for muggles to wash the sand off their feet as they leave the beach. Sooo long, there can't be that much sand between your tootsies, people. TFTC
Victoria Day 6: The Great Ocean Road from Geelong to Apollo Bay
Today’s the day we set off on our Great Ocean Road journey from Melbourne. The plan is to spend two days traversing the route from east to west, and enjoy the sights as we go along. The first stop was Geelong for some caches, food and the views, before heading down the road for lunch at Lorne and finally resting at Apollo Bay. Great views and great sights along the way, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
This is the specific log for this cache:
Quick toilet break for the family, while I seek this one out. The title helped immensely here to narrow the search, and the cache was quickly found. TFTC!

Das kleine Döschen konnte ich rasch und unauffällig finden und mich ungestört in das Logbuch eintragen.

A quick stretch the legs stop on our way around the Great Ocean Road and the muggle missus says to me, "There'd have to be a cache there!", looking at the memorial near us. So, I pulled out my phone and yes, she was right, sort of. A cache did indeed show up on the geo-map about 20m away from us, but away from the interesting landmark that she had spotted.
A quick find ensued and then we were on our way, with my holiday streak still intact. Thanks south-west.

Definitely a micro not a small. Good hint and quick find although I did have to stick my head in the bush.

Hi everyone, I replaced the cache in the same spot as the container has gone missing
With friends 3 weeks on the road to explore Tasmania and South Australia. We experienced great landscapes, people and animals. By the way, many caches were also visited. Thanks for the great impressions. Here we met Lis and Pete. Greetings from Germany.
Found together with Threefoot on holiday. The log was soaking wet, it has to be a photo instead. Greetings from Sweden . TFTC
We found the tube on the ground with a very wet logbook. We replaced it on its lid. See LBTW photo. Swedes on vacation in Australia. Found together with LBTW. TFTC. Greetings to from
