Now that the main reason for our journey was over and multiple caching trails were completed it was time to venture home. Our Mob had gone separate ways. Only three teams left now us, Rapidlywild and The Drovers. We made our slow journey back to Mildura where we were stopping for the night, caching all the way. Lovely weather couldn't have asked for better weather for this journey. Log stamped and we were on our way again. Thanks for the hide Trigger_Fish and thanks for a fun adventure Rapidlywild
Out and about travelling from Adelaide to Renmark and doing caches along the way. Stopping here and stopping there. A very hot day! Found cache and signed log. TFTC
Today we left the Gawler area where we have been for the last 6 days and making our way to Renmark. The predicted 39c temp certainly slowed us down after lunch but we did a few more than expected - we must be getting use to the heat wave!!Found a variety of caches on our travels and appreciate the time and effort that COs put into the caches placed for us to find.
Another nice find with woolwood9 today. Found while over in Adelaide for the MEGA Event *Thanks for putting this cache out for us to visit. *SL *tm/ww NZ**Soon located, now onto the next one!*
Found after the Mega Event with tmann421Heading inland to get some more of the trails, picking up whatever gets in the way.Enjoyed the hides. Thanks to the cache owners for their efforts
Found by Mary and David at 10:00. That's a better terrain than the previous one. M spotted it quite quickly, with no muggles about. Wonder what happened to the table under the shelter? Our thanks to Trigger_Fish.
Easy find, solid view. There's some mould on the logbook, and it's almost full. Tftc
31/10/2023 9:44:00 AMSpotted this lookout as I drive up the ridge and stopped for look, which was well worth it and even better here was a cache here! Thanks Triggerfish for placing and maintaining this game piece for our enjoyment.Find recorded using GCDroid and logged using GSAK
Caravan trip to the Riverland. Day 1, to Roonka.Nice diversion on the way to the river. TFTC
Wow what a view! We have been passed a thousand times and never stopped. Log book is nearly full and will need a new one soon. Council really needs to clean up some rubbish and empty the bins too.
Travelling Australia in our caravan since February 2014.Moving today from Clare to Swan Reach. Grabbed a last cache in Clare, 1 on the way to let faster moving traffic pass us by.Once set up at the ferry campsite, we decided to head out and grab the rest of the AdLab which we started last year in the floods. Great to see things starting to return to normal here.TFTC Moneydork
What a great view and a stop for coffee and a Boston bun and a Cito by myself bins not cleared for a while tftc from one -eyed

Found as part of our 2022 South Australian Adventure.
Moving from Adelaide Show Grounds CP to Loxton, picking up one or two caches along the way. Thanks for the cache.

Well hidden. Was worried it may have been mugglef, but likely to never be. I will check the views in the morning. I had to wait 20 mins for 2 cars of kids to move on.

After driving 2 hours to grab a snag the tag, I thought I should stop and get at least one cache on my way home. This one is very cleverly hidden but the location could do with a CITO event.
Doing some caching around the Nuriootpa area and along the Sturt with ilook4geo for a little while. Each found log had two more names noted on it before the cache was put back where it had been found. Thank you to Moneydork for putting this cache into play.
Cache hunting around the Barossa area with goingplaces2 went on today. Loved the caching around here and found a good selection for the day. Each log was signed and replaced before moving on to the next cache. This was a very quick and easy find along the highway. TFTC.
I had a day in the Barrossa and then up to Blanchetown
A nice view here.

Needing a find for the day and heading up towards Blanchtown for a weekend of caching, I decided to find a few caches along the way. I decided to just focus on a few park and grabs that were on my rout I managed to make a few quick finds before finally reaching my destination for the night. All caches were found in good condition unless otherwise specified.

On a trip to Renmark for 2 days, i planned to grab some caches along the way and this one, some 30 mins before sunrise, was up first.
There was just enough light to see where i was going as i approached GZ.
I reckon i checked about 8 big rocks, under torchlight, before i found where the booty was hidden [B)]
Once found i was SL at 06:27 on the frosy Monday Morning of 10 August 2020 [^]
TFTC Trigger_Fish
[Now it's over to the Old Gentleman nearby whilst i kill time so it gets lighter to avoid the time that the Roo's are active [:o]]

On my way to Barmera for a couple of weeks in the van now that we can travel within the state I stopped here for my one and only cache as it is mostly difficult to cache with the van on the back.
This was a convenient place to stop and the cache was soon found, then I spent a bit of time admiring the view before heading off again.
Thanks for the cache Trigger_Fish.

Day 1 Adelaide to Monash
Found with mogni on route to monash. It turns out that we can't get in to the B abd B till 4 pm, so killing time finding caches on route heading to monash and leaving a trail of smileys behind us. quick find.
Myself and mogni came up to the river land to go to MacCabe Corner and find the virtual there plus drive the mail trail in murray sunset national park plus the 4 x 4 track in cooltong national park. The original idea was to go through to mildura but with weather 37, 45 , 37 degrees fore cast we changed plans and stayed in monash instead. Any caches that where found damaged where replaced and any logbooks found full or with 2 or 3 spaces left where replaced.

I've also never stopped at this lookout, yet driven through so many times. The abrupt flattening into the plains will never cease to fill me with awe, glad I finally stopped to take it in more than you can hurtling through in a 110km/h metal tin. There was an ominous stuffed husky teddy sitting here unattended, a sign warning of human excrement and a I put my hand straight into cobweb while reaching for the cache (my sequence of reactions captured on camera, to boot). Glad we stopped.

We finished work at 1pm, so after a quick lunch and clean up we loaded the hound into the already packed car to head to Renmark for the weekend.
Of course we had to stop and find a few caches along the way to break up the drive, stretch the legs and let the hound have a sniff about.
As the days are getting longer we were able to pick up 10 caches on the way and still arrive into camp at 5.05pm to get the tent set up and enjoy a sundowner overlooking the river in the warmth. This is the life, we feel so lucky to be able to enjoy this marvellous state with geocaching as our tourist guide.
Lots of grey nomads in the Riverland, our first trip to Renmark that we thoroughly enjoyed. We will be back for sure as still a lot of caches to be snaffled around here and plenty more beer to be drunk at the Woolshed Brewery, what a spot!
This was our first stop for the day, lovely views from here. Found the well hidden cache quickly and we continued on our way. TFTC Moneydork.

Another quick grab for Geo Kids while I finish my lunch. What a beautiful view!
Does anyone know if there is meaning behind all the stuffed animals along the fence line?

Travelling with hevwalker as we make our way towards Barmera for an event... And of course we allowed time to find several caches along the way, including this one.
This was a busy spot this morning and thankfully the truck and car both left before we began the search. Found the cache on a crisp morning and tucked it back away before the next vehicle pulled in.

Left Adelaide heading for the V8's at Winton, what a better way to seek a few Yellow faces along our route.
Some have been interesting as others not so, but without having a go we wouldn't have been brought to those special places in the Geocaching World.
Thank to the CO for maintaining these hides and getting us out of the car.

Another glorious autumn day waiting around for our camper to be fixed. Cruising around the back roads, seeing the sites and the history. On our way home to camp came across this beauty. Soooooo many bears, love it. Tftc
