### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###

Hi there argentrandall86,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers are not mind readers (unfortunately), so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, you have been in hospital, the area is in flood, or some other reason that has prevented attending to the cache, they can't tell what is going on.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).
Thanks for your cooperation,

Easy find, unfortunately the container is damaged and needs replacing, log is wet but functional. TFTC
the lid is broken. A finger sized piece is missing. Log is soaked and only a stamp will work on that log book. Needs new cache and logbook.
So another CP must do event, so of course I went a long for the fun. Unfortunately I am a little under the weather and this area was not quite as flat as I was expecting and did strain my poor cold infected lungs. But with some help from my friends I made it and got back to my car (thanks James )
I will need to return for another wander to collect more caches in the area.
Found with sir_spectre
A very wet log here
Thanks to argentrandall86 from mogni

More farm houses appearing along the road so I must be getting close to Murray Bridge. Thanks Argentrandall86
A cold but sunny day had us choosing to walk the Murray Bridge Cub Trail beside the Old Princes Highway.
All were found and most had good coords but several are now starting to deteriorate after exposure to a few years of weather
We thoroughly enjoyed the nice walk and thank the cubs and their helpers for the intresting trail.
Many thanks for caches argentrandall86

The cache was found in the last place we looked, which as usual was not the first place we looked. Thanks for placing a fun cache guys. We do love your work. We signed the logbook. Of course we did that is way we play this game. Cache in pretty good condition for the cache age.

After netball we thought we would go geocaching. Found with Northstar76 and Giselle_12
We have had three attempts at this series . The first was in April 2017 on our way to the Alice Springs Event when we were foiled by a cycling race along this stretch of the road, the second was in October 2018 when we started at number 17 and made our way back to town and got as far as No 6 where the batteries went flat on the GPSr and we had no replacements so today we returned and finally managed to complete the series,
The co -ords were spot on for these caches and we simply followed the GPSr to the cache hides and added our name to the log.
Thanks argentrandall86 for the caches.

22,709. Found with minniek during our Post-Christmas escape to South Australia.
This trip to South Australia was on again off again due to the changing circumstances in the various states we had to travel through. Finally getting a green light from all 3 states we headed off early boxing day. Day 9 of our adventures took us to Murray Bridge for a few days camping and caching. Signal the Frog was our main aim for today, and when we finished it we tried this trail. Good to see the cubs learning about Geocaching. These were slightly longer in the finding, but all caches were found quickly and in good order unless otherwise stated. Next find of the day. Quick find at GZ. Signed the log, replaced the cache as found, and then headed off to the camp ground.
Thanks argentrandall86 !!

After a week in Adelaide, it is time for Fitzy_1965, the two two-kids and I to start on the slow road towards home. Have decided to stop in Murray Bridge for a few nights and hit a trail or two.
Once we finished signal we decided to do this little side trail. These took a little longer to locate but all seemed in good order.

Wow spoilt for choice of caches here! Ducked out to pick up some close to our campsite. Beautiful sunny day. So much warmer than in the SE where we have been for the last few months.

Headed up to Murray Bridge today for lunch at the parents. Gathered a few caches along the way including this one. Not too much passing traffic today. Lid of csche has perished with large cracks exposing the log to the elements. TFTC.
Murray Bridge and region is awash with caches and I hit up the trails today. Lots of sand in my shoes and twigs in my hair. Visited some interesting spots and may return for a closer look. These MBCT caches were alternately easy and not. However the containers made them easy to spot

Traveling to a long weekend in Adelaide and stopped at the zoo to drop off the wife and kids while I get to do some caching. I love a good power trail. It was good to see the local cub scouts get into geo-caching, my son is in cubs (1st Hoppers Crossing) and for his Grey Wolf hike he took some of them caching. Most of the caches are in good condition only a couple with cracks, most were easy some took a bit to find. Thanks for the caches.
TFTC. Doing some power trails before hitting the road to Vic, on our return to Tas.
About 8m off, was about to walk through tree & tripped over it!

Stood there scratching my head, as I couldn't find it. Looked down, and it was right at my feet!
This was the last series that we were able to do today with ilook4geo. Each log book found was signed and all was put back in the same position as it had been left. Thanks go to argentrandall86 for placing this cache.
Went caching this afternoon with goingplaces2 and found what we wanted. Happy to add some more smiley faces to the map. This cache was in clean and dry condition. Log was signed. TFTC.
Found while down this way being taxi for DPA to the V8s at The Bend.
An enjoyable day was had by us both.
Thanks argentrandall86 for the cache and series

Zed cache, Zulu, zucchini, zero zap just a few of the Z words we thought of. We thought Zed cache should go at the end just to imply the end, haha.
There is the cutest German Shepherd that lives across the road, happy to just sit at the fence and watch proceedings, our girls would have been barking her head off. Thanks argentrandall86 for yet another cache.

The kids were visiting Monarto and it was a perfect opportunity to do some caching. A few of the coordinates in the series appeared to be out but maybe my GPS was playing up. A lovely series of caches that provided me with a few challenging hunts. TFTC
Today was a bit of an expedition driving around the Adelaide Hills and beyond, to then around Murray Bridge, and few places in between. It began driving through Woodside on to Tungkillo to collect a few geocaches there, and then on to the river past Mannum and Mypolonga for a few scattered caches. It was then on to meet Michells&hound for her target D/T cache, and then back towards Murray Bridge to repair a few caches and find the northern area caches. Finally, I made a stop at Mount Barker on the return back to Adelaide. The day was rather nice; a little brisk and a few showers with only during the middle of the day it fell a little more harder.
I saw one of these was up on the needs maintenance list, so made sure to swing past to check out. This was one of the geocaches found whilst doing a small section of this power trail. All good with this one, but some of these were looking quite aged and may need some TLC, thanks argentrandall86.

Hi there argentrandall86.
As the weather didn't look too promising today we decided to attempt the MBCT series of caches as they were close to our camp site. We dashed in and out of the car between showers & managed to find 16 caches (& DNF'd 1). Our search today was made a little more difficult due to some of the containers being a little way fro GZ.
Thank you for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 6m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Mr Tardis was out for a long day of caching. After having lunch in Murray Bridge, and some nice walking in Rocky Gully, I then attempted to find this MBCT series. Some were quick to find, and others took a while to find. I ended up finding all of them except for one.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache argentrandall86.
