The Pit Laforest's well is located at Joliette, Quebec, Canada.
Since 1902 this well has given a impressive quantity of sulfurous water. This water would have good effects on digestive system.

Found this 1928 Granite Water Fountain which was installed over the artesian well while searching for caches around the State Capital.
We found this one at the Austin State Capital. It was much unexpected because we were looking for another object for a virtual cache. Nevertheless, it was a grand find!

This artesian well is found on Doster Road in Prattville, AL. Prattville is called "The Fountain City" because of the number of artesian wells found all over the city. This is just one of many.

The Perine Well, one of several artesian wells located at Cahawba, Alabama, the first permanent state capitol of the State of Alabama. Cahawba is near Selma, Alabama.
The well was drilled to serve a factory that did not materialize. It was then used to water the grounds, a garden and pastures. In addition, by forcing water through pipes into his $50,000 home, E.M. Perine, a merchant prince, had the first air conditioning in Alabama. Fry's history relates that, when drilled, this was the deepest known well in the world. Flow is now estimated at 1,250 gallons per minute from a depth of 700-900 feet.

I actually found this cache on Nov. 19, but due to computer problems, the pictures were misplaced. Well, I finally found them and am posting now.
This is an artesian well located north of Anderson, IN. Someone has actually stuck a fire hydrant in the ground to allow the water to flow out. If I was to stand next to the hydrant, the water would come up to my waste. That's how deep this area is. But the water is cold and clear. And it tastes pretty good, too.

This a beautiful artesian well that we discovered on the snowshoe trail on Mont Caribou (GCQV0K). As you can see it was a great day.

Artesian well in Petrified Springs Park, Kenosha, Wisconsin. The well is usually running, but has been temporarily plugged for the winter.
This is an artesian well in Kenosha Wi. that many people from the area claim as the best water they have tasted. It is currently stopped or diverted for the winter.
This well is very popular at the township of St-Alphonse-de-Rodriguez. Its contribution to fill many many gallons of highest quality water is well-known.
Unfortunately a big snowstorm of 45cm(18 inches)covered the county yesterday. So the well is hard to see, and hard to reach because the path is full of fresh snow. Trust me it's here,I wanted to fill my jars but they would be too much heavy to go back in my car. I am obliged to wait that the town service clean the place.

This well is a VERY popular spot in Lynnwood, WA and I have come here for years. There was a previous physical cache right at the overhead structure which didn't last long. Another, better version is a short distance away. The two outlets of this well flow 24/7 and I have never been there day or night when there wasn't a line of folks waiting to fill jugs. Recently they have put chain link fencing around the well for some unknown reason. There is also a new wooden viewing platform but it's on the other side of the fence.
Found this well on a farm in a remote valley near Pilgrim's Rest, Mpumalanga Province, South Africa. The water is 100% clear, cool, and tastes great.

First, I must say that I don't know if the cache owner, Team Crystal Miners, permit my find or not.
It is in the river-side sport park, Xin-Zhuang, Taipei. I don't show the flowing water, because there is an iron wire tied up on the well. However, I saw some water near here(See Pic-1). I trust the water was suck by the well, but I'm not sure if I can use it or not. So......[8)]
If I use it in the future, I'll upload the pic of the flowing water!!!

#1057: We found this as part one of a geocache that we didn't make time for finding way back when. This delicious refreshing water flowed freely from the hose. MiniMoggers loved it!
At a caching event...we couldn't pass this one up...Glad we could log it...this one is in Frankfor Michigan on the shores of Lake Michigan.
This artesian well is located off State Route 417, east of Bolivar, NY. The well sits on private property owned first by the Hearne family and currently by the Kinnicutt family. The endless stream of water has been a problem at times by flooding basements, creating ice and slick conditions. Permission was granted to log this cache.

Escanaba found an artesian well in Quebec Province just across the border from the town of St. Jacques, New Brunswick. Near a regular cache this well is well maintained and appears to be visited often by the locals.
Down an alley in Winslow, Illinois is the cutest little park. Located in the park is the artesian well, which is also the city water supply. We took two gallons home with us.

Probably the worst picture of me ever. This well is next to a lake and stream near Mono Ontario Canada (or if mono is not on the map, Orangeville). If lies a few hundred metres from the road, and is not visited by many.
This Artesian Well is located south of McCurtain Oklahoma, and has been in use for as long as I can remember. Got this on a day of caching.
Found this artesian well on the south side of Port Washington, Wisconsin while out on a full day hunt. Had to sneak this picture in between visitors as this well pipe is a very popular spot! TFTC

Found once before back in October 2003, but visited again by us, as it's only 2 miles away from home. Pokagon State Park has done some recent landscaping around the spring to make it look like what it did back in the 1930s when early park visitors came to fill their jugs. Should look nice next spring when the grass is growing!

This well is located in Sulphur, OK in the Chickasaw National Recreation Area. If you've never visited this area before you're in for an olfactory surprise! Vendome well was a popular local attraction as promoters claimed water spouted 30 feet in the air. Because of the popularity of the mineral water 13 trains a day used to bring visitors to this area. This spot has several small taps spouting water in addition to the large one in the photo.
This well, called Brackeborn, is placed near Roth / Germany where I lived for the first 12 years of my life. In this time we often visited this wonderful place with our parents.

There are about 10 of these wells in Manitou Springs Colorado. In years past there was a bottling industry. You can still go get a glass, free, any time you like.
This Artesian Well is all wrapped up for winter in Worland, Wyoming so no drink today, but I did get a drink here this summer .

Artesian Well, just above the "Bore Hole", posted by Happsr. It is a less known well, when it's so crowded at the Bore Hole, there's no one at this one. Same water, an old timer told me.
This well in in the graveyard. It is one of many wells of that area. Well works normally and the water was cold.

This well has ran for as long as I can remember it ran into an old bathtub, so I go there to get a picture after not having been there for 20 years. The water still comes out but the well has been improved. There is now a PVC pipe instead of the old pipe and the bathtub is in the weeds.
Packanack Lake,East Side, Wayne, NJ Very close to my home . The artesian well is used to pump cold water into the swim area of the lake, the idea is to keep the water clean and to prevent algae bloom, it works with varrying degrees of success, the lake itself is man made and fairly shallow for the most part, so in the heat of the summer the algae is problematic. The cold artesian water helps. It is located at the botton of a valley in Wayne NJ. I enjoyed locationless caches as much as any other kind.

This is an hot Artesian Well located in Eastern Montana. It is located on private property but knowing the owners we have been coming here for many years. The way this well came into being was they were drilling for oil when they struck the hot water. I have many pictures we have taken over the years but never had the gps in them. We had hoped to get out before dark but it got cloudy and rainy so the pics don't do the area justice.
This was an easy well to find since I grew up close to here. I know that the water has been flowing for at least 20 years. The well is located in a rural part of Indiana just outside of Anderson.
Jackson TN. The sign (see picture) states that thousands visited this well in the early 1900's becausr they thought it cured medical problems. Thanks
Sulphur, Oklahoma. Artesian well established in 1922. The town is named this due to the sulphur water. There is a drinking fountain just out of view to the right of my picture, but from the smell I wouldn't try it. They say if collect sulphur water and let it sit for a few days the sulhpur taste/smell goes away. I'll stick to bottled water.

Found this artesian well in a Rotary Park in the small town of Mildmay, Ontario, Canada while driving through the area. The well flows cold, delicious water from several taps under the gazebo, and quite a number of muggles stopped while I was there to fill up water jugs or just stop and get a drink from the fountain.
Made a point to get this locationless cache while out getting Well, well, well ( GCP9YA ) today in Homeville, Nova Scotia ( Cape Breton Island ), Canada. The water is within 10mm from top of crock and continuely flows out around the bottom and down the ditch in a small brook. Hope this meets your requirements. By the look of it, it has been in use for many, many years.
These artesian wells is principal source of water in the cities of Coleraine, QC. Canada . It is active and have a good taste.
This little known artestian well is in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Located behind a car dealership, it empties into the Cuyahoga River. It pumps out over 17,000 gallons of water a day. It is hard to get a good picture due to its location.

This Artesian Well is located just South of the city limits of Ponchatoula, LA and just off U.S. Hwy 51. It is one of many in this area and they are all approximately 540 feet deep. It originally flowed out of a 2 inch pipe and has now been reduced to flowing out of a 3/4 inch garden hose. It flows 24/7/365 and is frequented by residents of New Orleans who haul this excellent drinking water back in gallon jugs. They fill the back of trucks up with the jugs and take it back for drinking, ice, cooking, etc. The public water system for New Orleans comes out of the Mississippi River which is the septic pipe for half of the U.S. (uch)and therefore dosen't taste very well even after being purified.
These are photographs of Bibbawarra Bore, near Carnarvon in Western Australia. The bore was used to provide water for cattle in, and passing through this area, and the trough (into which the water flowed) was at the time, was 180 mtrs long - the longest in the southern hemisphere. It allowed the water to cool down enough for cattle to drink.
