Logs
Nice quick find here today we stopped raining for a bit so off we went to try get a cache or 2 tftc. Cache all good here no muggles
Found the log after a few minutes scrambling around. When filling it in it seemed strange that there weren't many logs even though I knew quite a few people that had found it. The cache seemed to be the correct one and had the official cache noted inside it. I headed off to the next cache and got to thinking that maybe there is a second cache there. After finding the next cache I headed back to this cache and after a quick look I had a second cache in hand, it didn't have any official cache notes inside it, however the log was completely full. Signed both and replaced where I found them. Note sure if one was from an ad lab or puzzle cache. Thanks for the cache.
I cant find it. My husband scrambled all through but if its meant to be an easy find, its not there
Took a little bit of searching as I was put off by the T1 rating. Eventually located but not in an area that would be wheelchair accessible to I suspect the T rating needs to go up a touch. Thanks Zork V.
Came into Bell Block to do some laundry and saw this cache so headed here while our washing was drying. A beautiful autumn day in Taranaki. A quick find and sign. TFTC
I started on the wrong side of the river first but quickly spotted my mistake. Now in the right location I tried a few areas with varying effort until I spotted the cache.T F T C Zork V.I was over in Bell Block this morning and decided to pick up the three fairly easy looking traditional caches I had not found in the area. Two I walked to and the third I drove and then walked to. All three caches were fairly easy finds along this enjoyable walkway.
Found with the two grandies after a little searching. A good one for kids to do. Tftc ( log a bit damp inside, but usable)
#12,951. I have been at a conference in New Plymouth over the weekend and it was time to head back home today. The plan was to stop along the way and pick up some caches if they were along the route south. But first I had to pick up a work colleague from a friends place out at Bell Block. This one took a few minutes to locate as it was not where the coordinates were pointing and it was not where the description indicated. But after reading some recent logs we checked in the flax bush and there was the container. Signed the logsheet and returned the cache as found. Thanks Zork V for hiding it here.
Lot of places to look around, but eventually found the cache. Nice find, log all good and signed here. TFTC.
I don't often get to visit the Taranaki, and even rarer is a visit to New Plymouth. But I had a reason to be here over the weekend, and even though that reason was not geocache related I still managed to sneak a few caches into my itinerary
This particular cache would help me with my '360deg from home' count on PGC, so I was keen to find it. I initially spent about 10 minutes searching through all the flax at the top of the bank, as that's pretty much where the posted co-ords were pointing to. But after having no luck with that, and the Hint having no further meaning to me, I took the advice of the cache page and followed the stones.
I actually found the cache out in the open on the grass. The lid was off and the contents had been spilled onto the ground. Luckily the log was still in the jar and had not suffered too much damage. I was able to sign it, pack everything back as it ought to be....but where was I going to replace the jar?
In the end, I have placed it in the heart of the flax at the end of the line of stones. I have photos of the hide location to give to the CO if wanted. Sorry if that's not where it's supposed to be, but it now matches both the cache page write up and the Hint, if not the co-ords (which are about 8-10m out from where the cache is)
Thanks for bringing me here today.

Took a detour from the coastal walkway to find this cache. A nice quick find.TFTC
pleased the rain has cleared so out cycling the coastal pathway. slight detour for this one. tftc
What a lovely rock caterpillar.
Not sure it was exactly where it was supposed to be or not but it was close enough for an easy find.
Thanks for putting this here

#12,804. Park, walk and grab on Parklands Avenue in Bell Block, New Plymouth. GZ was all quiet at the time of the visit. Followed the hungry rock caterpillar for a quick find. Great additional hints. The cache was in good condition. Although it was fairly damp inside, the waterproof log was doing its job well. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.
Favorite point added for the evocative fun for the little ones.
Thanks for the placement, and for bringing us to this site, and …

Was a good starting find for my team and I! Love enjoying the walk and getting out and about in nature
