Can't recall when I've had a geocaching day when everything has gone quite SO wrong. Was hoping for a nice straightforward find here but it was not to be today. Checked recent logs & 2 recent DNFs so maybe worth checking this one? Widened the search area & found an awesome hard as figurine on the other side of the road which made me think I'd struck gold, but no log book with it. Time to go home, I think!
Found with a fizzing young Langley277 who ended up relieving himself near by (number 2's... Sorry everyone). Didn't have a pen on us but took a photo to prove we found it, will upload later for proof! Thanks!
Thanks for hiding this really hard geocache i had to dig around a bit but I found it
Thanks Ellie.G
Thanks Ellie.G
Feel a bit daft not being able to find this one. Will have to try again another day. Clue was "hard as" - it was for us today.
We came into town to do some shopping at Rototuna, and to find a few caches while we are in the area. We made our second stop at Annabelle's 1st. We made a quick find at GZ, then spent a bit of time looking at the work going on nearby to create this new subdivision. Interesting how this road will only have houses on one side. Looks like a few more caching possibilities may be provided as the area developes. TFTC.
Wasn't sure about the clue but my workmate knew what it was. Quickly spotted. TFTC
Decided as the fog lifted this afternoon, it was time to go out and find some geocaches for the first time in a few weeks. so out for the walk we went. This was a nice quick find as we walked along the road watching the bulldozers moving dirt. I hadn't realised this road was here! Wonder when the first houses will be built....
Haha. Picked up the cache without realising it was the cache! Thanks Annabelle and macswain61
Finally we have found one! The owl on a tree support post close by was a good distraction when muffles came!
Another find for Steed out alone today. I was just thinking that he hadn't described Annabelle's clever camo to me, but I see a newbie below has spelt it out, so no surprises here! Spoiler alert! Don't read past logs if you don't want to know.
Tftc Annabelle! Nice wee hide, quickly spotted by our 9yr old geocacher. It appears to have come unstuck...could do with some glue
Nice work, Annabelle Thanks for placing this for all of us to find. It was nice and quiet along here today so we had time to hunt undisturbed. Tftc
Nice container here. Took a second or two to work out the hint and once that was done the cache was quickly found. Thanks for the hide.
1737 Called and found on the way home from work. Thanks Annabelle. Things appear to have come unstuck.
Came here the other day but there were muggles parked next to gz and just wouldn't go away so back today and no one around so able to make a nice quick find.

A quick little CITO for the few remaining caches that I have had not yet found about town. A very quiet area here today although I would hate to try to grab this cache when schools just getting out with all the soccer mums driving there SUV's
Managed a quick find here and pleased to see that the CO has taken it to do a little maintenance
thanks for the cache, thanks for the placement

This took a while, and a second examination of the correct spot before the find was made.
Haven't finished my dot days yet (4 left!!!) and already starting my next - I've decided to do the fizzy/well rounded slowly, but more focus on the Jasmer challenge.
Neat little hide! Quickly found in good order, in between vehicles... Thought it would be a little quiet up the road being a weekend but perhaps not. TFTC! #1265

Co-ords were spot on, saw a likely place, had a look, no good, placed back and widened search area, back to original item and looked closer, and there it was, the glue had come loose, carefully placed back
8.30pm - Interesting area in the dark but soon had this little cache logged. Keep putting out caches Annabelle. SLTFTC
With Gap (of Fap and Gap)... What else can you do In Rotorua for caching fun? We came to Hamilton to attend the monthly event... Now caching our way home.
It helped to keep saying the hint aloud... because it soon made sense when this one was found... TFTC.

Popped out this evening in the hope of keeping my current streak alive. Pulled up to GZ & on approach quickly eyed something up but discounted as my phone was telling me a few more metres. Once phone settled, I realised that my first instinct may have been correct. A quick check produced a small cricket playing bodyguard to a nicely created cache! Well done on the camo Annabelle! Another 2nd to find for me. SL. Then cursed myself (yet again) for not having a log roller! Managed to get it rolled nicely to fit back in the cache. Re-hid & headed off. TFTC!
{FTF} I was enjoying a quiet night at home when my wife yelled out that some new Geocaches had been published. They were close, really close but had been published for about half an hour before we had noticed. I quickly grabbed my head torch, phone and a pen and jumped in the car without much idea as to where I was going. This was second FTF of the evening. I pulled over, scanned the area, nothing jumped out so I checked the hint and re-scanned the area with an idea as to what I might find. Sure enough something caught my attention and Ta-Da there it was. A very nice 1st cache Annabelle. The coordinates were bang on as well. Future finders will need to be careful as the camo looks a little fragile.
