Well we went to see if works had stopped. No they have not. Looked all around for a sign. I think that one might be missing anyway. Put my head under the net and took a picture but wrong sign , I think.Perhaps disable for now.
Seeing as I am pretty new to this multi cache thing my dad and I had lots of trouble finding it
Found out the right number but just couldn’t find the cache “in plain sight” unfortunately. Was a bit too icky and muddy after the rain for me to really look I think

So daughter has been working down in Sydney for a while and she hasn't gotten a bit lonely. So what do we do..head to Sydney for a week, and definitely some caching.
Took a while to work out what we required, but with the info now in hand, calculations done and off to GZ.
Nice quick find.

It took a while before the light went on and we found the number, realising we had been looking at it all the time without seeing it.
After calculating where GZ should be, we got a bit stuck since there was nothing there that matched the hint. Having read some older logs, we adjusted the coordinates and investigated the whole structure, before finally finding the cache, where we had started to look at first.

#247 Nice spot here! I've often come through this greenway and so it was certainly time to grab the cache along it. The 2nd stage coord is a bit misleading but following the hint gave it away. TFTC
GPS was leading to the boundary fence but reading the logs, I widened the search. TFTC
The Western suburbs never fail to surprise me with parks and flora.
Another adventure with buddies, found with some difficulty.
Geo dog loved it.
Thanks rinsemesocks

Like others, we didn't latch onto the right sign initially but with that locked in, it was off to the calculated coords, trampling fallen debris and poking about in fence crevices, all to no avail. Reading old logs, we learned of the KRS numbers and once plugged in, we found what we were looking for. There was lots of water inside but the ritr log was easily dried for our inscriptions. Thanks rinsemesocks.
TFTC,
We had heard about a Gluten Free Bakery over this way and Nana was keen to try it out. So while heading there, we took the chance to log a few caches along the way. This also allowed us to meet the requirements of a personal challenge I have set myself to lift my finds on every calendar day to beyond 10. Not an easy thing to do when this was a day that I needed 6 finds.
Ran around in circles till I finally saw what was needed to move on to GZ.
Visited trackables.

This one took sometime to find the correct sign and understand what we were looking for. Once got the info, calculated, then we were off to GZ i tried one area, Wazza9 another, he soon had CHI, stamped log and returned. Thanks to CO.
Found It!
After finding the right sign and then the right numbers, I did the maths then wandered over to GZ and soon found the cache. The log book is a bit wet but still usable. A nice little park.

Coordinates were indeed a bit off as said in the comments. Definitely a sneaky place! TFTC

Used KRS’s adjustments and found I was sitting right next to it. Mozzies galore out today in the reserve. Thanks to whoever put the extra log in the cache- I was able to sign it. A short and sweet find and my last for the day. TFTC
After some searching and a false start with a huge downpour we found this one. great spot. would be scary at night though.
cache and log need replaced as others have noted, photo of log because i didn't want to open that damp rusty mess. cool spot though, took me way too long to find the numbers for waypoint
Oh man what a search. Coords are off, went through most resent hints and coords were wrong as well. Scroll down to the hint by K R S and you will find it very soon.
So many muggles went pass while I was staring at places and my phone, but luckily none when I found it

Log is completely drenched What a cool spot in the park - thanks for bringing me here! I made a rookie error and lost my only pen so I put a new piece of log paper to prove I was here.
Not near anything residential. Gz is man made and def sticks out. Coords about off. Log is soaked and needs replacing. Thanks for the cache.
Decided to find this cache in the dark, and almost instantly regretted it very spooky trail when it’s pitch black, but was an easy find once we got to the coordinates. Tftc! This cache does need some maintenance, as the logbook is soaking wet, we weren’t able to sign unfortunately
Found easy with Declanscott thanks to previous finder’s update:
Subtracting the number from 974
Adding the number to 159
Log is wet. Photo of log taken instead of signing

This cache had me pacing back and forth trying to figure out where the cache was. But after scrolling (very) far down the logs I found a post by ozjeeper with more accurate coordinates.
Subtracting the number from 974

And after thinking surely I was in the wrong spot, I had the CIH.

Nearby for work, I ducked past to grab this one and keep my streak rolling along.
A relatively easy collection of the appropriate info, but I got a GZ that seemed a little too tricky for the terrain rating.
Figured with the tree cover it could be off a touch, and so I investigated a couple of obvious nearby spots.
I was rewarded with the find shortly afterwards.
The log is fairly saturated, and could probably use a dry out.

I recommend parking on the road up from the corner. Cars speed around the corner so not too safe. Plus this park only has 3 parking spaces with one for disabled. Sign had me a little confused at first. Found it, studied it, scratched my head, had a thought which turned up the required numbers for coords and off I went. GPS sent me somewhere that had no metal so a scout around took me about 15m away where I secured CIH. Signed log and off I went to find my next GC. TFTC, was a nice multi.
Stopped on the way home with [@trodectus](http://coord.info/PR8JTE0) after visiting a friend nearby. Had a bit of trouble locating the correct sign and after a few back and forth trips, we located the required info and headed of to GZ. Once there, we saw a few possible hiding spots, but eventually settled on the right one just in time. Log signed and returned. TFTC
Found with [@coybear2000](http://coord.info/PR9547H). We were nearby and decided to make the detour and try for this one. We arrived at the listed co-ords and found a few signs. It took us a little time to work out exactly what was needed, but then we had co-ords for GZ. Our GPS wouldn't settle so we searched one area before moving on to the correct spot. Soon we had CIH, log signed and all replaced, and then we continued along the track as some people had stopped where we'd first looked and they seemed to have had a few too many. TFTC.
Quick find cords where a little bit off but as to be accepted due to the landscape at the gz. Tftc
This was my first attempt at a multi.
My GPS was struggling but after reading previous logs I trusted my instinct and found the right spot.

Just arrived in Sydney and found a nice motel nearby. In the evening we wanted to do some walking - so why not go out for Geocaching? This multi was solved easily, and we could find the small box. - TFTC
Down to Sydney overnight for the Tattoo (excellent) - and nipped out this morning for a little walk around the suburbs. This was my first stop today and what a lovely little place this is. A real gem in the inner west suburbs. No issues with the numbers, but like others found my GZ wasn't too close to anything the hint would like - but 20m or so to a side looked promising, and a nicely placed and camo'd container was quickly spotted there.
Thanks rinsemesocks for entertaining me at this location.

#1643 Fourth of nine finds this morning with Rieka to celebrate International Geocaching Day. Quick find after reading former logs as the cache was a little distance from GZ. TFTC
Number 3 for the day with Aussiewolves. This is a return after a no find, read some past finds and now found and logged. TFHC
It took a while to find the correct sign, even though I had checked it a few times, I missed the line in question several times. Then had the coords ready to go. Can't believe how much this one blends in, and only appears to an experienced caching eye. TFTC
After a bit of confusion I found the correct signage and the required value and, after a short stroll, had the cache in hand. I signed a new log kindly left by a previous finder as the official log is saturated.
Thanks for all the caches I have found today rinsemesocks.

GPS was jumping but looked further afield and soon CIH. Log was wet so replaced paper and put in plastic bag. TFTC
Apart from one of our group almost getting flatterned by a falling branch from gum tree we found the cache.

The cords a bit out but the magnetic clue led us to the right place - log book very wet.
rinsemesocks I found your cache Cadigal Reserve on 6/1/19, 2:23 pm. This is my find 2225 and find # 7 today. Took longer than it should of taken. GPSr all over the place but not many places it could of been placed. Thanks for the cache! TNSLLN

Had some free time today and thought I’d grab a multi. Nice and easy offsets are good for stats...

A quick multi to keep me busy this afternoon.
At first i was looking in the wrong location and thought i might have calculated wrong but a check of the photos gave me a clue as to where to look.
Thanks.

A nice little multi to get after a DNF nearby. Quick calculations and off to GZ. At first I was looking in wrong area then a photo helped me and I spied the catch. Quiet in the park this arvo. The bird houses in the trees had me thinking there initially! Nice park. TFTC
Found it
Quick straight forward multi, which led me to a final that I would never venture at night if i weren't geocaching!
Yeah! It is hidden at plain sight indeed!

What does one do with a crippled knee on a cool but sunny winter afternoon? Grab some crutches and go geocaching of course! This was our second cache of the day. We soon had their first needed and headed off towards GZ. Sandysa had the cache spotted before we even arrived! TFTC!
Nice walk in a sunny winter afternoon. A couple of caches made it even more enjoyable. Thanks for the cache!
GPS kept bouncing around once we solved the final coords, but deduced that the only place for a magnetised cache would be in this area. Found with little difficulty and we continued on our merry way! Found with ReverseG!
Got momentarily confused by the first waypoint but that got sorted quickly. Made our way to GZ, but found that the final pin was a bit off, but again we were sorted, finding ourselves a place that fit the cache hint, and looked like the most obvious place for the hide. Signed and put back, and we started our walk up the greenway.
Found with Foreignnebula!

Easy cache even though was confused for a bit at WP1 but got there in the end.TFTC
Without Jomingara this would have been a lost cause. It was all him. I couldn't decipher the cache description at all! Still not sure where the cache was at GZ. Thanks for the cache! Good fun.
Never bold enough to do a multi on my own -- that's where the guru comes in.
Made a bit of a meal of the hint, but we got there after not too long. This was my first time on the greenway, and I really enjoyed it. I can't wait for it to go all the way to Cooks River

Last cache for tonight, it had been a long day as we also drove up from Canberra and attended an event in the afternoon all in the same day as well as grabbing a bunch of caches here and there.
Coords were wayyyy out but I read a recent log with updated clues which worked perfectly and led me to the correct GZ.
An interesting reserve in the dark, would like to see what it is like during the day!
Thanks rinsemesocks

After finding the correct level, this one was quite easy. Lovely inner-city reserve close to where I have lived for many years - but knew nothing of its existence. Thanks for bringing me here.
Today we headed over to Leichhardt, taking advantage of the cheap Sunday $2.50 per head capped Opal Card fares, to take a walk along the Hawthorne Canal and hopefully collect some of the caches located along the route. Unfortunately the Tram (Light Rail) was out of action today so, after catching a train to Central Station, we had to catch a "rail replacement" bus to the Leichhardt North Tramstop where we were to start our walk. This was the 7th of 7 finds, plus 2 DNFs, for the day.
After finding "Pole cache" we continued following the canal pathway to this multi. Found the correct signage and located the required info on it, then did the maths and came up with some coord numbers. But we then noticed that the last finder (ozjeeper) had posted better offset numbers, so we used those instead. Entered the coords into the GPSr and headed off toward final GZ.
Arrived at final GZ and made a nice quick find. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. ozjeeper's offset numbers were spot on, so we would suggest the cache calculations be adjusted to their recommendation. TFTC rinsemesocks.

Thanks Rinsemesocks for getting us to visit this park and learn a little more about the Cadigal (also spelt Gadigal and Caddiegal) people. Thanks also to those volunteers who created this little park from the virgin bushland.
It was easy to find the numbers that we needed and to do the simple calculations but the location they lead you to is a long way away from where the cache is actually hidden. The hint pointed us to a more logical place where an easy find was made. Perhaps the calculation instructions need to be adjusted in the Cache Description to bring seekers to the correct location.

Not having any luck with the number hunt, yes I looked behind, above, under etc, I decided to have a time out and check out the reservation and nearby structure. In doing so I just happened to find the cache. What are the chances!! Anyway happy to get a smile on this one, maybe I will come back someday and find those numbers or maybe not . TFTC #386
Getting the coordinates was pretty easy (It's on the other side of the side of the sign) and the GPS was a bit off but it was an easy find since there isn't much other magnetic stuff on the area, signed the log and left. Good one for my first multi cache and a nice cache to do at night...
Nice cache! Got a bit confused at WP1 and coords were off by 17 m for WP2 but still found it. TFTC!
Out caching with ziggiau, good for nine finds today!
While looking for the GCA historic engineering marker we saw how this one could be done. And done it was! TFTC.

I stopped at this little park many weeks ago and easily found the sign with the required info. Like many others I spent much more time than I should have finding the required number, then the penny dropped.
No time left so I recorded the number and left for another day.
I was back this way for some caches a couple of weeks ago and stopped to search for the cache. I ran into a dog walker with his pack of hounds and was side tracked and wandered far away from the cache learning about the area. It's actually not such a small park at all, just an unusual shape.
Walking back I realised time was up so just had a quick look at things as I passed, and thought, that's probably where I'm supposed to be, how do I get there, not today.
Today I was in the Canterbury area for some caches and returned this way. This time it was a very quick park and grab.
Signed the log and visited some TBs.

On a late Sunday afternoon pre-Queen's Birthday leg stretch in the Petersham area. Nice little park and good use of the storm water easement for the light rail. Also nice work around GZ by the local kids. SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
Arrived at this little pocket of park in the early afternoon and was glad of the nearby 2hr parking restrictions that allowed me to park the geomobile nearby. Found the information but I could hear that there was another person scratching around nearby, but I couldn't work out what degree of muggle they were. Made the quick calculations and set off. Somehow I thought this area was going to be larger, but that made for a reasonably quick find. I decided to explore a little further and found that the muggle was taking seed and plant samples, I wonder what for? And further on I was able to walk under the train bridges and get a better look at the whipple truss bridge that once served Sydney commuters in the late 1800s. Thanks rinsemesocks.
Found coords nice and easy. Then set along the path. Went a bit too far then came back and spotted the gz immediately. Tftc
I found the number ok. Then I searched around for the cache. Spent a good 5 or so minutes. Couldn't find it. Then I read the logs and one gave an alternate formula. I found it in less than a minute after that.

Hmmm, decisions, decisions...
With the Geowife's birthday AND a milestone coming up, I asked myself how many today and what will the milestone be?
Noticed three caches out this way - only when here did I notice the multi, whose icon blended in with the GC.com map - so decided to head out this way.
Found all four caches here, pretty much predetermining my milestone on Thursday - hope I can get to it, though.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Walked here from my last find.
Went to the right sign first up and missed the required info - so checked the other signs. Hmmm. Quickly realised my mistake, looked carefully, and then did my calcs.
Walked to GZ - as other mentioned (as I read later) the fence - while a much more interesting spot was a short distance away. Convinced the fence wasn't it and after reading the logs I tried **Kid Ron Satan's** adjustment. Spot on - CIH!
Really should have checked it anyway.
Completed signing duties then had a bit of a wander before heading back to *The Hademobile*.

Second stage coordinates took AF BEE and me to someone's fence. If you ignore that, and use the hint, you will find the hide without too much trouble. We also found a fat kookaburra who seems unfazed by our tromping around the area. Left AUS today for USA and found a cache there as well.. 9,080 miles between caches on the same day. Thanks for placing this quick multi.
OCW GeoWench78 just after sunrise and before our flight home...the first of 2 cache finds "today"...April 5th with a 9080 mile separation...the other is in Illinois...TFTC!
