On a day's drive from Arakoon to Crescent Head, we called in here for the cache. It was in the logical place but not really hidden. Thanks for the hide.
Full time Nomads, travelling around Australia since 2014. Staying in Kempsey only 2 nights, today was planned around finishing the Monopoly series and visiting Smithtown, Gladstone and Crescent Head.Managed to grab a yummy pie and sausage roll at Crusty's bakery in Gladstone. Didnt try the cakes but they also looked yummy. Weather was kind to us today. [^]TFTC Jasclo

Day two of our girls caching weekend road trip to Kempsey to attack the Slim Dusty GeoArt. The amusing thing is we still hadn't attempted one by the time it was to head home again! Willis007 and I really enjoy the places we find while caching and always make time for an AL, Wherigo, Virtual or interesting multi. This was a quick find. Thankyou
Making our way to Crecent Head for the next stage on the Adventure Lab, so we might as well grab these along the way. A reasonably quiet road.

A big day Geocaching only one DNF so far, Thanks for the trail Jasclo [8d] Quick find
Hi there Jasclo.
We found your cache **"Gladstone to Crescent Head Trail #6"** at 2:35:00 PM today. (This makes our total find count 17571).
Our plan for the day was to complete a circuit down to Crescent Head and back to Kempsey via Gladstone (the NSW one). Our trail took us down some bush tracks, up on cliffs where there was a fantastic view, and back along a winding river trail.
We had a most enjoyable day & found 31 caches in a variety of container types and sizes (& DNF'd 2). Thank you for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places to visit on our nomadic wander around Australia.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny

We are loving the weather around here at the moment. Lots of beautifully warm days just made for caching. Lots of lovely CO's too who have put out some great hides and great series for us to find.
It's interesting watching the elegant white cattle birds. We don't have anything like them back home in Gippsland.

We had hope that this series would be a fun one, but starting at the northern end meant we met with disappointment near the beginning. The later ones were OK but some still needed attention. We were grateful for this hints in some cases as the caches were sometimes metres away from where the GPS co-ords took us, so the hint was of value in getting us to the right place. Of the 15 caches in the series we found only 11 and we simply gave up on a couple as not being worth the effort, as they appeared to be gone and had not been found for a long while. Thanks to Jascio for the good ones in the series.
Lovely road and QEF. Here with HennyGeo on holidays in exotic Australia from Vancouver Island, B.C., Canada TFTC
Yay another find after the DNF at the last one.
