Took a bit to find. Like others said a wee bit creepy. Saw a couple of koala's when driving up and down the road
We saw a couple of koalas on the road here. First time for Nanzie to see them and she spotted them first. Cache was tricky and a little creepy. Thanks McWillid#15135
BTPCN on our trip to join our other caching friends in Adelaide for the Event. This was a very creepy and scary cache to do.Thanks McWillid

We have got way behind in our logging and are trying to catch up and get our caching in order.Life has been pretty hectic this year, and a lot of it has gotten in the way of efficient logging of finds. We want to thank all the cache owners for providing us with various caches around our countryside and in our cities. We apologise for the generic logs. We must do this to get through the backlog.Unless otherwise specified, all the caches we found were in good order.Thank you, McWillid, for this Traditional cache.
After six weeks of travelling around in my van, I have to say I am a little reluctant to drive up random dirt roads, as I have come across so many ruined or closed roads. I am so glad I came up this way! The road is in perfect condition. Not only did I get a bit if exercise in, but saw a koala near the car park.
The cache was located at the exact GPS. I think it looks a little different from when the cache was first placed. Thanks for taking me here.

Beautiful walk and beautiful view.
We used the electricity poles as reference points and walked into the bush a little bit further than twenty feet to finally find the creepy cache staring at us.

No luck today getting through the bush with young kids but we’ll worth the view
Walked out way up the hill and through the bush to find this guy relatively easy. Although container was on the ground and the log was soaking. Lovely views at the top
Found in the last minutes of daylight on the afternoon before lockdown #4 on my way home from the coast. It also began to bucket down rain so there was no time to attempt any repairs to the cache. The log was sopping wet so I couldn’t write on it. I took a photo of the soggy log instead. TFTC
Drove in with the family to see some koalas, and there was one right at the junction so I walked up to this cache leaving them watching the koala. Not the easiest one to fine, then it was staring me in the face, a little bit scary, but ok to find in the end. Signed the log and walked back down. Great view from near here too. Thanks for the cache.
Found the babe. Wasn't sure how to get into it to find the log without decapitation. So took a photo instead. Creepy.
A short weekend getaway to this beautiful and familiar area to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary.
A nice walk up the hill to burn off some calories before we stop at Wye River Hotel for lunch.
A bit of a search, mainly as LeeLee was being ewh about potential leeches. (past experience)
One at GZ cache was easily found with a little chuckle. Replaced log and dried out the bag best we could. All good to keep logging.
TFTC and lovely view

Found, coordinates good, log needs to be replaced as water damage. Beautiful view, would never have come here otherwise. Thanks a bunch
Best cache ever! Logbook wet impossible to log, but i took some beautiful pictures
Wow that was interesting. Coordinates are smack on. Good location I've never seen grey river from that vantage point
We relived some childhood memories coming down here for camping as kids - though it seems the ocean hasn't gotten any warmer... We went koala spotting up the Grey River Road and couldn't resist going a little further to grab this cache. A neat little view at the top and then into the bushes for a search until we spotted something out of the ordinary. Felt a little macabre getting to the log, but appreciated the sense of humour! TFTC
Found it quicker than expected parked at closest point on Grey River Road easy walk in
We arrived at Kennett River early afternoon and decided to buy lunch from the General Store which we we able to eat outside while enjoying the mild weather. It was difficult getting into and out of the store as the shop's "Meet & Greet" representative insisted on getting lots of pats and when "googly eyes" implore you to keep patting . . well it would take a tougher soul then me not to comply! (I think trying to get past the "M&G" took longer than buying and eating our lunch!)
Anyway, after lunch we *bid adieu* to the "Meet & Greet" headed up to the gate before walking up the hill to the GZ. Yep, it's certainly a "Babe in the Woods" and certainly, er, *blends in well with the surroundings!* I reckon I'll add it to my list of favourites because it's just, well, *odd!*

Quite a few prickly bushes to get to this one, or did I just walk the wrong way, anyway, Wetjala got there before me as he does and found the unusual cache container which made us laugh. A favourite from me for the container.

Travelling along the Great Ocean Road. Stunning landscapes, beautiful beaches and cliffs, lovely wildlife, good food... and, of course, some nice caches.
This cache hadn't been visited for quite a while, no idea why. It's a good cache. We walked up the track - closed for unauthorized vehicles, no problem on foot - and searched around GZ for some minutes. All of a sudden, Mrs Bear spotted the cache just in front of her.
We changed the soaked logsheet. All good.

Found It......While down in the area chasing a FTF we continued westward. After parking the GeoTruck MrH_3 set off up the hill to GZ and started to search but with the GPS going around in circles it was a while before i spotted the spooky hide. So with the log signed we continued our journey homeward. Thanks McWillid for the cache (sorry for the late log just realised while planing another trip down there)
Looked like we were supposed to go up an unauthorised track so didn’t get very far.
AusFox; was keen for a trip along the Great Ocean Road today and with it being a beautiful day I was please to be invited along for the ride. This one took a bit of getting to. Initially we were not sure we were driving the right way with tourists feeding the wildlife and neither the tourists or the wildlife wanted to move out of the way. Eventually we were at the parking coordinates and heading up to GZ on foot. At GZ the GPS was bouncing around a little bit causing us some grief and making it harder to pinpoint an spot to search. Eventually I managed to spot our prize and sign our names in the book.
Thank you McWillid for the hide

It was a beautiful sunny winters day, so Simsfamily and went fora drive along the Great Ocean Road to grab a few caches.
At first i thought i was driving up a foot path as the tourists were oblivious of cars, photographing Parrots and ducks.
We made our way to GZ where we spent a little time searching around. SimsFamily eventually called out "got it"
Log signed and replaced as found.
Thanks for the cache McWillid

Our last full day in Oz so decided to take a trip down The Great Ocean Road - picked up a few caches on the way.
We came up the road in search of Koala as there were none down by the cafe area - we were not disappointed as while we were walking in search of this cache having parked - we spotted one - so a bonus for us
The cache took a little longer to find and was much further in than we expected.
log signed and 'container' replaced

Logbook completely soaked and unusable. Had spare notebook in my car so chopped some up and have put it in the cache. Hopefully lasts a little while.
Today we drove from Lorne to Apollo Bay and pick up some caches on our way over there. What a lovely way to enjoy the GOR and geocache at the same time! All caches were found easily…, thansk for hiding!
Went up the steep hill to find the cache after a while. Logbook is sooked en needs to be replaced...

We found this cache whilst out and about with Monch's Mob and BackPAQer. Hahahaha - I loved this one. Thanks for the cheeky hide!
Great views from up here. I picked the right way up. The others had maps that looked like there was another way up. But there's only one way and that is through all the tourists feeding the birds. Any cache that makes me laugh gets a fave point
Suscoe's first find of today.
Made the trip up the hill.
Made our mark in the log book.
On our way, dodged the tourists on the Grey Rover Road on the way down.
Thanks to McWillid for this placement, a good view too.

I needed a NYE cache so headed up here from Lorne.
The backpackers sound asleep just after daybreak where well away from my find.
I did make harder work from this than needed.
Got there in the end.
Dropped a TB

Headed up the road, dodging ducks and parrots being fed on the entrance. Found the waypoint and discovered it was quite a climb up the track to the power lines. Then headed off into the darkness to find a distressed babe, all alone, and a bit wet. Provided some reassurance before leaving her to admire the beautiful views. TFTC
Day 2 of our road trip around Lake Elizabeth and Lorne area. Of course collecting a few cache along the way. Many quick drivebys, some rock clambering with the kids. Fingers crossed for a nice sunset, looks 50/50 at this stage. TFTC everyone. Has been a fun day.
Found today on a drive through the area. Awesome views and a very unique hide. We did have a giggle. Tftc.
While holidaying in Apollo bay and annabella 02 had some days took me geoing around found quite a few had to do this one sounded interesting it sure was haven't seen one this before great
Making the most of the late autumn sunny day we cruised down to one of our favourite places in Australia to pick up some caches strewn along The Great Ocean Road still to be found. We found the baby lost in the bush after enjoying the views on the way up. Thanks McWillid for the adventure this afternoon.
While enjoying our annual holiday to Kennett river we took a drive to check this one out. Left MrX down the bottom and mr & took the trek up. Wonderful view and even manage a photo without the power lines. Needed to bush it for the last little bit and stopped, turned round to check on mr& and saw it straight away. Cute. Thanks for bringing us here
Staying at the Pisces Caravan Park in Apollo bay and was lucky to be allocated one of best van sites at the park.
Great views of the bay close to the playground not that I used that feature, also close to the toilets and the very well equipped BBQ and kitchen area.
Today we travelled up to Lorne and called into Kennet River and eventually found the correct road to take us out in the bush to locate this well thought out hide that is well off the beaten track.
We parked at the bottom and trudged up that steep hill and if you do the same keep a watch on the track and if you see some animal droppings look up as there Koala's in the area.
After a short search the cache was spotted and the log is a little damp but all OK until the CO is in the area and then it may require replacing but no rush.
Thanks McWillid for showing us an area that we have been past before but not up this hill.

That is a... interesting cache. Babe welcomed us warmly after a little search, although at first we thought it is a little creepy. LOL. Worth it! Never seen one like this before. Thank you very much! Many greetings from Germany!
Team Autumn out today on the hunt for caches while on holidays at Apollo bay. Effort in the cold blustery day. TFTC.
Day four of my travels, heading to Anglesea for the event from Warrnambool, collecting a few caches along the way to break my journey. I wasn't sure what to expect for this one, but the end result was one of the options I thought of. When I found it, the head had quite a bit of water in it, but the log was safe in its plastic bag.
My thanks to McWillid for the cache.

Haha not what we were expecting, a little spooky to come across this in the bush. Tftc
Along with sassieold55 and sparrow60 we walked up the hill to fantastic views. What can I say about this cache, except it was not what I expected, We too thought it was hilarious and so wrong but heh this is geocaching and this is what makes it fun.TFTC and a fav point.
I walked up here last year from the camping ground. Good that there is now a cache. Koalas, views and the coastal forest. TFTC
Our FTF... We're the Fifth to Find, the closest we've ever been to a first!
This cache is hilarious and wrong.
Thanks for taking us on a nice walk up the hill. Lots of wind this afternoon, koalas and a beautiful view

This cache is well suited for a jogging round after a day at the beach. In the warm light of the sunset I went from the campground up to GZ. I found the babe in the woods... surprised that I am second to find it!
Indeed this is also a nice area to spot animals: a kangaroo hopped through my way and a koala laughed at me from the treetops. Just the parrots are spoiled to stick with the tourists at the campground.
Thank you for the cache and greetings from Switzerland!

So happy to be first one to log! I saw koalas on my way here and a kangaroo just 30m away from cache.
