### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there 88andy88,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).

Knot looking good but i will try get there and see if there is any chance of survival....
Knot happy Jan! I think this one is knot here anymore having been fried to a crisp in the recent fuel reduction burns.
Well this one was a joy, what a lovely tree. And at night I think it would be very frightening. It had a luminous green moss on it that I’ve never seen before. Not that bright anywayUnless it has had a little help.
I trekked through the bush from the easy side I think and found my way into the forest ..
I headed for one likely tree, but it wasn’t the right one. On approaching the correct tree I found the container lying out in the open.
It’s very annoying when people can’t put things back the way they found it unless of course these were muggles.
I love the container.
Wish I had a painted rock left to place in here.

Based on the name I was looking for a different type of cache, but was pleasantly surprised by the camo, very cool! The walk was very tranquil. That’s a favourite point from me…TFTC
Hahaha I spotted it and fortunately my daughter was the one to open it let’s just say there she had a seriously loud reaction.
We parked on Wellington Rd and walked here, just a few hundred meters from ha it rained and I ran back to the car to get my raincoat and by the time I got back here it was sunny. Grrr melbourne!!

Even an earthquake today couldn't stop me from finding a cache! I'm glad I was able to get here on the way home from work. It was the classic bush bash/ long grass stomp in and use the path back out. Although, there have been many trees fall down over the path so it's not the most useful path in the world haha! Although it made for very beautiful photos as the sun was getting lower in the sky.
Having read some of the logs I was fairly certain I knew what would be at GZ but it didn't stop me from being cautious Loved this cache, thanks for the hide!

A quick walk in the park for my exercise and one cache.
Very nicely done, bit mushy underfoot through the bush.

While the race that stops the nation was on this geofamily decided to head to Lysterfield for some caching. What a lovely day to stroll through this park. I don't think we've been to this section of Lysterfield Park before so it was a treat. We were walking along the track and the little geokid decided to take a little detours. He yelled out for Mum and Dad to come over to see what he had found. So I went over to check it our first. He had spotted an echidna sleeping. The rest of the gang came over to have a look too. Wow, that made our day!
When we arrived at GZ, we're tried hard to find something that did not belong. I eventually spotted it. Log signed and replaced as it.

Headed over to Lysterfield Lake Park for our walk and to pick up a few caches. This was the last cache before heading back to the car. Once at GZ the GPS was initially taking us round in circles but it was Mr Pooky who went the right way and spotted something that did not look quite right and bingo he soon had the cache in hand. Very well camouflaged. TFTC and bringing us to this spot. TNLN.
Found with wife & Bub a grub TFTF. Left a path tag here for the next lucky person.
With Knight_shift, we were getting a bit weary after our walk, but this one beckoned before heading for home.
Although a tree had fallen across the track, it was easy to walk around it and continue on our way. Arriving at GZ, I made a quick find as, under torchlight, something glinted at me. Very impressed with your work Andy, and a fav point well deserved. Thanks for the adventure.

After finding a few other caches in this part of the park this morning, made my way to this one. Spotted a likely candidate for the hide from the main track and this hunch proved to be correct. Again, very nice work on the camo. In good condition. The resident kookaburras had a good laugh as I walked back to the car.
Interesting walk into this cache from the recycling centre on the east side. Didn't have long so could only grab one cache today. GPS'r led me directly to GZ where I spotted this well camouflaged cache but didn't spot the welcoming committee. Once the brain clicked, the heart spasmed and the fingers freaked out dropping the cache, as the legs danced a jig away from GZ. After the heart restarted and settled back into rhythm and I got back control of the limbs, I took a proper look at the cache and reengaged my bravado. Now why is it when you get a fright and loose all control in the middle of nowhere out of sight of every one, you still look over your shoulder to make sure no one was watching. Just let me sign the log and leave this place. TNLNSL. TFTC. Kkams
Thanks 88andy88 terrific camo gets a favourite. I did think it was real for a moment.
Had intended to do a walk at Gembrook until discovered it was closed due to a recent fire change of plan to Lysterfield. Never tire of this walk. Cheers.

Early morning walk along the Lysterfield tracks before very hot in the afternoon. Scary for me but cool cache. Thanks 88andy88 for placing the spooky cache..
Nice camo very clever hide which I was pleased to find.
After completing a couple of nearby caches I decided to make my way down to this one. The winding track is a pleasant walk and before long I was nearing GZ but it seemed there was a plot with the spiders to build webs to block my access. It seemed there were webs between every tree. After a couple of failed approaches I soon found a tott which would serve for making access, okay so it was a stick. I soon cleared a path through to GZ and began the search. It seems the area or the night is not being kind for GPS directions as it would send me one way then back to where I started then 10 meters another direction. So time to activate the geo senses. Shining the torch I soon found a likely location and found what I was looking for. I did wonder if this was more obvious under the torch light. I guess I will have to come back during the day to find out.
Nice hide and great camo.
Thanks 88andy88 for the cache.
Found at 9:16 pm on 15/1/19.

Out this way with Happy pants and omegaman1971 with our bikes, collecting the last of this NHL puzzle series. Took the opportunity to also grab anything else we came across, along the way. There was heaps of muggles and wildlife about, along the trails. We had no DNF's and made some good discoveries and clever hides during the day. We had some fun and laughs along the way, then even ended the day, with a bit of drama.
Another of those clever hides, but it didn't take us too long.
Thanks 88andy88 for placing the cache for us to find and doing the maintenance to keep it in play.

And here I was worried about snakes. There has been so much talk about them lately, so we armed ourselves with long sticks, banging the ground in front of us as we slowly made our way to GZ. Steve found your brilliant camouflaged cache and then let out a little yell and did a very impressive backward high jump. Turning to see what had given him the fright, I saw my worst nightmare. So yes, 88andy88, it was frightening enough and also so much fun. Thanks so much and a favourite from us.
Or for an early morning walk to het some OHC caches. We had an idea what we were looking for. Great hide. Every stick looked like a snake here this morning.
Found with [@geo_wife](http://coord.info/PRPJ9T7), we made a quick find of this cache. Unfortunately we found the cache on the ground but were able to replace it to the right spot. Thanks for the cache.
Not very frightening today with an exambo to lead the way but nice hide all the same. well made and should stand the test of time.
thanks for the cache 88andy88, a fav point for the hide.

Out and about with Mr The Swaggies for the day working on the NHL series. Picked this one up on our return. Nice piece of art here.. Thanks for the cache 88andy88
A little scary to reach through the terrain, thinking about what could be lurking here. And we don’t care what anyone says...winter only makes them slower...they don’t disappear.
The cache was pretty incredible! Brilliantly constructed and a great surprise. Thank you 88andy88! Definitely frightening enough for us.

Out on a morning cache hunt, picking up a few NHL mysteries and having a great time in this beautiful park. Found this great hide - what a fantastic creation, well done 88andy88, a massive favourite from me! TFTC!
I'd found several caches nearby quite some time ago, but was too tired at the time to make the detour to this one.
So back in the area, I made my way here. The GPS was pointing at nothing in particular, so I began searching but wasn't sure how to interpret the hint. One thing caught my eye but there was no cache there. Once the GPS settled I explored said thing a little better and then I spotted it - ahh that makes sense! The construction and camouflage is too good, and of course there's the bonus fright element.
Thank you!

Apologies for the late log. My family were away on a trip to New Zealand so I planned a few evening excursions to cache after work. Very enjoyable but backing up day after day was starting to catch up on me! I had the bike on the car and headed here straight from work in Frankston. The plan tonight was a second batch of the NHL puzzles and some others along the way. This was a traditional cache that I made a small diversion to as I headed back to the car. A quick find and just in time before it got dark here. My final one of eleven finds on a very pleasant evening to be riding my bike around this park. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache 88andy88.
Whizzed down the track to grab this cache, startling a wallaby in the process. At the GZ it was a quick search and easy retrieval for dad while teen proceeded to get sap all over his hands. SL, TNLN, TFTC
Out on a great day for a walk in the bush with a kangaroo or two and
maybe a cache as well. Thanks 88andy88 FTC. Another great bush
cache well done and done well. Fav added.

Side tour off our planned loop to duck over for this one. A little nervous for snakes or falling trees on this very windy and sunny day but we were ok. Wasted a bit of time at the wrong tree and some local kangaroos but once we saw the right one we knew it had to be it. I was very brave and survived the critters, maybe because I had the geokids with me. Gotta put on a brave face for them
A clever hide, thanks! Our third for the day while out for a hike through the park. TNLNSL.
This one was the first for this wet soggy day. The instructions were clear.....after I found it, but thats nothing unusual for me. I went through the long grass, just because GPS said I should but turns out - it lied....again nothing unusual. I came away from this one the right dry way but thoroughly soaked from hips to ankles from getting in there - lucky I had waterproof shoes! Knot spooky at all in the day and well done camo. TFTC
I was back in the area today in an area I haven't walked much as this area is huge and there is so many trails. No one was around today and I followed the trail as much as i could til i went off track to find this cache. This one could take a while to find bit thankfully took me only a minute. Nicely hidden. Stamped and returned as found.
Thanks for this traditional cache 88 andy

Thought we find some more caches around Lysterfield. Sun is out and the birds are chirping ... perfect weather. Was a lovely walk around here, and the kids enjoyed sitting on the rocks admiring the view and sunshine... Even saw some Black Rock Lizards (so the park ranger told who happened to pull up as we were admiring them).
Awesome find

It wasn't at night...but I was alone with the exception of giant kangaroos! A short walk from the grave of bed bugs and a keen eye needed. tftc
Out with buddyclub to pick up the last of the NHL series and decided to grab the nearby trads as well. Gz was obvious after just grabbing Fright Dead Tree but approached with apprehension. No scare this time though but very glad we weren't doing this in the dark! Tftc
Back to finish the NHL series today with CashewMinx and thought we would grab these nearby ones too. Absolutely beautiful day for it and didn't encounter another person which made for ideal hunting conditions Gz was obvious after the last fright tree and again very fitting. Clever hide but thankful we weren't out here at nighttime! Cheers for the cache
This was my second for the day. I raced on ahead of my walking group, and when they arrived, I couldn't resist showing them how clever and inventive some people are. Maybe they will now take up caching for themselves? Very satisfying - and thank you...
Again another nicely done cache from the CO that we stumbled on today while grabbing a few caches in the area. Worth a fave for the effort, nice work again 88andy88. Thanks for bringing us to this area.
Love these caches! Great way of hiding them. Followed gestural in, pretty easy find. Keep forgetting to bring a pen. Left a marble, took nothing.
With a 3am start at the Geelong 2017 Flash Mob Simsfamily, No worries and Nevile Devil decided to continue on with visits to Werribee, Melbourne Art Centre, FairField, Lysterfield, Cranbourne and every corner of Casey just to have fun with Great company and a few laughs along the way.
Enjoyed the walk around the park discovering the great hides. Especially this which has seen a lot of effort go into it.

What an interesting night we've had this was the last for us tonight brought out 2 newbies no better way show them what its all about. Really liked the creativity with this cache earned a favorite point from us tftc
Fav find for the day. Scared the pants off me! It was even day time and I was still scared haha. Tftc
Due to a mistype when creating my map, the loop I had created was abandoned. That meant that I wasn't passing by this cache, however I couldn't leave the area without getting the last of the caches in the Lysterfield North area. As such, after seeing the car, had to start the loop again and walked to get this cache.
Great GPS co-ordinates and following a path, soon found the well hidden container. Could see how it might be scary finding this one at night.
3 hours caching this morning, 13,500 steps, over 10km walked and this being the last of 14 caches found.
Thanks for the cache 88andy88

Out with Quiet1_au finding puzzle caches in the park today we decided to find this on the way back to our car. I initially missed this and walked past. Q spotted it as he inspected things at Gz more closely. Nice work. A fav. Thanks 88andy88

Out for a Good Friday caching run with G' of GJMMelb we headed for this one on the way back to the car. At GZ something immediately caught my eye as being not quite right - sure enough it was a crafty cache hide. Dropped off a travelbug as this was the first traditional we had attempted today - it was a bit of a squeeze to get the lid on but it was eventually clipped down tight. TFTC
Oh my God - I'm still chuckling as I write this. I can't believe how freaked out I was by this cache construction. Totally fooled me. More fool The Rustys as she knew enough not to be taken in but it seems my screams were contagious cos she started too. O how we swore and then laughed. A fave for the whole experience!
If only you had been there!!!!! You would have wet your pants. Let's just say that your cache had the desired effect and there have probably been many police reports detailing the blood curdling screams of two women from within the Lysterfield area. No doubt the crime scene investigators are doing a line search through there as I write this.
It was ridiculous because, having found Fright Dead Tree just last week, I knew what to expect. I saw the frightening things as Hera handled the cache. I knew they were fake and I laughed. "What?" Hera asked. I pointed them out. She looked like she had an electrical current zapping through her body and she let out a long ripping scream. Her reaction scared the bejezus out of me and I started screaming in fright too. It was like a chain reaction but it was so ridiculous that it was funny. Hera let out lots of colourful words...she told Jesus Christ all about it. Once we laughed our heads off at our reaction we signed the log...I think...did we even sign the log, Hera? A definite fave point here. Nice one 88
Managed to get to this one cross country with a bit of bushwalking knowledge. Another well-crafted cache from 88andy88.
This was another find today one for a big day of geocaching with the goal to get some new d/t's for my 1st loop. This time I was accompanied by Bendsinister as he needed some assistance with some tree climbs, we ended up unintentionally caching for twelve hours and were extremely buggered after it haha. Now off to clear out this little section after doing mini max. For some reason at this pointed I started to feel a little queezy and my caching speed to a bit of a hit at this point haha but that did stop me. Thanks for the cache and the little adventure in this reserve.

Today I was out with Biggles Bear for our monthly caching expedition, this time tackling the NHL series on foot. It was a perfect day for a walk of this length - cool and slightly overcast most of the time. I really loved the camouflage on this one. Great job. It's a favourite from me!
My thanks to 88andy88 for the cache.

I was out in the area enjoying the sunshine and looking for a few caches along the way. This one hadn't actually been on the radar but as I was going so close to it I diverted down the track to head towards GZ. I took the off road approach near GZ, which was probably not the best when I saw the track near by... d'oh. I scared a wallaby that was eating nearby, so I guess I was quite frightening! I located the hide quickly and I will confess to a quick jump as I retrieved the cache... nice one 88andy88! TFTC!

Found at 10:30pm. As I walked in, all was quiet, except for the occasional restless roo.
The moon, nearly full, was behind clouds, casting a diffuse light over the scene. Didn't have to use a torch very much. Walked along the tracks till almost at the cache, then started the timer when I was within 10m. Initially identified the right place but my GPS tried to take me a few metres away, so I followed it, pushing through spiky vegetation. Quickly realised my mistake and headed back and I saw what very soon revealed itself to be the cache. Very nice camouflage, though there was something about it that caught the eye immediately.
My timer showed just under 2 minutes, most of that time was looking in completely the wrong place.
Returned via vague bike tracks through the grass. Thanks for the cache.

Spiffy- and I were collecting caches in the area and this had been on my list for a while. It was decided bikes were the best option on this hottest day of our short spring so far which I really felt going up some of the hills in granny gear while Spiffy- made a good sales pitch for his electric stealth bomber took him up in sweatless comfort. He still couldn't avoid the puddles though. Former caching champ Isthisit? Joined us for the ride n find too which made for a great afternoon out. Cache found neatly tucked away in good condition. Great cammo. Fav given. Thanks Muzza for the cache.
Out gathering NHL puzzles we stopped by this one. I started solving these puzzles as soon as they were published but it took until last week to finally finish them after spending a bit of time on some of them picking them up and putting them down again while they taunted me sitting on my desk at work.
Today was a beautiful day so I squeezed the Stealth Bomber into the back of the hatchback and met up with Fleabag- and our old caching buddy isthisit? for a ride (well mostly just sitting for me) around the park. We parked on the main Wellington Road entrance and headed off from there. Surpisingly few muggles today considering the great weather. We managed to gather every one of the caches except for the final plus a couple of trads along the way in just under 3 hours today with a couple taking a couple of minutes to find but the hints helped make most finds nice and easy.
Fleabag- had a look around here and initially missed it but luckily my eagle eye (which is usually a blind eye) spotted it. Nice camo.
Thanks 88andy88 for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Having done the two caches in this park closest to Wellington Rd, today I took the opportunity to pick up the next two on my way home from work. Finding the other "fright" cache in the park first, I headed off across the slopes to this one. Relying on my compass, astoundingly great knowledge of terrain, exceptional navigation skills and the fact that work clothes are stronger than any of Australia's native vegetation.... I was sure I'd find it in no time.
Well... I couldn't have been more wrong. I ended up walking through mud, fighting against the shrubs towards GZ... only to find myself on the wrong side of a very dense section of vegetation. I (finally) made the smart decision to go around it, and once near GZ, had an easy find. Nice hide!
Then I realised that I'd taken much longer than I'd expected and was running late. I had two options to return to the car: A) the way I'd come - through the bush, or B) the smart way - along the track that passes within 20m of GZ. Option B was longer by distance, but given I'm a bit of a runner... I correctly guessed it would be the quicker option.
Thanks for the cache, but for so much more than the cache. This has to be one of my most memorable finds so far - it gains a well-deserved favourite point!

Fantastic cache. Very clever hide. Gave Geomum a little fright upon opening it which is always funny for the rest of the Geofamily! TFTC
Having found the other one nearby I figured what the heck may as well go check this one out, again another nicely constructed cache from the CO. thanks.
It did not take too long to find the cache - this was nicely constructed and fitted in well with the surroundings. TFTC
It's always nice to see attention to detail when caches are hidden.
