We are in Horsham for a long weekend away. Having never cached in this area, it is going to help us with a number of challenges. The hardest being GCA0HZW, where you need 20 geocaches in each Victorian LGA. We should get that in Horsham, probably not in the West Wimmera, Hindmarsh, and Yarriambiack LGAs that we will all be also visiting. While Huntress went off on a long pre-Parkrun run, I went geocaching in this area. Nice quick find at 7.15 am in the obvious place. Thanks for the cache, KH2ici.Hunter
Thanks for the hide. This one was a nice and easy one great for the younger kiddos
Find 5277 on September 28, 2024 Found while on a family holiday. Today was a rest day in Horsham and surrounding districts picking up a few caches here and there.Found with LittleFergzter in tow. A nice quick grab on this nice evening. All is well with the cache. TFTC KH2ici
Staying at Horsham for 3 nights at Riverside cp. Loved exploring and find caches. TFTC
A quick find in a lovely location, really enjoying our walk beside the river. TFTC
I only found one, and I was happy with that. I lovely place to walk. Thanks KH2ici
Enjoying the walk with our geo dogs. This cache was fairly easy to locate - signed and away to the next one. Thanks KH2ici.
Nice and easy find whilst waiting for our son to finish a motorcycle check rideTftcPete and Jodie
Found the cache container on the ground and very squashed. Was able to extract the log to sign and replace in the container. Have placed the cache to adhere to the road safety theme. TFTC
Container is in need a replacing, thanks for the hide! Found with danielandrew
Nice easy find just off the path along the river. My fellow catchers must have cleared away all the webs on it as it was found today with no incy wincy coverings. Thanks fellow catchers
A quick find with frmen1. There were 2 containers. Had to be stealthy due to heavy muggle infestation lol TFTC
Another quick drive-by cache with naughtybunny on our road trip to the Grampians. Now it was time to head back home. Boo. We decided to spend a little time in Horsham looking for caches. The cache was found quickly but then we saw another. OK. We logged the older one which would have been the original albeit a little squashed. TNLN. Cheers.
Enjoyed a quick stroll along the river - well done Horsham for making it a pleasant place for a scenic stroll enjoyable for all ages
Heading down to Portland from Bendigo for an event there tomorrow. Yeah I know it's not the most direct route but I'm collecting a few caches for an LGA Challenge. This was just one I found on my way there.
Thanks KH2ici for placing this cache.

Nice quick find while running along the river collecting the local caches. TFTC
Melbourne to Adelaide Road Trip
Day Two: Horsham to Keith via Frances
Weather: cool morning, warm afternoon, clear skies.
I’ve woken up early, and I’m starting with some caches around Horsham.
One last cache in Horsham before pushing west. Like everyone else it seems, I found the two caches - I elected to sign the more dented one.
The river looks great today, thanks for bringing me here KH2ici.

Nice spot, plenty of walking muggles to contend with...
The cache needs replacing as it's so squashed its hard to get log book in and out...

Thanks

Passing through Horsham and decided to take the opportunity to do some caching whilst I was here. I wandered over to GZ and had a bit of a look around but didn't see much that said cache. I then saw something on the ground that, on closer inspection, was indeed a cache. It is rather squashed though I could get the log out. I popped it back where the hint suggests it should be. TFTC KH2ici
Good hide. 7 year old found what we think is the right one (magnetic) and when putting it back we found the fake one on the ground.
This cache was a bit bigger than any of the caches we’ve seen around Horsham so far.I could just reach it with a considerable stretch, so probably could be a T2!
Found it but had to wees our way through a half eaten banana lollie (EW) PS ther are two geocachs in the same spot
