Thought I'd have a quick look despite all the dnfs, as I was right nearby, but to no avail.
The first of our Motors parks on this fine Sunday afternoon. The size of this park is a nice surprise. We walked in one side and out the other which helped us avoid the yappy small dog that followed us in. SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
I found the cache laying on the ground, I've used a piece of natural camo to rehide it.
Easy find, but didn't bring a pen for the log. Slightly damp inside, but not too bad.
Good job, The Motors. One of these days I'll try my hand at a hide too. Neat park. Thank you
Arrrr, a quick find, container seems to have shrunk! No wrabbits in sight tonight, tfth
Find # 1090.
I had set out this afternoon to grab a few caches close by to home before footy training in Hunters Hill at 5pm. I had plenty of time so it was just a matter of working out which ones to knock off. In total I found eight caches with no DNF's! The sun was out but it was a bearable 30 degrees or thereabouts. There was rain forecast for later and luckily it didn't come until well into the evening.
'The Undiscovered Park' was my seventh find for the afternoon. It was a last minute decision to head for the three caches in this area. I was starving for a feed and as I was headed to Lane Cove Road I took the turn off. 'The Undiscovered Park' took me a few moments to hone in on as the hide was not obvious but the cache soon revealed itself.
Signed log, thanks for the cache The Motors

GPS was all over the place and took a while to settle. Made sense once it did as I was constantly being led to said fence.

On a five weeks, three-country-caching-tour covering Thailand, Australia and New Zealand.
Arrived in Sydney four days ago and sadly today is already the last.
Today’s agenda took me to the north region and some beautiful parks and reserves
Main goal for today was to get some of the historic, old caches [^] in the region, including Australians first cache and to find a letterbox , because this cache-type was still missing in the Sydney-collection .
What a beautiful day for a finishing tour! [^]
Despite it was a really hot day I very much appreciated the tour
A tricky little hide! First my Iphone pointed directly onto the middle of the lawn-area... But I checked all possibilities for a hide in a wider circle and suddenly I spotted the cute little devil . GOTSHA!
Thanks [:X] to the Sydney-owners for providing the cool hides [^] and for maintaining the caches .
Cheers from Germany!

Upon arrival at the entrance to the park a muggle who lived across the road was out watering the garden, great.... fortunately GZ was out of sight to this muggle. Ooooo, this was a tricky hide, I was scratching my head and re-assessing the search area when I spotted something a little out of place. Cache was soon in hand, SL and was on my way to next park cache. TFTC
After a wet morning trapped in the house we were keen to get out for some fresh air, and maybe a few caches, so headed up to Lindfield to see what we could find. This was the 4th of 6 finds, and 2 DNF's, for the afternoon.
After finding "JINX" we next stopped at this one. Parked the geomobile in Albert Drive, and then wandered into the park for a look. As we approached GZ there was a brown rabbit that scurried away, and when we looked at where he had been sitting, there was a cache container sitting there instead. Signed the log sheet and then placed where we think it had come from, but will send photos of the placement to the CO just in case it's incorrect. TFTC The Motors.

It was such a nice day that I thought I should get out and about. This was a quick find in a deserted but pleasant park I'd not visited before. Thanks The Motors.
Returned to this park previously discovered by me where I could not discover the cache. Armed with some information from another finder I was sure I would be successful and began my search. A few minutes of working my way round the GZ location produced nothing, then I saw it. Now it was definitely not in that spot when I was here before and from the info I have I doubt it is where the CO intended, still I signed the log and replaced it as found.
I was just walking towards the park fence when a dog owning muggle with a chocolate labrador entered and immediately began playing. 30 seconds earlier and I would not have been able to return the cache!

A park we have not been to before. Nice little setting and a few rabbits running around. We soon zeroed in on a likely spot and after a bit of a search moved teh camo to make the find. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC
A cache at this park was ever elusive,
A few minutes later results were conclusive.
The cache had been found without any troubles,
So sorry you haters, to burst all your bubbles.

Found the park deserted at lunch time today. Nice size too. iPhone initially had me going too close to the fence but then it had a change of mind and pointed me to somewhere more promising.

Not down a rabbit hole as I had expected! Easily spotted so I camouflaged it a bit. TFTC
I hadn't turned the GPS before arriving so wandered down into the park quite away and then had to baktrak when it woke up. Spotted quickly as it was just lying there, completely exposed. Returned to the cover a few cms away that seemed like it was there for that purpose. Thanks The Motors.
Trying to get all the local caches in the area I have not found yet! Thanks for taking me to this park. The dog had a great time sniffing around.
Don't often come to the area - but after dropping my son off at a friends decided it was time to add two more smilies to the map.
Made the find quite quickly

3rd for today and the last one we have time for in the area I grew up in. Quick find made by Geoson. One of my old school friends used to live close by. A great trip again down memory lane visiting this park and seeing her old place. Guess the swings in the park got taken out by the fallen gum tree. SL TFTC.
Fun find. No swings or slide left after fallen gum tree. TFTC. First of these park hides for the day.
Not that many places the cache could have been so it was a fairly quick find. TFTC!
A couple of Pokestops at the park too.

We have **replaced** the log book, because someone took it. Good luck finding the cache........
Was about to give up, when like a previous cachers I quite literally "stumbled" across it. For future cachers, consider one of the golden rules for cache placement. This one breaks it... That being said, thanks for bringing me here, I did enjoy looking and finding it - tftc!
#3043. Nice find and impressed by the important instruction at the front of the log book. most worthy of a favourite point, and the geobike thought so too. Left a travel bug Lucky Dreams. Many thanks to the CO ***The Motors*** for establishing and maintaining another local cache.
A short detour on my way home from work made me discover The Undiscovered park. Strolled close to the fence, thinking it can't be the neighbors property, took a loop around and I discovered the hide. Signed the log and took off home.
This afternoon the geodoggie and I did a tour of West Lindfield to revisit some old haunts and discover some new ones. All in all an enjoyable tour!
St Crispin's is another new place for me. We didn't have to wander far from the car to find the cache. It was very straight forward, I am wondering if some grounds maintenance by the council has made this one easier. I covered it up a bit more before replacing the camo.

Companions: geoboys 11 and 5
Muggles: A muggle grandfather and grandchild
Weather: Lovely autumn afternoon
Cache condition: Okay, but camo needs some attention
We had a bit of free time so I decided to take the boys caching on a fantastic autumn afternoon, while the females of the family were otherwise occupied. I was keen to return to this park to avenge my DNF, and was therefore glad to have extra eyes. As it turned out they were superfluous, as the container was exposed with its camo nearby. I'm sure I looked in that spot, sigh. After signing the log we put the container in the likely spot and covered it with its camo. Given the previous finder had the same experience I would suggest that this cache be moved to a different spot, of which there are many in the park.
We then headed across to the little playground, when the other muggles arrived. The boys had fun kicking a ball around, playing on the equipment and climbing a nearby tree, while there was a bunny hopping away and a rainbow lorikeet drinking out of and swimming in the bubbler. Thanks for the cache.

Needed the other logs on this one, well camo'd. Nice big park, I'd consider moving it to a spot further in if it goes missing away from muggle neighbors.
Drove around to grab some caches and this was next. Parked and walked to GZ. Read the logs as too where NOT to look and then after a failed TAF, I finally found the cache. SL and replaced. TFTC.
No luck here today.
I think the neighbour in the adjoining house is getting sus as she came out and asked me what was wrong. She had a preschooler so is probably home 24/7.

Not on the fence line but in the obvious area one would thing GZ to be. Well cammoed! TFTC
Found by Nanny & Bo while clearing up some unfound caches.
We got the coordinates as S 33 46.733 E 151 08.555.
We signed the log.
We took nothing and left nothing.
thanks very much for this cache.

Walked back from the other two nearby caches and realised the muggles I'd seen earlier would have been Nanny and Bo after I saw their online log. Used their coords to find the right spot quickly and the cache which doesn't quite comply with the Cache Police guidelines. Didn't worry me but it does need correct coords. Current ones show it in the backyard. A quick check on Google Earth will show you that. Signed and replaced.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Yes the co-ords are out a bit, but after walking in circles for a while, saw a likely spot and soon CIH. TFTC

#2965 (1 of 4 today) (Streak day 340)
Decided to head back to Lindfield to pick up some new caches, including a few that were published shortly after I grabbed *Happily Ever After*.
Went for four, and found the lot - one with help from a TAF.
Then I decided to investigate a troublesome nearby cache. All went well there. Hopefully I can log a find there very soon.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Started the day here. Having read the logs I knew where not to look. That narrowed the possibilities, but ironically although I checked the right spot early on I missed it.
And then the muggles turned up at the playground nearby - grumbles about caches near playgrounds - made worse when one toddler decided to come my way.
Once they were gone I rechecked the right spot, and this time made the find.
Took a short distance to complete signing duties and then replaced.

21/4/16. 1:33 PM. Cache #3749.
1st of 4 this afternoon - "Motoring" my way around new hides in Killara & Lindfield.
I started off at this one and as I was parking, noticed someone at GZ who was acting a bit like a muggle-wary cacher. As I approached, I mentioned that he & I were probably doing the same thing, and his reply confirmed he was a cacher.
We'd both seen the hint, and he had already given the garden bed along the fence a good search but had also seen richary's comment that it's not there. I mentioned one type of hide that the hint could mean and after a little scratching around, the other guy made the find.
Just within the rules I guess, well there are precedents. I'd say it's more like East .554. We both signed and then he put it back as found. Nice to meet you, too UL3801. Off to "JINX" next. TFTC.

Could see why the DNF as its close to neighbouring muggles.
Looked here and there, oh man! Checked the hint and quick find was made. Just sometimes I try to force the find, thanks motors

Second to find after the Four Rods. What a lovely family. Hope to see you again on the trails. Tftc
FTNF! I was taking the dogs out on an "outing", including some bushwalking and caching, and decided to include this set of 3 new caches given they weren't too far away. This cache seemed to be close to the road, so I left the dogs in the car. My phone and the satellite image both seemed to point to the wrong side of the fence to the house nearby, and I couldn't see any other likely spots nearby for a larger container, so when one of the dogs stood up against the car's steering wheel and made the car hoot I decided I would give up the search. I'll be back.
Like fdsawq the phone was trying to put me near the house. Thinking it couldn't be in the garden bed I had a look at another likely target and found it using my foot quickly enough. I can confirm for future searchers that the garden bed can be left alone despite the suspicious looking pile of rocks in it. Thank to The Motors for the cache.
