Sad that this has been out of action for so long...its a beautiful spot and deserves a cache
Cache completely soaked through and sitting on the deck. Definitely needs some maintenance but took a photo as evidence of our find beautiful spot
Found with team BOP what a long but awesome weekend we had with lots of walking up and down hills but the views were worth it such a spectacular place we live in.

Day 2 -We had planned a big weekend with 6 of us travelling the Coromandel area and logging caches as team BOP. Found many great spots, several caches we replaced wet log sheets and others missing for some time. Lots of km's travelled on tarseal, gravel and some not so good roads. Lots of rained showers seemed to plague us on the first day. SLTFTC
On a great road trip with Team BOP and discovering the beautiful Coromndel - I haven't been out this way before but it is a place that I definitely want to revisit - Cache log very very damp and needs maintenance TFTC
With Gap (of Fap and Gap), (Mr) Davidson clan, NZFlossy, TNXPro, and Philip.Perry… This is the first time we have cache overnight together. What an adventure… We group signed as Team BOP for efficiency and expediency.
We visited so many beautiful and remote locations on the Coromandel Peninsula. Many of these areas deserved to be hosts to caches. However, we encountered several that needed owner maintenance. Wet logbooks seemed to be far too common (We’ve had a lot of rain). Oftentimes, a sodden logbook was stuffed back into the container with a new, bagged logbook alongside (What's up with that?). And then there were some caches that were quite obviously missing (and have been for a while)… Nevertheless, a huge thank you to all of the COs for bringing us to these amazing places… We are determined to return and explore some more.
The logbook was damp but we managed to get our handle onto it. TFTC.

Was really windy & wet so scuttled out of the car & ran to grab this one. Nice quick find. Log is wet. TFTC
Found it quite easily, but the contents were all wet. So logging in online only. Beautiful white sand beach. And lovely deck.
Found this one while on a holiday from our home in Whangamata. the log is very wet TFTC
A quick stop as we head off for a late January road trip. Heading off around the Coromandel. Quick visit to this fab deck. Tftc
We did as suggested in the hint and there it was. I literally knocked it off its perch while surreptitiously searching. Great view of the beach and in the shade which was very useful today. TFTC
Seriously, another site we pass every holiday and never stopped to notice! Great subtle cache!
On a round about journey home, picking up caches along the way. Really nice spot here, if a little windy today. Good hide. SL. TFTC.
This cache made a nice stroll to GZ. Cache soon located. No muggles. Took path tag.
Thanks surf5a.
Thanks surf5a.
This was the last cache for the day and the night was chilling the air a little, which made the search much easier without people about....
Liked this hide.

Found this one late at night on a quick overnight trip to collect a few smileys. Imagine this is a great spot during the day, but all we could hear was surf from the beach at night! TFTC
FTF #3 Yay I saw this pop up and knew I was heading up that way about four days later so I was pleasantly surprised to be FTF. What a lovely spot I didn't even know this street was here. A bit tricky to replace properly with stealth though. TFTC
