Took me a while but finally found it. Unfortunately cache was very wet and full of dirt
Hang on, there is no lid on the container, the paver is the lid, but thanks for the walk from the road
Crushed it!! Just make sure you wear long Pantaloons as you might get a little itchy
Parked in the street when a spotted an entrance to the surrounded Park. On entering set off some dogs barking and asked if they knew if Doggy Barkinston was in and they said he was so continued and soon found him pads. Knocked on the door and was greeted by Doggy.
With cache in hand we signed the log and replaced as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for bringing me to the area and thanks for placing the cache Grant caching

Got a weird look from a resident at the top of the easement...and figured out why when I got to the point I could go no further. Then I heard voices behind the fence that I was at while signing the cache. Very uncomfortable cache for me. TFTC
Pretty quick find thanks to good hint, still really well hidden. Thanks for cache, helped me reach last modern wonder.
We found ourselves with some rare time to kill before reaching our destination in Lilli Pilli and so we came to search for this cache which was quickly located once at Ground Zero. We signed the log book and then replaced as found. Thanks so much for the cache and greetings from Zimbabwe
The doggies barked enough in the daytime. I wouldn't want to try to find this at night. TFTC Grantcaching
On the way home from The Royal National Park today I had some time for caching in The Shire. This was my 5th stop.
I parked in Nemesia Avenue and walked around.
From the name of the cache I was expecting this to be a dog off leash area, well I guess it could be. Initially having read the hint I looked at the wrong location, that's when I realised what the cache name meant!!!
I've got a couple of the barker brothers at home so usually I'm a good dog whisperer - not this time. Maybe it helps if they can actually see you.
I then checked the GPS and moved to the correct area where the cache was a quick find.
TFTC - that was a bit of fun!

An after dark find for me today.
Having been at work all day then heading over to bunnings to help run the bbq at their mothers day family fun night i didnt have a chance during daylight hours to grab a cache.
I had checked the satellite images and knew basically how to approach this one so after parking i headed down the little track by head torch light.
Thanks the the clue and good coords i was able to locate this one fairly quickly without spooking any muggles in the nearby houses.
Thanks.

Had I been here before? Can't remember, sometimes these spots look familiar. With the hint I was soon on the cache, very wary of the nearby residents. TFTC!
Wrong street at first because we didn't read the information fully. Got it though!!
A quick find this morning while out running some errands in Caringbah.
Walked into this quiet little reserve, right near the huge sign advertising the soon to be built townhouses. There is so much construction going on in this area, this will add a little more. I wonder what impact it might have on this quiet place...
After a pleasant stroll I arrived at GZ and quickly spied the cache thanks to the generous clue. Completed signing duties and returned as found, all in good order here. Just as I started leaving I was detected by the doggy!
Thanks for the smiley Grantcaching and this one earns me the Yeti hidden creature yay!

A quick find. TFTC visited here on a beautiful sunny day after one of the coldest nights this year.
The dogs were all out around this one today. A nice quick find after a short walk.

I parked at the end of Verbena Place and walked down towards gz, stopping on the way to read the advertising sign in respect of the proposed new town houses to be constructed opposite gz. Quickly found the cache which was not quite fully in its hidey hole. TFTC Grantcaching.
After pacing around for fifteen mins saying the hint over and over to myself it finally clicked and I had CIH very quickly although did feel a bit awkward going for the grab with nearby dogs looking on
Found it. Coords for some reason had me looking on the wrong side and the hint made sense on both sides.

Met a very friendly dog in the reserve. Good find & not so scary putting my hand into the tree hollow. Tftc.
Sunny morning walk with Geohounds, luckily no other hound or muggle activity, the shire is full of these lovely hidden reserves. Found easy with hint though went with decoy first. TFTC Grantcaching
We headed out on a geocaching weekend with Rapidlywild to collect the new puzzle trail in Helensburg and others along the way. The weather was not kind, in fact it was downright revolting at times, but we persevered through the rain, flooded roads and detours to collect the smileys. We tackled the trail and arrived in the Sutherland shire just on dark, time to find the hotel and grab a bite to eat before heading back out to grab a few more for the day.
We were spoilt for choice in this area as neither Rapidlywild or us had cached here before, there were quite a few slippery steps and slopes to tackle down to the water, but we managed to collect a nice bagfull before heading into the city to play our other addiction and grab a puzzle and an earthcache.
Apologies for the generic log, thanks to the cache owners for the placements, collecting them on this wet day only added to the adventure.

With the long weekend upon us, plans were in place with FurfacesLL to head towards Helensburgh to do the newly released puzzle series and what ever comes up. Weather in Helensburgh was far from pleasent....... we got pretty wet, came across some flooded roads, and some yucky leaches. We cached in Helensbough, Cronulla, Harbour Bridge, Bowral and even Goulburn lol we went everywhere [:p]
We had a swag of options available to us, so it was a matter of using the "Find Next Closest" on the GPSr and we let it make the choices for us Apologies for generic logs, lots of finds, lots of fun, slippery walkways, stairs and plenty of water lol.
Thanks heaps to FurfacesLL for another awesome weekend away, thanks Grantcaching for the cache placement [^]

I decided to explore more of The Shire today . Starting in Caringbah and hitting the pavements.
My eighth stop for the day, I enjoyed the walk down this secretive little track
No dogs barking today

20/3/17. 11:09 AM. Cache #4863.
2nd of 5 today - Burraneer, Caringbah South
Yay, the rain seems to be gone for a while! Headed into The Shire again today to defeat some more Bond villains and get another cache amongst them.
Came here after "DRJULIUSNO2013" and once again the signal took a while to settle. At first, I was sent over to the wrong side of the path, where I could sort of see the same colour combinations mentioned in the hint. But no cache.
Looked over to the other side and it looked more promising. Some suspicious camo revealed the cache. Went for a grab but paused to let the huntsman jump off it first. Signed the tatty log and replaced; next off to "STROMBERG2013". TFTC.

Found at 3:50 PM in the company of pprass.
So many hidden little reserves around this peaceful neighbourhood. Started looking at many other spots first, but in the end we just had to go over to the spot that looked gnarly – well Peter did in any case .
Thanks Grantcaching.

Found at 3:52 PM GAFF3 in the company of NurseHayley.
A secluded little reserve with birds chirping all around us. We were a bit hesitant to search where the cache was actually hidden which on arrival we thought was a good spot for a cache - so we started looking at many other spots first. Reluctantly we then had to go over to the spot that we feared and of course found the cache nicely tucked away.

It took 18 days but finally ticked off my first find for 2017. One down, only 499 to go to reach a target goal by early June. Clue was spot on for an easy find though container was a bit difficult to extract. Luckily no muggles (human or canine) about to feel too rushed with stealth. Visited a few doggy related TBs but only room to leave some trackable info about the Alice Springs mega.

Happy New Year all!
Scheduled to visit friends in the Shire this afternoon for our usual wine and dinner. Unfortunately things didn't go exactly as planned.
However, before arriving at my friends' place I did manage to grab six caches - and two more just before dark on the way home after our truncated evening.
Good start to the caching year.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Well, hasn't this area changed since I visited for the previous cache.
Pleasant walk to GZ where I spotted something suspiciously camo-like on approach.
Had to time the grab as the muggles in a nearby house were out on their deck.
Took well away to complete signing duties, then back for the replace.

Muggle Kids about! Be quick to find. Nice clue, sneaky spot. TFTC. Might be a lizard living there
