Logs
Maintenance finally performed today on this series. Apologies to the finders who were unable to complete the series due to missing ingredients, should be all set for baking now.
Visiting WA from Vic. Had a great weekend at WAGB and now heading NE seeing the sights and ticking off LGA's.Cache was found quickly and signedTFTC SL TB's visited
Out and about with the Waddling Wanderers management team and 2+4 on a beautiful sunny Kalgoorlie day. TFTC
Out and about with the RVScouts on a Waddling Wanders mission exploring Kalgoorlie on a stunning day. This one could do with a new log and I've run out. TFTC
The container was out in the open, but it was obvious where it was meant to be, so put it back. Ingredient noted. TFTC
A quick find after the phone got it together and navigated to GZ. Another ingredient for the geoAnzacs. TFTC lightningGEL.
Yes, this one is definitely there. We needed to use our walking pole to help retrieve it and then our little caching go-gadget arm, which grabbed it and brought it into the daylight. After we had signed the log, and noted the ingredient which is definitely still there, we returned it but placed a rock in the hole of the tree so that the container cannot slip down so far again. Thanks LightningGELDomsky
Had a good look in the hidey hole and did manage to get my hand in but wasnt able to extract anything to sign. Others are just logging they have visited which isnt really the point. Needs a co check please.
Needs a co visit. People are just logging they have visited rather than found any cache.
Found it but its really in there and my hands are to big so I couldnt sign the log
Nice little hidy hole, however couldnt sign the log because I couldnt get it out, my hands are to big
As the person prior to me made a find here and CO didn't delete log, I'm going to claim a find as I was here just couldn't retrieve and sign but my picture proves I came by
Found it but from hint simeone has put in the wrong spot and is a bit too far to retrieve.
Next one along the trail was this one but we sort of took the wrong track in as we were going west to east but got there in the end with hopefully no serious pin stripes on the Silverado. Thankfully another quick find as the day is warming up.TFTC
We spent some time on this one, finally with use of several tools, including any spray and one small hand we managed to extract the cache. We have replaced it lower down in a much larger hidey hole. Tftc
Looked in the only place it could be going by the hint but after reading last log, knew I had no hope of retrieving it due to ants firstly and since they said they dropped it further down trying to retrieve. Not sure how they can make a find or get the code, if they didn't get it out
Found the container but it is inside a hollow in the tree with an opening no bigger then the container and it is infested with ants. . when using a stick to try and work the container out it fell deeper in to the trunk of the tree could possibly get it out with a peice of looped wire but didnt have any on hand.
Full time Nomads since March 2014, in WA to visit family.
Having been in Perth to visit family our stay has come to an end and we are on our way to Broken Hill for the Mundi Mundi Bash, with a slight detour to Kalgoorlie to attempt a few caches. A sleep in and chores kind of day, we didn't head out to find any caches till 2pm. then we decided to tackle a few that are unlikely to be achievable if it does indeed rain tomorrow as forecast.

Bingo bango how great to have a wee ANZAC series to honour those who gave their all. Out and about on trusty treadles AKA the MTB to do a circuit. WOW trash factor is high - a massive CITO might help. Anyway - glad to be in the Kal that the imagination has conjured - plenty to see and plenty to explore. Heading east soon back to home base that is some 3000 kms away! TFTC and the FUN!
Had a bit of spare time in Kalgoorlie between jobs today, so I’ve made a start on this series. TFTC
We continued our journey from Kalgoorlie to Coolgardie. On the way we visited some Geocaches. This was one of them we found. Thanks to the owner for the cache !
Made it to Kalgoorlie last night and a plan of attack was hatched to claim a smiliey at all the of caches here and nearby towns with Geotrakka and Beaker. Very happy to say that this was one of them.
Some logs signed as N2O.
This is my 10796find.
Thankyou LightningGEL for placing and maintaining this cache

Arrived in Kal after a road trip with Neva2old and sharing many laughs along the way. We spent our 1st night in Southern Cross where we joined forces with Beaker to continue our drive to Kalgoorlie to set up camp for an event. Then off to Queen Victoria Springs with a group of 4x4 adventurers to camp under the stars.
I love this part of WA - great to be back here again.
I found your cache LightningGEL which added to my adventures. Thanks for placing it. Your cache makes my 6141 find.

A bit of a drive to find the right tracks but we got there in a couple of minutes.
We had some trouble getting it out of the hole.

Day 2 in Kalgoorlie Headed out from the campsite after breakfast to pick up a few more caches - including this series. Sadly a few spots along this road could benefit from some CITO'ing, however good to see the CO upcycling a novel cache container here! Couldn't quite get the car to GZ this time as the track had been barricaded. Walking back though I realised I could have gone around. Ah well, it was only a 20m walk Another quick easy find. TFTC
On my way to Perth via Broome with a few detours for LGAs. TFTC.
Nice quick find after I managed to find a road there.

Muggle Husband decided to go to the Hannans North Tourist Mine today, and I decided to do this series of caches. He dropped me at the first one and I walked, gathering the clues for the final cache along the way.. It was a beautiful sunny morning and all the caches were all found in good condition. I love Anzac biscuits.
Well, our navigation skills need to be improved. Hiking worked out though. Easy find. Now to find the car. TFTC
TFTC Lightning Gel, found in its hide, signed log & returned. I couldn’t see a recipe ingredient on this one!!
Morning drive to Kal from Kambalda for an airport run.
The cache was tough to get out with man hands. I added a few rocks to the hole to lift it up a bit.
Lots of ants
LightningGEL, I found ANZAC 101-4 Chunuk Bair today. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.

We are travelling from Portland Victoria across to WA to see our daughter.
We are stranded in Kal for a few day as we are the victims of what we have now learned was unleaded petrol being added to the diesel tanks at Eucla. Many vehicles broke down across the Nullabor and we were one of the early ones.
This is our fifth day in Kal and we headed out caching along ANZAC Drive and then took the hire car to Kambalda. A great variety of caches for the day and all in pretty good condition.
Thanks for showing us this part of the world LightningGEL

TFTC/TFTH We are up from Albany visiting our daughter. We have been caching while we look around Kalgoorlie. Found this ANZAC series and went yes especially with the ANZAC connection Albany has, and the most amazing dawn service.Found the cache easily the challenge was getting it as there was some very friendly ants .Thanks again for the series.
Found the cache however it has fallen and is unreachable. Have let the owners know.
That was a challenge for a guy with big hands. Had to find some strong sticks to help me
Hard to retrieve so I resorted to my tott kit. I placed a new log in as it appears that the extra paper logs needed a proper log book.
Found it. TFTC LightningGEL. Another quick find. Just passing and couldn’t resist a smiley or 2 or 3 well, one more now I have to go.. very difficult to retrieve but in my kit I had a long thin grabby thingie, it did the job. Replaced as found but maybe a bit easier to retrieve.
Early morning caching on the way out of Kalgoorlie with geo hubby’s cousin - TFTC LightningGEL I really enjoyed it!
Found this one after a drive not far from our temporary home during the pandemic. I can't wait to get home and put the clues together for the mystery cache. TFTC
Caching around Kalgoorlie/Boulder this morning before it warms up later in the day. Thanks to the COs for placing these caches so that we can learn more about your city and its surrounds.
Out and about caching here in Kalgoorlie for the morning. Found cache, signed log and returned cache back to where found. TFTC
A nice, well thought out little series.

Thought we would grab this one well we had time. It was a bit harder to get into this one but we finally worked our way in and made a short walk to gz. We spotted the prize as we arrived and soon had our names on your log and returned your cache back to where it belongs. Now on to the next one. TFTC LightningGEL.
Found with axell33 as we gather these caches over a long time and intermittently. We almost have them all. We just grab one every now and then when time allows. Love the theme. This one is not at the hinted height anymore but just as findable! Thanks for the cache and greetings from Baldivis.
Today our tour - which began in Perth, WA , and led us thru Western, Northern and Southern Australia back to Perth, was simply driving around in Kalgoorlie.
On the way we came to some interesting locations. Here we searched, found and logged this Tradi-Cache.
Weather was good in the morning and it should even get better during the day.
Thanks to 'LightningGEL' for showing us this location, for the fun we had with 'ANZAC 101-4 Chunuk Bair' and for the smiley. The search here and today didn't take too much time, fortunately.
Greetings from Germany and we hope to see you soon in the forest, prairie, desert or outback .
