I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, Crestnet, requesting additional time.

An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.

Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

Unfortunately I was unable to locate this cache today. I will add it to my list and hopefully return soon to claim the prize.

Spent a good 15 minutes in the dark but think this might be a better hunt during daylight hours due to the high number of potential spots.

Out for a morning run exploring Orelia. I haven't been around these streets since I was dating my wife a 'few' ago.
I found this one a bit tricky to get out of its hidey hole but with the help of a few things it was eventually out.

Logical and safe location for the cache. Very small little container almost dismissed it as being plastic rubbish...
Thanks

Out in the area today so thought I’d stop by and grab this cache. Plucking away at some of the local caches when I can.

Wanting to avenge a previous DNF, I checked this out. A bit of proving and I spied the prize but fat fingers didn’t help.

Back to the car for some TOTT and I returned and retrieved a bit easier. First name in the new log sheet and new cache.

Crestnet, Kyzabra found your cache Hideaway Park 1, on 8/7/18. The cache is in good shape and we replaced it as found. Thanks for placing this and bringing us to this spot!

We’d love to see you at WA GOES BIG 2018 in Dunsborough on the weekend of 13th/14th October.

I tried to find this cache today, but my luck was not good, or maybe it was my eyesight, or maybe it was not there. Will have to return at a later time effect a find. I looked in all the spots but the cache did not want to show itself.

This was my 1 DNF out of 3 DNFs and a total of 6 Finds on this outing.

On the way to Rocko today and called in to see if we could find this one since learning of its replacement. Thought it would be an easy find as thought we knew where it most likely was. Not so. Searched and widened the search and finally thought we had found it. But could not access it. Back to the car for some access tools. and a torch to confirm the find. At last. TFTC, Crestnet.

Came out with Straw Hat Pirates to turn my frown upside down.
It took some time to get this out, even though I knew this I still didn't bring any tools with me.
Anyhow, we did, we signed, we returned cache and we left.

I thought I had the spot.
I thought i had the cache.
After 10 minutes manipulating out what I though was a cache container, it wasn't.
Adding my name to the list of DNFs

Could the co check this out?

18-May-17
Couldn't find anything. Adding my dnf to the list.

15-May-17
Well I searched well, so I thought, but I couldn't find it.
My iPhone took me to 2 grass trees but when I read all the logs I realised I should be looking elsewhere. So searched all the trees and a stump in the vicinity but still no luck.

Had to head north to nab a multi so made the most of the trip by grabbing as many caches as we could along the way. Spotted due to excellent co-ords but no so easy to retrieve. Thanks Crestnet

14-Aug-16
Teamed up with Eliktrisiti today to find a cache or three (not sure how many we did actually find in the end, but it was a few more than just three). We headed north on the freeway and found ourselves turning off at Russell Road and then out this way. After an enjoyable time out at Woodman Point, we decided to start weaving our way southwards again. A slight detour and we were able to claim our smileys here. Thanks for placing this cache Crestnet

Reminds me another cache far far away Wink

Headed out today to clear more of the local areas. Despite the rain on and off it was a Pleasent day out side with minimal niggles to get in the way of the finds. TFTH TFTC

04-Aug-16
TFTC Enjoyed another couple of days off and spent a large amount of time out with Cravo10 helped ini him knock over a bunch of caches round the Leda, Kwinana, Willard and surrounding areas on his journey to 5000 finds!

Despite the rain and intermittent showers, which are pretty much ideal cachin weather as it keeps the muggles away!! We had a good couple of days out collecting lots of smilies. Hopefully more to come !!

Thanks to the local COs for providing a good variety of containers and experiences. Thanks

28-Jun-16

I love all these little parks in Western Australia we have found via geocaching, all so well kept and with so many grass trees and lovely bird life. It is such a pleasure to walk through and even more so when there is a cache to be found. Thanks for placing it here

09-Jun-16
Met up with the CO at WAGB2016 & they reminded me that we had not yet found their two caches up this way. So today we remedied that situation. It was very nice to meet you both & I am sure that we will run into each other again soon. TFTC

Out in my nearby area clearing up a few newer caches that I haven't yet gotten to. I was speaking to the CO last night at a FTF hunt, and decided I should finally pop over and grab these two. Took a little while to extract. Surprised to add my name in the 4th spot on log.

TFTC Crestnet.

Crestnet, I found your cache Hideaway Park 1 on 8/06/2016 at 2:46 PM.
This is my find #2592 and find #6 today.

24-May-16
Short stop off in Orelia today on the way home from work, made shorter still by it bucketing down on my 3rd stop so 3 for 3 today. Nice Quiet park here, found the cache no problems but was a delicate mission extracting it i needed slimmer hands or longer fingers but got there in the end and was second to sign. Replaced carefully as found TFTC Crestnet

I saw these caches get published last night but left it till this morning to go out to find them. After a DNF at number 2 i came over to this one and was happy to find the little critter straight away .
*FTF* at 7.05 am. Just spoke to Team AusDan after i saw his log but he clarified with me that i was FTF. Congratulations on your 250 finds TFTC Cresnut

After a conversation with OOH YEH, I realised I am not FTF to this cache. I was beaten by about 15 minutes. I also want to make clear that OOH YEH had returned the cache in good order. Unfortunately I had the cache between my fingers and it then slipped. From that point I was unable to retrieve it. I can see it, but cannot retrieve it. It may be worth a look from CO. Apologies. TAD. I wont log a find until I am able to sign the log. Congrats on your 250th.....many more to come!
