So just as I was about to walk out the door to come down to this event...the skies opened up.
Will still do my best to attend.

Too wet to cache outdoors so decided to grab a hot coffee & encourage some local cachers indoors. Visiting from Perth, Western Australia.
Nice that the library is connecting with Geocaching. Cute room, too.
Dropped a TB that wants to travel around Canada.

Thanks to the Toronto Public Library geocaching team for hosting this event, we had a great time meeting local geocachers and encountering some adorable travel bugs.
Thanks for organising this fun event. Nice to see some local cachers who I know only from seeing names in logs. TFTC
Thanks for hosting, BookNutz! What a great thing for TPL to be getting onboard the geocaching train! I've got my passport all set and am eager to find more in the series!
Thank you BookNutz and TorontoNovice for organizing this event. I wish I could have stayed longer. Hopefully I can make it to future events and stay. Happy to see the libraries getting into geocaching. Looking forward to finding the rest!
Thanks to all who attended on this rainy day. TorontoNovice and I had a great time hosting and it was encouraging to see people's enthusiasm about the library caches. Will have to plan more in the future.
Thanks to BookNutz, TorontoNovice and the TPL for this event and for supporting and promoting geocaching. It was fun sharing stories, meeting new people and reconnecting with some of the usual suspects. Hope to run into you all again!
Good times!
It's always fun to share our activity and welcome newcomers to the community in this way.
Looking forward to more of these!

Out with KaiteeDee to attend the Bookin It Toronto event and grab a few caches for our 360 challenge and the grids. Knowing how KaiteeDee loves libraries, I thought it would be a good one to attend.
Arrived a little late, but still had time for social time and picked up a TB. Will look at doing the Bookin It challenge.
Thanks for the Smilie...

OshawaPathfinder & I decided to cache our way out to the library event, knocking off some COG360 degrees along the way. Somewhere in the middle the heavens opened up and got absolutely soaked! Gotta love those unexpected surprises while caching.
We made it to the library absolutely soaking wet, but very much enjoyed meeting other cachers here. Thanks for organizing this event and all the library caches to go along with it!

Should be able to make it -- libraries and caching -- two of my favourite things!
Sorry but will have to withdraw my will attend as my plans have changed for this weekend.
Looking forward to this!
Note to anyone who was put off by the no-dogs attribute: I will gladly stay with your dog(s) outside the facility during the event -- I love dogs!

I'm in town on business, from Perth Australia, for two weeks up until 12th; so may be able to attend this before I depart. Also considering to create event on Centre Island, if able to lock in a date earlier.
