We looked in the right location but dint see it. Found cable tie and broken branches. Is it still there? We’ll watch this space and try again if it gets spotted.
Looks like someones built a cubby in the tree but cashe not in any danger of being disturbed
Circling around in one spot trying to find it and eventually succeeded TFTC.
Day 3 of my trip to Ballarat and the last full day here. I have decided that I will conduct some park and grabs around the place rather than just wander around a single point. This will allow me to see more laces in this beautiful place.
A quick find. TFTC.

Yes these, 'structures' present a challenge. Not too difficult thanks to previous notes and finds. TFTC
Visiting Ballarat for the day for work and after I was finished I still had a little bit of daylight left so picked out a few nearby hides to tackle on the way home.
A challenging hide here, these ones can stare you in the face without being spotted. Thankfully today luck was with me as I spotted it in the third place I looked. Thanks for the cache Mi5sie.

It's still there, and it's very small, and not where the most obvious person would look.
Found today on a trip to clear up unfound caches. I DNFed this one once before, but after confirmation it was still there and a number of recent finds I tried again and this time I spotted it. I do hate hides in cypress trees though. TFTC

A nice spot to kill time at the park a cache to boot. I have driven past this cache at least twice a day for way longer tham I care to admit.
Also another day ticked off the calendar
All is well with the hide.

Nice warm day felt like I was being watched but noone visiable. Nice find 1st on the new log sheet. Tanks FTC
Hubby left some of his red DNA here as proof of our visit. Of course, as we always seem to do, we started at the wrong side before we worked our way around and managed to place our names on the log sheet. SL TFTC
In Ballarat today for a muggle friend Doc's visit and she wanted to see what caching was all about. This was a quick find and thankfully no one was feeling sporty today. The log book is full and only signed as SS to squeeze it on the log book. Thanks for placing mi5sie
In Ballarat for a Basketball Tournament, so with an oppurtunity to grab a few caches I was out the door.
With a break between games at the MinerDoom I was asked by a muggle friend if there was any caches nearby, I thought I'd signed the one here but no. So I explained what we were looking for and he help me find it.
Log signed and replaced as found.
Thanks for the cache mi5sie

Travelled to Melbourne for the Collingwood vs Crows game from Adelaide. Crows overcame a 50 point deficit to draw the game in the final second. Found this cache on the way home and we almost left but dad eventually found it!
36 cache finds and 2 events (one of which was micaparamedic's 60th birthday) attended over a great weekend away in Ballarat with Cybergran V and dalerious which included finding a cache that Brisal5 and I had spent over an hour looking for on a previous trip
After dropping the other 2 off at their hotel, I cached until 3am before picking them up in the morning for the journey back to Shepparton.
There were definitely some ups and downs over the weekend bloody high trees and deep drains, and a FTF where an animal had enjoyed the orange M&Ms tube so much that it ate some of the tube and took away the log book
dalerious was only the tiniest tad late for work so we dropped him off at the gates and then waited for muggle hubby to bring out dalerious' car before completing our journey into Shepp with 'just one more' find by me between Tatura and Shepparton
For the rest of the night tonight, I was caching on my own while my travelling companions slept [)]
Nothing like climbing inside a dusty tree to remind me of why an early morning cache run enjoying this sport of geocaching is great fun
Since I started geocaching I'm now doing sports like: bushwalking, kayaking, pushbike riding and ladder climbing

First time looking for a geocache. Spent 40 mins looking around. Either missing or we arent that good haha. All very fun though.
Out and about on this lovely sunny winter afternoon we had 15 minutes to fill in before picking up the grandbasketballer so thought we'd try this cache. Uh Oh, looks like it could be difficult and time consuming! We went ahead with our eye's peeled prepared for all possible colours and low and behold, there it was in no time! SL then went to return the log but where was lid now??? A brief moment of panic and some quick researching revealed the well hidden top and sent us happily on our way. TFTC

After a couple of hours spent in the past at the Ballarat Cemetery, with silent relatives and Wherigo's, we moved to this more active area of Ballarat. After a couple of circuits the cache was spotted and our name added to the log.
We are amazed at the number of DNF's and troubled by the damage occurring to the environment - Hopefully it is not due to over zealous searching!
Thanks mi5sie for bringing us to this location.

Out and about this morning. Meeting up with kenare in this area trying to finish off some blank spots. Kenare already had this one but I still needed a smile. Not too long I heard a ahhhem and had my hands on it. Pretty cool tftc
Tftc! Found quickly in daylight, after being scared off by the spiders the last time I looked at night!
Finally had a chance to get this cache without the place being muggled. It could of been a long search but thankfully it sudden jest appeared before my eyes. TFTC
Out grabbing some caches this afternoon. I headed to GZ in between showers. There are so many hiding spots here, but I managed to find this one fairly quickly as worked my way along. Thanks mi5sie for placing this cache.
Quick find while out for a drive this morning.
Kids liked the nearby playground and we located the cache after a short search.
Thanks for the hide.

Found with McAdies and jelly_bean14.
Nice hide and thanks for showing us this spot.

Found by Mary & David at 1012. After the Event this morning, it was time for a few caches before we headed for home. Happily, the temperature is now into double digits. Pity we didn't have time to go to the market. A bit worried when we arrived at GZ, as someone had cut several branches from the tree and left them lying on the ground. Found the cache safe and sound, though, on our second circuit. Our thanks to mi5sie.
I once was the sporting type but now I just watch. Tomorrow I'll watch JaminAppleford smash another 70.3 race; at least that's what I'm hoping. Thanks for the hide.
Another good cache found while touring around the area.
Thanks for helping show me some interesting locations.
Soon had the container spotted.

While my car was in for repair and having to wait, I finally managed to convince my chauffeur to make a little detour as I have wanted to collect this one for ages, but never been in the area with time to spare, so as we had a few minutes, I was taken to the area and let go, lol, finally I managed to come up with the treasure, log signed and replaced, Thanks Mi5sie,
I was supposed to be heading home so that Tag-along's meal was ready for him after work. However I was already a 'little' late and I was passing so I stopped.
It took longer than I wanted and was about to leave when I heard a voice. McLookers were passing by and stopped to help out. I had only just parted from them 10mins before. With that extra support I came up with the well hidden container and then I hightailed it for home. Of course T. was there and his meal almost cooked. We sat down and ate desert together - all good.

In Ballarat for some shopping & primping for my sisters wedding this weekend, I managed to convince my Muggle companions that we had time for 1 quick cache find. (I needed the calendar day filled!)
Off we headed, cache was found and we high tailed it back to Maryborough just in time for school pick up.

While up in Ballarat for a few days I was joined by abl973 to head out for a day of caching. It was a cool and wet day, but thankfully the rain mostly held off. The coords are very spot on, and we were able to add our names to the log.
Thanks mi5sie for placing this cache.

01/10/2016 9:26:00 AM - Heading out of Melbourne this morning it absolutely hosed down with rain where I joined up with my caching friend Square_Pegs for the first day of October and stopped off here to find this cache.
Overall it was a soggy cool day but being out this way was better than hanging around in Melbourne.
Thanks mi5sie for bringing me here.

Found with Mrs Tyred n Cranky
The normal reason for a Ballarat trip, Doc appoint and Geocaching.
We both checked out the obvious location for this one and after a couple of turns around the tree it was Mrs Tyred n Cranky that make the found it call.
TFTC mi5sie and well done on your first hide.

Find No. 1518. Found with FUF009 at 2.42pm.
A trip to Ballarat with FUF009 for one of his doctors appointments and then some geocaching. After finding a couple over the road, around what I called a lake, we headed over to locate this one. With FUF009 on one side and me on the other searching, it was when FUF009 read out the hint to me that within seconds I found it.
A very well hidden cache, which reminded me of the saying 'looking for a needle in a haystack'.
