Kept walking along this track from the previous hide, not many people out today, possibly to chilly. Sadly it's a DNF and I am here with a previous finder. Took photo of where it should sit but definitely empty up there. Searched the surrounding garden and shrubs in case it fell or maybe cache creep... Bummer, it was last found two days earlier Sad

Managed to find just before a shower came along. Nice spot thanks MalanDi.

25-Jul-16
Not sure by how much I missed Squizzie today, but I too managed to get this one in between showers, and there weren't many opportunities with the weather as it is. A very easy find, equally impressed that this one has not gone missing, as it's clearly visible from the right angle. Always great to find a non micro in an urban area. TFTC MalanDi!

Walking along the beach on a beautiful day which is a nice change from the rain and hail we've had lately. Found nice and easy but it was very wet, zip lock bag not sealed so log was damp. Didn't have a bag to replace it, hopefully the next people will. TFTC

Another great Find and Sign. Out and about with Normanville. Thanks MalanDi

23-Jun-16
So I'm already wet from walking to the other one in the pouring rain,
it's only a few more paces down the track...
Noone here to save or surf today, but amazingly the sand shifters
were still at it in their big dump trucks and tonka toys!!
A nice size cache in a handy spot.

As we were just a short walk away from this one with the "Find and Sign a Casuarina" cache it was the perfect opportunity to grab this. a couple of passing Muggles didn't bother us as we were still amused by the kids playing on the newly created mound of sand nearby which distracted them. A quick find and sign. TFTC and bringing us here.

A pleasant walk by the sea for geomum & geogirl, we'd just found the nearby cache so it made sense to go for this one too. Geogirl kept watch whilst geomum retrieved the cache, when the coast was clear the cache was returned to its hiding place!

Rectified the mechanism and replaced the cache (good spot for it) [^].

An ultra quick find in a fabulous spot with geobuddies!

I had just attended the "Don't fancy a trip across the Nullarbor?" event, and afterwards Locus, Astro, Ozibags, Anymules and I went caching and enjoyed a yum bakery lunch. We even ran into Leighside Legends at a couple of the GZs. We said our goodbyes to Astro and Leighside Legends and continued caching until tea time.

There was a lot of laughter today, and whilst travelling to one of the caches, I may have even jumped out of the drivers seat in the middle of the road as I had at least a gazillion ants on me [xx(] and all through my hair and down my top and on my trousers going up my legs ARRRGGGHHHH!!!!! ....so without thinking I got out my car and took my top off to get them off of me .....OMG mega embarrassing!! SurprisedRed Face and I am sure the passing traffic and my passenger was wondering what this crazy woman was doing in her underwear!

Hmmmm....I wonder if I would have been attacked by ants today if I had been across the Nullabor.....WinkRazz

Thanks for the cache MalanDi Smile

Found with a group of geocachers after the 'Nullarbor' event. Nice hide thanks MalanDi.

There I was happily solving puzzles with Doctor Owl. Mrs. S.A. Sewer Rat, Mrs. Aussie M&M and Locus Cache when the notification came through. Mmm. A new puzzle down near Fort Glanville. Too far for me and plenty more puzzles need solving. But it is just down Grand Junction Road says Locus. Surprised
Yeah.....but grand Junction is a very long road and we are at the wrong end.
Nevertheless we all pile into the super-new Owl-mobile and head towards GZ. We park near the SLSC and after getting a FTF on a nearby cache we return and search for this one. [^] Having a big lump on my scone from the previous cache I was not going under anything and so left it for the ladies to do the hard work.
once they had I has happy to scratch my name in the log as well. Smile Thanks MalanDi for the cache. Big Grin

02-Jun-16
Wow! Surprised It seems solving puzzles with friends is a good way to get a FTF Wink
Some of us weren't so sure that we wanted to go for a drive but the look on some other people's faces ensured that we did! [^]
So we piled into Dr Owl's car and sedately drove within the speed limits down to the seaside on a clear and lovely night Smile
Parking safely, we took a leisurely stroll along the path towards GZ. Razz
After getting FTF on that nearby cache we wandered over to this one and AussieMandM said 'it will be there' and it was Cool
I do believe that someone said we had to be quiet as the people in the buildings would be asleep but I'm not so sure there was anyone in That building tonight Wink
Thanks for the fun and the walk on a beautiful night Cool

After finding a FTF down the track, the Puzzled Puzzlers were making enough noise to attract any muggles around (with the occasional even more suspicious shooshes!) However, any respectable muggle was asleep and Locuscache soon had the cache in hand. Thanks for an enjoyable almost-midnight run!

02-Jun-16
At the puzzle night working feverishly on a few puzzles, when the alert of a new cache was received.
A quick decision was made to go find a possible first to find.
We all hopped into Doctor Owls new geomobile, for a drive to the beach.
A quick find after another quick stroll after getting a fist to find nearby. TFTC

Whilst finishing up at work for the day, ronso gets a phone call from red... meet me at Semaphore ;c) Keen for the detour, and with a good run with the traffic, ronso soon arrived at the surf life saving club with red not too far behind. The carpark was fairly quiet and with only the occasional muggle walking their dog, we were able to locate the cache fairly quickly :c) but only after looking at the hint ;cP as the mobile was directing us elsewhere! Second place for us and a pathtag, which put a huge smile on ronso's face :cD TFTC!!

*FTF* 14.25. The spider monkeys love this area for sunsets and ice creams (and in the past the little train). It would be great to have a celebration up on that deck. What a nice hiding spot though.

Mum was home preparing for WA goes big when she noticed some sneaky emails. With school pickup pending and a blank spot on the the calendar grid, the quickest trip to the beach was in order. Left Pathtag. Thanks for the smiley MalanDi.
