After attending the Geocaching NSW event, a small group of geocahcing enthusiasts headed out west for a selection of Booo Booo caches around Liddenham.
This is an area in transformation with so much construction happening for the new Badgery Creek airport. On the way a quick stop was made for this cache.

I joined Fitzy_1965 & MinnieK for a trip to Sydney to drop in on another Celebration Event. This time in the Hawksbury. We used up the rest of the day doing a series of Challenge caches near Penrith, including a bonus First to Find, and then some of the EG caches surrounding the event location. A long but exhiklerating day of caching.
The day started with a trip to a cemetery for a family visit, but we could not pass this one up on the way down to it.
Thanks for the cache Booo Booo

Headed Sydney way with fitzy_1965 and albida33 today.
We had seen the community celebration event a few weeks ago. I was keen to get to Ebenezer as my Australian family roots come from there so made plans to head north today. After a foggy start, it turned out to be a rather warm day compared to Canberra and surrounds lately.
First detour was to the Kemps Creek cemetery so I could pay my respects to my grandparents. Whilst in the area we stopped by here. We also were a little concerned about the temporary fencing but soon found that we were all clear to go looking.
Albida made a fast find here today.

24,740. Found with minniek and albida33 during a run up to the Ebenezer region for a Community Celebration Event.
When we spotted another Community Celebration Event being held up at a Winery in the Ebenezer region, we decided to head up that way for a full day of caching. A foggy start from Goulburn had us soon burn through for what was a lovely day to be outside. We made a short detour to visit the graves of some rellies, and with this cache being nearby we stopped for a quick find. Signed the log, replaced the cache as found, then headed off to the next one.
Thanks Booo Booo !! I've done a few of this series now over the years.

I almost didn’t try for it due to some nearby excavation but I gave it a shot and found it easily. TFTH

The cache looked like it had been disturbed by muggles, as it was just out in the open. We signed it and placed it back to where we thought it probably should be. (a location shot has been sent to the owner for confirmation).

Catching up on logging all my finds since i joined in July. It took way way longer than it should have. In the end, I saw a little bit of red and reached under. Tftc!
This one took me far longer than it should have! In the end it was GGCoconut who spotted it! Tftc!
Quick little find. It was out in the open but everything seemed to still be there. I’ve put it back where I think it was meant to be hidden. TFTC.
For some strange reason I started a streak so after a dnf further up the road this was my next closest. Tftc
On a long and lonely night, with noJuan or noWjeatz in sight this was found... Tftc
Quick walk in the Bush. Easy find. Thanks for hiding.
Kids now playing soccer balls at the park.
Picked up alien trackable. On the move!

#1992 there was a truck parked near GZ so I went to the servi across the road to get a drink after a long bush walk at the Fruit Trail. Eventually the truck moved on so i moved in. Wandered around blindly for a whike then spotted a bit of cache & I had the cache in hand
Signed the log and replaced as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for the cache Booo Booo

TFTC easy find as wasn’t covered properly Couple of muggles around but too busy working. Cache has been recovered.
Found with the Langley twins whilst their elder brother was soccering himself out of boredom on the nearby field. . Thanks for bringing us to this interesting location.
Found about them by the terror twins with the help of niktiav. Good hide and thanks for bringing us here.
Had to visit our Aircraft Terminal Approach Radar site at Cecil Park today, to carry out some maintenance tasks, and couldn't resist grabbing a few caches en-route. This was the 2nd of 5 finds for the day.
After finding "A Song By Carl Douglas" I left the car parked at that cache and walked the 260 odd metres over to this one. Quickly spotted the hide, not too far from a large termite mound on the ground, and had CIH. TNLNSL, took note of the "monster", then replaced as found. TFTC Booo Booo.

Bit of a toilet area for the visitors of the truck stop opposite. Cache was given even more camo due to its colour. Many thanks to the CO **Booo Booo** for establishing and maintaining this cache for the rest of us to enjoy, see and visit new places with a hunt in mind.
Not sure how spot on co-ords are as cache noticed out in open before I even needed to look at arrow. Once signed and clue noted, replaced with a bit more standard protection.
Second visit in two days to Glenmore Park area with the primary objective of completing a mystery and a multi I started but didn't have time to finish yesterday.
Tally for the day: 20 finds, 2 DNFs and 2 CRPs ("cycled right past"s)
- - -
On the way home stopped by a few road-side caches along the way. This was the 19th find of the day.
Nice hiding location and a chockers cache to Booo-t.

No luck finding this one today.

Another pokemon to make me happy... hopefully we'll finally get to catch them all in the school holidays. It's my fault for playing sport too often so we don't have enough time on the weekends to go crazy caching but the holidays will help! TFTC
Last time I was here we were muggled out by a truck driver. This time we had no drama... Just a happy Gabstar finding one of her favourite pokemon. TFTC!
Gabstar is the chief Poke-catcher in our tribe and she didn't let us down. Lucky she didn't need any poke-balls for this one as she'd already complained about the lack of nearby pokestops in the car! TFTC
Not sure how many of these I have found, but whatever the number...it equals the amount of times I have NOT checked for a number or letter for the final solution.
7/9/16. 11:15 AM. Cache #4168.
1st of 4 finds (& 1 DNF) - Kemps Creek, West Hoxton & Green Valley.
This is the first of this series that I've found. At just under 35km, it's the closest one to home (most of the rest are 45 to 60km from home); even then it still took a while to get here. It also took a while for my signal to settle. I should have noticed the camo earlier on though, because it was right near where I first checked. Anyway, I finally got it. After signing and re-hiding, I decided to walk from here to "A Song By Carl Douglas". TFTC.

After a couple of quiet weeks caching wise due to other commitments I was out to bag a few today. Picking up 8 along Elizabeth Drive as I made my way into Cecil Hills to tackle 10 along a fruit trail.
My fourth stop. This time it took a while to get a break in he traffic to cross the road to GZ which was thankfully a short way into the bush and out of sight of the many truckers parked nearby. I moved around a little waiting on the GPS to settle when I spied the camo. Cache retrieved, log signed and replaced. Another 'gotta catch them all' ticked off the list. tftc

Bingo! Managed to sneak in and find it without disturbing the lunching truckies.
My eyesight had not adjusted to the gloom after the bright sunlight outside, but then I caught a glance of the camo.

Another find for the end of the day. At least there weren't any snakes as this cache.
I've caught my 1st one.
Was expecting a different type of container.
Truckies were probably wondering what I was doing in the scrub.

Streak Day #1099 - Uh oh we caught a pokemon, another fine series to keep our streaks alive. TFTC
Our second find in this series and we only just realised the significance of the container- very clever, made us smile. Nice little hiding spot, although the surrounding bush is looking a little rampaged from the weather. TFTC- looking forward to the rest of the series
Yayy, We have finished all the caches in this series now, thankyou Booo Booo.
While caching with WaywardWoman, we parked down the road and walked up to look for this one. WW had previously done it so she watched as I wandered around looking and looking. She joined me and said it wasn't where she had previously found it. I looked around a bit more. I was stumped. Then looking around a bit more I found a place that might prove likely. It was there! Retrieved and signed log and returned it to where I found it. TFTC
I did a search from work on potential park n grabs and this was one of the closest caches to my work. I have only caught one other pokemon and still have yet to identify it. After I caught this pokemon I remembered that I was a High School teacher and surely my year 12 boys would know who these monsters are. Sent them a message and success they could identify both monsters caught. Have decided I will now try to catch more pokemons in the days to come and hopefully solve the mystery.

On my way home from work I headed into the trees, and followed the arrow. The tree cover made it difficult to zoom in onto GZ, which left me stumped, but then I let caching sense take over and I soon found the cache, thanks.
