Dunedin has so many of these pathways, and it seems that each one has its geocache. The log is very damp and only just writeable now. Thanks for placing this.
Once i had sorted the right tree it was quick and easy. Logbook was still damp even though it was double container. Only just able to write on it.TFTC
A quick 24 hours in Dunedin thanks to cheap flights, great opportunity to catch up with friends and find a few caches! And a great stair workout as well TFTC!!
This is day three of a ten day trip down to Dunedin and back to move my daughter to Dunedin so she can get her master’s degree at Otago University.
The first two gruelling days were a mad dash to get there and unload my van full of her stuff at her new flat. I earned the eight days to drive back home finding caches all the way.
Coords were spot on, so I managed a quick find. TFTC.

After initially searching an even wetter and larger tree, my GPSr settled on the more accessible tree where I found the standard double pill screw top. Thanks.
Returned today with a much fresher mindset. Guess what? I was checking the wrong trees . D'oh! Tftc!
No luck here but the light was low and I was not in a good caching mindset. Next time.
Today has been a tough day - planting a memorial tree for a dear friend Katievg who helped me put out my first caches. Then went for a few drinks after - which made the walk home up Maitland via this cache alot easier.
Only one dot day to go now! Thank you 111PAF - you're helping me reach the 366 day goal.

A slight change of plan for morning. Needed BP fuel, this cache was nearby and easy.
I was taken to a spot between two trees. Which one? I decided to have a quick look at the most unlikely one first because it was pretty well clear of leaves, thus a quick easy search. Quickly moved to the other and soon spotted it.
Had a great morning out and about in Dunedin, grabing a few caches. Many Thanks Bitsprayer
Walked up, but took much longer on the way back down checking out the decorations on the house at the corner. Found with Lollipopcat and SpyDude13. Kia ora for the cache.
While visiting my cousin in Dunedin before heading up to Oamaru for the Geofest, we went out to find a few caches. Another set of stairs and a cache. After a quick photo of the view, off down the hill and finally found the cache after looking in all the trees. Logbook signed and cache returned to its hide.

OCW GeoWench78 while walking/exploring Dunedin from the Radiance of the Seas...heading down the hill now, easier going in this direction...TFTC!
Found with AF BEE while on a great geocaching vacation. Thanks for placing this cache.
Found with Stairman1, GreencGecko's and Seffnjarah.
Having completed a five day tramp over "Five Passes" in Fiordland National Park to claim first to find on a long unloved remote alpine earth cache, our reserve "bad weather days" are now free for us to go caching. So, we hired a car for a road trip looping around southern parts of the South Island, including a full days caching in Dunedin.
After a miserable cold morning caching in the rain, we bravely ventured back out to collect a few more caches. In our wanderings, we stopped and grabbed this one. With the rain, the muddy incline leaving the path was treacherous. Thankfully, no falls today. All good here. Thanks for the cache, 111PAF

A group of 5 of us were visiting NZ from Australia in search of a five year old FTF cache on the 5 Passes trail. We had given ourselves a few spare days at the end in case bad weather held us up along the way, but Mother Nature chose to be kind and after successfully completing our mission, now had time to kill on our hands. What better way to spend it than travel the country side in search of some more caches. We were now in Dunedin for a couple of days with a number of caches of interest on our target list. It was a wet and miserable day but at least only a short walk from the car. With the cache found and log signed we quickly jumped back into the shelter of a warm and dry car. TFTC
Out for a quick couple of finds tonight after a busy day driving a plastic boat to "get petrol", to "the hospital"l and to "work" while my new grandson was being born. It was fun and now there's another day ticked off. My original plan had been to try and sort one of the wherigos close by but the field was swarming with sportsman. TFTC #9916
It took us quite a while to find this cache after initially being fixated on the wrong tree. Once we followed our GPS it was a quick easy find. TFTC
Took a bit to find. co ords pointed to another tree. On a 11 day caching trip around the south island. Log signed as b&p.Tftc 111PAF. Find # 3732
Thank you Kaztastic, it must have been hit by the mower, I have put a new one up and put in a new clue. It is the same tree.
Finally found the right tree, however container was on the ground, and it was stuffed with leaves... hung it back up where I think it would have gone, but needs replacing. TFTC
Found on 9/08/2016.
Out do grab some caches in the dark... Great fun.

Ninalila and I had to go to the city center and then we choose to go for geocaching.
One of the oldest cache is not far so we went there to find it and some others around.
The day was nice but pretty cold with some ice in some streets, and on some paths.
we signed the logbook with our team name : lekiprokos
thank you for the cache and the discovery

Love steps even racing up 2 at a time. Dark night. Two muggles must have wondered what I was up to. They sneak up fast! TFTC
As it was a lovely sunny morning it seemed like a good opportunity for 2 out 3 members of Team HvsH (1 human & 1 canine) to go for a walk around the hill suburbs and find some caches. To be honest the dog wasn't a great asset. She was great on bit between caches but hopeless at finding them. The missing human is far more useful!
I had no idea this path was here. I spent some time looking at well stocked, pretty little Lilliput library at the bottom of the path too. Finding the cache proved less of a challenge than climbing the steps.

A quiet place today and thankfully the cache is placed so that it is hidden from any of the close by houses. Found with debsnz
Clocked this one off just after doing a nearby multi. Another easy find, albeit useful for staying fit - lugging a bicycle up the stairs certainly made me feel like I lost a few pounds! Cheers again 111PAF for the cache - one day I'll finally find every one of your caches!
A break in the weather means an opportunity to go out exploring for the morning. And to track down a few caches. Thanks for the incentive to enjoy a warmish winter day.
A bit of a hike and some slippery scrambling, but in the end, a fairly straightforward find. Cheers.
Found with P&Vee, strange how the person with GPS seems to find it first, while I was searching the roughest knurliest wettest tree around I heard the gleeful cry OH I found it.
Had a plan if the weather cleared up so off to darts in Hope Street. Too close to let this one go so asked pcsniff if he wanted to go for a walk. While he was on his hands and knees in one bush I manged to find the cache in another and only got wet feet. Watch this space for next Sunday..............
(FTF) #63 @1035. Number 4 FTF today what an awesome day. Very wet but thats not a problem at the moment. Took a wee bit to find this one and was not going to give up on it and in the end I found it. TFTC
