Hi there The-M-Fam,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention.
You may recall having received an automated email from Geocaching HQ which explained what you needed to do.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so I am having to take the next step and temporarily disable the cache - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713)
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days so others know exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication kill this cache.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- **Place A Write Note Log:-** Reviewers are not mind readers, so without your note on the cache page telling them what the situation is, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and, when the listing is next checked, all will be fine for a little bit longer. But be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it.
If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date), please ensure you visit this page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks so as to keep everyone up to speed with what is happening.
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another Geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, when the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD)

Had a search, but previous finds indicated that it may not be worth searching for too long.
Lots of activity round here as kids are building their own xcross track or something. I guess they moved the cache. Anyway, I cant find it.
My gps was bouncing around all over the place but I looked in a few likely places without luck

Quick and easy park and grab. Cache wasn't really hidden to well. I cane over from completing a nearby cache and found it riggt away. Cache looks to be all in good order. Thanks for the find.
After searching in a couple of places it was shortly in hand. Signed and returned where found. Found with TroyfindZ. TFTC.
Out and about for the 7 Day Streak Challenge.
I found myself out of daytime again today so had to go out at night again. This time I took my geodog with me as security detail as I was planning to go wandering thru a dark bushy area.
Whilst geo dog ran around happy as larry in the undergrowth looking for pesky possums, I was busy searching for the cache.
After a short search where my geo senses kicked in, I made the find.
Cache and log book in good condition.
Thank you to the most junior The-M-Fam member for this cache

Out here looking for a first house for our daughter. Had to take a wander around the oval nearby the open house, and of course, check for a cache. Nice to see dogs training on the oval during the work day. Easy find. TFTC.
TFTC! Found by youngest family member before school. The trackable is currently in transit to Queensland to escape the cold climate ! Happy days!
TFTC! First find of the night searching for geocaches and clues with mrx2 and diablo1234. Dropped off a TB.
A nicely tucked away cache that was easily spotted when you know what to look for.
Thanks again The-M-Fam for placing a cache here.

With workmen over the road, I found a spot to rest the bike. GPS was bouncing a bit. A few spots checked and then I widen the search area a little. Geosenses said it must be here. Yes it was found. Log signed and all back safe again.

After a run of DNFs () I was starting to doubt myself. Luckily I came up with the goods here, despite some very healthy sporty types running around on the oval. The ol’ “taking photos of birds, trees, nature etc” strategy worked well... TFTC young M-Fam member!!
A nice easy find.
On my way to a puzzle solving event in Springvale.

There were a couple of kids on skateboards, but fortunately the oval was pretty much deserted when I went to find this one. Good hide in this little bit of bushland in the middle of suburbia.
Found in the company of G of GJMMelb and quiet1_au. G found it where I had looked before. TFTC
I'm sure we've visited this park caching previously but maybe they just look similar?... We headed for GZ where a number of possible hiding places revealed themselves but the cache took it's time to be spotted - G found it near where lochb was searching. TFTC
Found with Quiet1_au and Lochb. Found after a bit of a search. Thanks The-M-Fam

Merry Christmas! Strangely I still had this calendar day to fill and, given the big feed typical of today's festivities a walk was called for and this was the closest to home unfound. Badabing badaboom, cache found! Thanks for the cache!!

I am slowly filling in my calendar and this was one cache I needed for today. After a dnf on a cache not far away I took a drive here, but not before stopping and admiring the Christmas lights display in Balcombe Park Lane. The laser lights and accompanying music was mesmorising, so much that I found myself singing along to a few of the tunes. This cache took me a little time to locate as it was well tucked way.

My self-appointed challenge for the year is to get 1000 finds for the year, and I've fallen behind in that. To get me closer, I took the opportunity to find some caches in the Sandringham area while the kids were at a scout activity nearby.
I parked nearby and was on site moments later. However, this one took me way too long to find. I ventured into a perfect hiding location and searched for too long (finding a lost golf ball) but finding no cache. I then decided that where I was didn't really match the terrain, so readjusted my position. It was only on my third relocation that I spotted the hide.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.

I’ll “log” this cache and move on...
You’ll get your knees a tad dirty here unless it’s a dry day.

"International Earthcache Day" - a check for our closest unfound earthcache. Great, just 36kms away! Ahoy me hearties - way across the bay!
After attending the "Come and Visit Parkville Nov 2018 - Mordialloc" Event, this is one of a variety of caches we found as we made our way back to the other side of the bay.
Thanks to 'The-M-Fam' for placing this cache on the geo-gameboard.

At this point in time I decided to drive inland and this one stuck out as a quick find. My mobile, quickly running out of battery, was jumping all over the place but once it settled I made a quick low hide. tftc
We needed a cache to launch our second attempt at getting a trackable to NZ, (first one didn't make it past the first cache) and this was the cache. TFTC
Out and about in the local area solving some mysteries and my attention was drawn to this little gem. A really nice hide in a beautiful part of Bayside. Thanks for this cache. Left a little treasure!
There wasn't too much happening at the oval so it was easy to approach the GZ and located this one, nicely hidden away. Signed and returned, thanks.
Today was a long day of caching in and around Black Rock and Beaumaris. We still needed about 70 caches to complete our hidden creatures series before time runs out. Fantastic area that we have never really explored before.

On holidays visiting friends and a nice little find for the kids as we visited the park and the locals enjoyed a game of footy at the oval
This my second attempt to find this cache. There were plenty of people watching the footy the last time I came here. Today I came close to the finish of the game to make this find and there wasn’t many muggles around. TFTC
An afternoon walk around the local area. 3 caches on our hit list but no luck with the other two but found this one as the GPS was absolutely spot on! Great little hide in our local park. TFTC
Not too sure where too look for this one. Few people around. Try again soon. Thanks anyway

Accidentally found this cache while at an unofficial local event. Glad to finally be able to sign a log after a bit of DNF’s. TFTC!
Today we found Not Ronald on our travels.
We had to come and check on Donald so we thought we have a look for Ronald . The Chief looked for this earlier in the piece but being in business clothes and he kept getting business calls on his device (don’t they know that disrupts the gps!) he decided to leave it for another day. No business calls today but his phone led him off elsewhere whereas mine took me close enough for me to see something nqr.viola!

It was all quiet with just the one dog walker on the oval. Letting the satellites settle my position, I looked about and spied the container, as it was uncovered. I placed the nearby camo back on it to make sure it was out of sight.

Let me start by stating that this is a bit of a generic and overdue log. Whilst I found your cache some time ago I haven’t had the energy to come up with even a generic log until the time of writing this particular log (23.12.2017) because of a very difficult family situation which resolved itself on the 18.12.
I’ll also fess up that I didn’t even have the energy to maintain a record of the exact cache I found each day between the 19.11-30.11 so rest assured that although I found your cache the date in the log may be out by a day or two during this period. I have of course done my best to recall which cache I found on which day but frankly if this poses a problem please remember this is at the end of the day a game played by you and I for our enjoyment rather than an exercise in exact record keeping.
Well, that’s the generic bit. Here goes trying to remember the experience of finding YOUR exact cache. I popped back down here after finding another of your local caches as I had some business to attend too at the nearby shopping centre. Having some read some previous logs I had a fair idea of what I was looking for which was a good thing as it was quite warm and the mozzies were about. I had a little difficulty in timing this one as a woman who had some business in a house across the street pulled up at the same time. Luckily a few minutes later she pulled away and I had my window. Thanks for placing and maintaining this one M-Fam.

Well being earth cache day I had to head out and get an earth cache and since I hadn't been down this area for a while I went looking for the other new ones in the area at the same time. Very pleased to say I found all of them that I looked for.
A nice quiet park when I arrived so after a quick look around I soon made the find and headed on my way.
Thanks The-M-Fam for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Nice quick ride by cache; not many people about on a lovely Sunday morning! TFTC
There were no players on the oval, but a roudy party was drawing crowds across the street. Many busses passed by, and wary of being spied on the torchlight I had to take my time.
The choices for hideyhole were may and varied, but finally it came to pass that the cache was located and the log signed. I'll take the TB coin up to cairns tomorrow and find an appropriate new resting spot.

Out tonight with TrailStevo on our Sunday evening outing. Had Geodog with us as a disguise, that all it does because it is hopeless at finding boxes! As normal, Sunday eve is quite quiet so we went about our "dog walking" without causing suspicion. Notices we have 4 mystery cache solved in the area and a bunch of traditionals we could collect on the way round. We had many success's but quite a lot of DNF too unfortuantey. TFTC Thanks The-M-Fam
Drive bys and short walks were the order of the night. Picking up some solved mysteries and some traditionals. Tftc
I had a trackable to pass on so I sought an accessible traditional cache to put it in. Something with a fair rate of visitors is always ideal. This one was only 800m away and, happily, looked to be somewhat shielded from onlookers too. Excellent. Decent coordinates ensured I wasn't faffing around all that long and I did indeed drop the trackable in question [Der Wolf ist zurück!]. Thanks The-M-Fam!
It has been a while since I last took my bike out to do some caching so when I had the opportunity today I jumped at it. The weather was a bit breezy with a chill too.
There was footy being played at the oval but noone was near me. A quick find. TNLN. TFTC.

On a caching run through this area this morning and I stopped here under grey skies with some drizzle. My iPhone and then GPS were a little unstable and the after searching a number of likely spots I managed to stumbled across the nicely hidden container. TFTC

A new cache in Bayside in an area where I had found most others previously. Was keen to grab a cache on the way home from work today so this one certainly fitted the bill. A small diversion and I parked nearby and walked to this one. There were some kids on the oval for footy training so I did feel a little conspicuous poking around with my torch. Found it a bit tricky and needed to search around a few possible hiding spots here before I spotted something in the end. A short time later I had the cache in hand. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache The-M-Fam.

Although I found it quickly, it was well hidden and I was lucky.

I took the trackable I found in the cache and it will; soon be on its way to the USA.

After a birthday celebration lunch (yum!) an exercise walk was in order. Mum was in charge of the dog, the grandsons were busy playing chasey, two all girl football teams were fighting for a win on the oval and Walmont and I were after the cache. And whilst fighting off the mosquitoes there it was. Thank you to the junior M-Fam member for the hide. TFTC The-M-Fam ( and hope you enjoyed my story!!)
Took a little while to work out how to use tbe new app, but got it sorted and made the find after a few minutes. Thanks M Fam.

FTF with mark9375. At 6.40 pm we saw this cache pop up this morning but we had to get ready to work and mark had school. We got home at 4pm and had to go out again. Well come 6pm we couldn't believe the FTF was still up for grabs. Where is everyone? surely they aren't all at the red centre. So we jumped back in the car and headed off getting stuck at every red light and behind every bus and train crossing. We were still expecting to get pipped at the post. We arrived at gz and the gps took us around in circles for a bit and we had to be carefull with a footy game going on at the oval. But low and behold we found it and the log book was still empty so I guess Mark and I get the honors thanks The-M-fam for the fun in finding a nice well hidden cache TFTC

This morning we got the notifocation about this cache, with a thing called school in the way there was no chance of getting the cache at that time, we thought by the time we got home the FTF would have been gone but no...
Dad came home briefly but then left again before I got to ask him... When he came back, we decided to go... After a quick drive down through Mentone to beaumaris....
We got out of the car and started walking towards the oval... Absolutly packed with middle aged men playing AFL... We search with torches on.... and off when people came close... I searched in the location of the cache but couldn't find anything... later dad had another search in the same place but different a different same place and bang it was found...
A cool little cache and yet another FTF, still surprised how 12 hours and still yet Unfound
Thanks for the cache The-M-Fam
- Took a tb and left one that I have had for some time too -
