In Toowoomba for long weekend with Swellerfungus.
Just wandered over from previous cache to find this one. Cache container was full of water so I tipped it out, took the TB (thought the sheep might like to dry out a bit), but left the bag with log intact. Didn’t open it so I wouldn’t destroy it if salvageable but took pic of cache and will send to owner. Definitely needs replacement log.
Thanks for this hide.

Sunday. Out today in the Toowoomba region to find some caches and we came up to this cache, so decided we couldn’t let it go by without claiming a smiley on it. Mrs 4ando did all the signing for us on this one (and all the others as well that we found today Smile)

This was the 8th of 15 caches found on this outing.

Thanks ***youngoldfella*** for showing us this place Razz

I’m starting to think that time is not a constant. Whenever you are waiting around for beer o’clock and look at your watch the seconds definitely tick down more slowly. When you are waiting for your wife to calm down after eating the last tim-tam the clock moves noticeably slower. However, when the pub has specials during a happy hour you’ve never seen time disappear so fast.

We were filling in time until dinner and watching the clock. The only way to make time disappear quickly is to have fun and so we were caching. Next my mother rang me on the phone and time almost stopped. tftc

Found while on a day trip to Toowoomba... I’m beginning to think Toowoomba is a party place, as there’s balloons in most of the caches here... tftc... the unambiguous nature of the hint made me laugh...

Visiting Toowoomba and districts further north and west for a long weekend of caching. The weather has been changeable all weekend however this did not stop us caching. The caches we found were in some great spots and I thank all CO's for placing them there. Apologies for the generic log. TFTC

18-Oct-18
Being of the vertically challenged variety I knew I might have a bit of trouble with this one but I thought 1.5m would be okay .... nope, had to employ use of a nearby object to help with cache retrieval. Found on a lovely evening, saw a beautiful sunset as I left here before the rain set in again.

Cache still in good condition

12-Aug-18
Hi there youngoldfella.

We wanted to attempt some Toowoomba central caches on a quiet Sunday. Well how wrong were we, the traffic was probably busier than a working day and there were muggles everywhere. Nevertheless we thoroughly enjoyed our trip around the area & ended up finding quite a variety of container types, and sizes hidden along our route. We nearly got blown away by the strong wind when we left the car; so we decided that a nice warm spot for lunch would be a much better idea after signing the log.

We found 8 caches today & DNF'd 0. Without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.

**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 6m from where the GPS said we should be looking. Wink
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge.

Thanks for the hunt today,

Regards

Ian & Penny.

Caching around Toowoomba for a few days. Found this one on the ground. The birds were complaining so maybe they kicked it out. Signed and replaced where we thought it should be. Dropped another TB.

Thanks youngoldfella and greetings from New Zealand

It was about this point upon entering the T'ba that MM and I were debating if we stay on the hill or go over the range to collect a few caches. I think common sense won out on this very warm day after encountering Manuel Labor at Cooyar. Good to have a few drive-bys and the reward of an air conditioned car to go back to.

Great selection of trinkets in the cache and enjoyably quick find. Thanks youngoldfella for placing this cache.

10-Feb-18
We were starting to flag round this point and decided to stick to the easy to get to caches on this section of the journey. Someone (that would be moi) forgot to take a mattock out to the block and so the tree planting part of the trip was hot n sweaty Good thing the local has beer

A quick find not far from the road and even offered help by a dog-walking muggle.

TFTC YOF!

We completed the remaining 15 solved caches in the SSE this morning and headed into town, stopping for coffee en route to the east side of town. Quick find quiet park, all good thanks youngoldfella.

On arriving at this unexpectedly delightful park I was immediately distracted by a pair of rainbow lorikeets feeding hatchlings in a tree hollow. It really made my day Very Happy
Retrieving the cache was a challenge for a vertically challenged person like myself - that is definitely higher than 1.5 metres!
Cache slightly damp but otherwise in good condition. Added plenty of swaps.

Out and about for a drive with Fangsoki and we were heading back to Brisbane and decided to find a few caches in Toowoomba on the way.

Most of the caches we had found during the day had been found previously by Fangsoki and he mentioned that he had found one here previously but was surprised when we headed in a different direction.

I pointed out the cache to Fangsoki as we approached and it was a quick recover. I replaced the cache so that it is out of sight of muggles.

Crew 153 and I pulled up for this cache next.

Crew 153 had done a bang up job of picking caches I had already done. And when I saw this park, I thought he'd done it again. But apparently not. A new cache here apparently!

We spotted the prize a bit of a way off. I think the weather may have been a culprit. We signed the log and admired the little unusual container. The cache was in good condition. A nice little place to visit again. TFTC youngoldfella Smile
